$300 for a double and a single bed for 1 nights is a bit rich , I asked about getting a taxi or an Uber and was given 1 taxi company card and assumed that was the only taxi company in town only to find out later there’s 8 so we cut our night short to accommodate 1 taxi company, not happy.

Room was pleasantly and suprisingly more modern than expected. Spacious room, comfortable and big king size bed. Bathroom was also sufficiently spacious. Amentities were great with plenty of power points, storage space and really happy with the microwave and crockery. Generally quite clean. Staff were friendly as well. Location is a few mins drive to town centre. Suggested areas of improvement: could do with an extra bin (one in bathrom and one in main room), more hooks or rails in bathroom, slippers (do hotels still supply those?), and the toilet seat was slighly wet upon arrival (assume from recent clean). Overall, a pleasant and comfortable stay and would stay again.

We had a positive stay at this motel. However, it is an older building and there are aspects that are a bit dingy/dated. Bed was comfortable, pillows okay (but I'm fussy about my pillow), water pressure excellent and plenty of hot water, bathroom a little chilly, room was spacious and cleaned. It would have been good to have a plastic basin to use to wash dishes instead of the bathroom basin. And some detergent please.

I booked king size bed. They just simply attached two single bed with two different size of mattress on them. It was super discomfiting alright because on the middle of the bed it was like incline. We stayed two nighs there they didn’t even bother for proper cleaning of the room while we are out for exploring the city.

dated with rusted fixtures the mirror was an afterthought and all dirty behind it as it rises above window sill, hopefully this will help. Also get proper enclosed shower space's so your customers can shower properly.

Disappointing Hotel Experience

Disappointed experience, i booked an accessible familyroom with breakfast but at check-in we realised that an inaccessible room without breakfast was reserved for us. We had to prove our reservation then ut was rectified. Breakfast was a poor quality and service i have experienced. Room was crying out for a renovation, no courtyard/ outdoor living area.

this motel was in the throes of exchanging owners, the place has been really run down. no restaurant, nothing close by to get food. we came down by bus and did not have a car, it was hard to get around as the bus didn't run regularly. It was extremely noisy this motel is on Albany Hwy. Sorry but that's a big fat NO from us.
The room we stayed in was very dirty and when we went to get a cup for tea they were all chipped.

Parking is limited for the amount of accomodation. The bays are small, and unfortunately most vehicles are oversized for the bays, the nature of older accomodation and the big size of todays vehicle fleet. Rooms was clean and tidy and adequate size for a few nights stay. Ibis is easy access to town for meals and sightseeing. Staff were very friendly and professional, check in and out was very easy.

Aircon was off the wall at one end and blow flies came in until I sprayed with insect repellent. We were not informed about the restaurant being closed until we arrived. I had a like warm shower in the morning. Bathroom floor was dirty.

When we arrived at 6:50pm there was a neon sign advertising \"Bar & Grill\" In fact there was no one there. We needed to ring a number to get a code for the key. Then we found the unit was on the first floor although I had asked for disabled access. This got sorted out through the phone. We then found there was no milk. When attempting to sort this out we were told we would have to sort it out with the morning staff who would arrive at 8am the next day. We didn't wait around and won't be back!

Fine if your looking for an overnight bed which I was. Go elsewhere if an extended family stay. Wifi not working, free to air tv signal not working, on site restaurant closed. Room dated and not clean, water system temperature was like a yo-yo didn’t know what it wanted to put out.

The stairwell is unlit at night, its very unsafe. The restaurant was closed for dinner, no options for food on premises, and then theres no crockery or cutlery in the room if you go fetch food yourself. Signs everywhere apologising for \"circumstances outside their control\" with the TVs and internet, when they are very much controllable, if someone installed updated technology. All might be forgiven if the bed was comfortable, but it was as hard as rock. Weird stains on the bathroom floor.
This place is on life support, someone needs to pull the plug and put it out of its misery.

Easy to find, but not in city centre. Was given a room at the rear where workers have regular rooms. A bus is parked there for when it leaves at 5am and starts it noisy motor and drops off at 3.30pm. Noisy, foul mouthed loud conversations, and beer drinking sessions when it drops off at 3.30pm. After my 2nd night in this room I asked to be moved - which was accommodated. But as a single female traveller, why was I given a room within these 7 units of workers. Also the rear road has continual traffic - which is very noisy. I suggest you ask not to be put in room 41 - 49. No dining in for breakfast over the weekend either. Disappointed.
