So I'm conflicted a bit. The check in was easy. The location was excellent. The parking was great. The apartment was a good size and clean BUT the bbq attached to our room was filthy, the fridge leaked water and there was no coffee table in the huge lounge room which I really missed. When we saw the bbq we had to use the frypan for our steak which was warped so didn't cook evenly. Not trying to be harsh just honest. The bed was good. Chocolates a nice touch. Overall a good stay but I can't say great.

Very well equipped, spacious apartment in a great location for Albany, but our room had no windows to look out of. There was a nice, private patio which we used for breakfast but the sitting room is in the centre of the apartment with no windows (but a light well) and the bedroom has only a high level window that you can’t see out of.

A small block of apartments within easy walking distance of the small city centre. A large kitchen/lounge area fully equipped and a good sized bathroom. The bedroom is just big enough with a comfortable bed. Free parking is a bonus.

The rooms were extremely spacious with all the amenities you require , cooking facilities , tv , table space and a courtyard with bbq and chairs . The beds were comfortable and the little touches of toiletries and tea and coffee made for easy evening on a late arrival . The location is great , walking distance to eating location and the parking meant easy getaway for day visits of the nald head trail , memorial and beaches . My only criticism was the furniture was showing its age in many areas and the toilet seat kept moving. Overall a great balue for money stay .

Great location and had everything we needed for our stay in Albany. Walking distance to the main strip and many of the local sights and able to park our car right out the front. Very cosy too as we were there in June so had a bit of rain & cold weather but very comfortable in the apartment. We were in apartment 1. Loved the window shutters and the privacy they offer but also enjoyed watching the world pass by the windows when we weren’t out and about.
Only issue to mention would be the noise of the buses regularly coming down Collie St to the terminus on Peels Place - I thought it was garbage trucks as they started quite early. Not an issue for us but might disturb others so just a warning related to Apt 1 as there is a window permanently open over the door.

Really great location, walking distance to all the awesome shops, restaurants and pubs in Albany....just the best location really. The communication was great too, we had an issue with the bed sheets having stains and dirt on them and the manager had someone around in 30 minutes to give us clean bedding. The apartment is a little tired but honestly the compromise is the location and its not an expensive place to stay so really you get what you pay for.

Great location and walking distance to main street while still remaining a quiet and relaxing place. Smelt incredibly musty on arrival and we had a lot of ants come in through the door gap to the kitchen which resulted in throwing out a lot of our snacks.

Overall a good experience. It was bigger than expected. Cleanliness of the property can be improved, it has a weird smell and we had to open doors and remove the oil scent. The toilet smell was not great, we ended up cleaning it, wish the window can be opened to remove odour. Not sure will return.

It’s a great location and only a street back from plenty of restaurants and taverns. We stayed in Apt 1 which is facing Collie St so privacy is only by closing the blinds on the windows. It is still quiet in the evening so easy to get some sleep. The apartment amenities are good with plenty of information about the area available. The apartment is clean and I would stay here again.

It’s a palace. Big balcony, big rooms and toilet. Huge kitchen and enormous living room with a giant TV. Spent most of my time in this palace, and so close to Coles. Bought food to cook which is an3 mins walk. Double door security as well. Really worth the price. Furnishings are new with contemporary decor. All self sufficient. I’ve stayed in many MG hotels and by far this is the best. Totally enjoyed my start.

Apartment 1 needs some maintenance with a few bathroom items hanging loose from the wall. Condensation is an issue, and the only openable window is unreachable above the door, which means the air-con is ineffective (it was open when we arrived). Apartment needed a clean, some small glass shards were found on the sink drying area and floor below, and due to the condensation, areas of some walls were marked. However, apartment is close to restaurants and has a nice ‘Hamptons’ style feel, with all the amenities provided. Just needs some work done before I’d go back.

We had an amazing stay, the apartment feels very spacious with the high ceilings and is right in the heart of the city, an amazing location! Had everything we needed in the apartment, would highly recommend and will definitely be using this location for our next stay.

The location was very good. The actual unit was satisfactory for two people. The bedroom walls looked dirty. The walls in the lounge appeared to be water damaged as bubbled, greenish and peeling and cobwebs were on the flysceens.

The street facing Apartment 1 (of 4) was perfect for our two night stay. I would have to say it was the cleanest accomodation I have EVER stayed in. This modern small 1 Brm apartment was very well equipped with good quality appliances, comfortable bed and spacious bathroom with white fluffy sizeable towels. The freshly ground coffee and chocolate treats were a nice gesture. The inverter aircon made up for the lack of opening windows ( only one high above the front door).
The very tidy and well stocked laundry is around the corner in the block.
Some entertainment noise was audible from the foreshore but didn't disturb us too much (Fri/Sat nights).
Very close to great dining eg Lavender cottage and Liberte in the London Hotel. Farmers market is a must visit on Saturdays, only 80m walk from the apartment.
