lovely accommodation within a very short walk to the beach. Fantastic breakfast and the staff were very attentive a friendly. My only (very minor negative) is that we arrived on a Wednesday having driven all day and the only two dining venues walkable were both not serving food. I believe other days of the week would have been different. That said, this accommodation is highly recommended.

When you book a stay here and you arrive, you get the feeling you are staying in a big home. There are so many homely people touches eg a fire in the lounge, chocolates there too and some port for the end of the night, beautiful comfy beds and spacious bathrooms. Great range of breakfast options too. Staff were very warm and friendly with all the guests.

Could this be the friendliest B&B in Australia? Most likely! We loved our stay, were so well cared for and the property was clean, spacious and even had a fully stocked quality mini bar. We took part in the lovely Christmas lunch, which was delightful and a felt like a home away from home. I can’t rate this place enough. If you are going to Albany, this is the place to stay. Right by Middleton beach and the proprietors make your stay ever so special!

A very pleasant and quiet property adjacent to beautiful Middleton Beach. Rooms were modern and clean. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and thoughtful extras included afternoon sweet treats and after dinner port and chocolate.
Just be aware the ‘open plan’ spa room means no door to screen views, light or noise from adjoining bathroom.

Owners and location was amazing delicious breakfast.maybe some new screws in the toilet roll holder and i think the heater needs to be serviced spent most of the afternoon trying to get hot air out of the heater rather than cold. overall enjoyable experience

Lovely hotel in a great location. Service was very good and the staff were really friendly. The breakfasts were delicious - as were the afternoon treats. The room was nice and big with a king sized bed and a spa. Couldn’t have been happier and we will be going back again.

We had stayed here before about 5 years ago and enjoyed our stay that much that we decided to stay here again and we weren't disappointed. The accommodation is stylish and comfortable and has everything you need. We had a few requests that we asked of Sally and Craig and they went out of their way to help us with our needs. The location is only a short walk to the beach or a short drive to anywhere in town. The breakfast is wonderful and if you have the chance try the pears. The secret to this place is simply Sally and Craig, if we are in Albany again we wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

Amazing, no ordinary B&B

Another fab holiday here, this time in the garden villa which has the bedroom and bathroom upstairs, this is great for longer stays as there are lounge and dining areas. Sally and Craig are outstanding hosts who’s attentive care is more like a family holiday than mere B&B. They go above and beyond to ensure you enjoy every aspect of the trip, the afternoon tea is to die for, but the breakfast is exceptional, Craig’s homemade Bircher muesli is the best,
Thanks again for a wonderful holiday, we will see you both next time.

Beautiful Albany B&B

A modern and well appointed luxury B&B located behind Middleton Beach and about 10 minutes by car from the centre of Albany. We stayed 3 nights in a room that was on the cosy side but I suspect other rooms are larger. Everything was immaculately clean. The owners and staff are wonderfully helpful and create a relaxed and happy environment. Breakfast is superb.

The B&B is such a lovely place to relax and feel comfortable and welcomed from the minute we walked in. We received great tips for the duration of our stay, restaurants z recommendation and even a room upgrade which was such a pleasant surprise as we then had a separate room for our baby. Needless to say that the very friendly owners Sally and Craig sure know how to treat their guest with a delicious breakfast. Would definitely visit again.

Hidden gem near a magnificent beach

This is a unique situated bed and breakfast. Very comfortable and just off the most beautiful beach. It is glorious to walk on the beach in the morning. This is my second visit and again well worth it.
A short drive into Albany where there is an abundance of restaurants.A very nice place for an overnight stay. The owners are truly concerned about the comfort of their guests.

Spur of the moment trip down to Albany. Found hotel on WOTIF for a great price.
Warm welcome received on arrival. Showed us great places to go for dinner and sites to see the next day. Knowledge on local attractions was excellent.
Nice big kings size bed in spa room.

Fantastic location and hospitality!

Loved our stay at the Beach House. Our hosts were just amazing! They gave us loads of tips for our time in Albany - where to go, what to eat, what to do etc. We stayed in the two-storey apartment and it was clean, well-stocked and incredibly comfortable. It was such a peaceful and restful time! Can’t wait to be back.

Where to start? Fabulous B&B, Craig and Sally congratulations on creating such luxurious rooms and a wonderful atmosphere where we left feeling we had stayed with friends or family, this is the only place we shall ever stay in Albany, the breakfast amazing, the bed so comfortable, afternoon treats delicious, the brownie will never be matched! Port in the evening, a cosy lounge with roaring fire. The location a stones throw from beautiful beach, we really shouldn't go on because everyone will want to stay here and we won't be able to get in! Great spot for a weekend or long stay in Albany

Came down for a conference. Just a couple of nights. Its a great spot just on the outskirts of Albany, right at the golf course, and on the Emu Point to Middleton Beach walking tail. Nothing's too far in Albany, and there were plenty of good places to eat within a five minute drive. Delightful cooked breakfast. Lovely ambience in the guest's lounge by the fireplace with a pot of tea.

Fantastic experience!!

Beautiful hotel close to the beach with outstanding facilities & the most attentive & warm staff we've ever encountered! The room was beautifully appointed and the food is just fabulous! We had dinner in our room which was delicious but breakfast was a real treat...eggs, smoked salmon, fresh asparagus...all freshly prepared! This place is well with a visit to treat yourself! Highly recommended.

This small boutique hotel is a hidden gem.Customer service is exceptional, the accommodation is excellent, breakfast ( that was included) was the best we have had for a very long time. Craig and Sally , who run this wonderful boutique hotel would have to be the most welcoming people we have come across in all of our travels, both in Australia and over seas. Nothing was too much trouble. We will never stay anywhere else when we are in Albany in the future. We cant recommend this hotel too highly. Many of the large international 5 star hotels could learn from this professional and delightful couple just what customer service is.

World Class Hospitality/ 6 Star Luxury

I booked my 2 night stay with Sally and Craig over the Internet and was immensely dazzled with the presentation of the exclusive accomodation advert. This is a world class fine dining and 6 star luxury stay. Sally and Craig have beautiful hearts of gold and they treated their clients and myself with the upmost respect and they oozed passion, happiness and kindness. Sally and Craig have a joy for creating fabulous food and presenting their food with attention to detail-magical! The exquisite cup cakes enjoyed for afternoon tea in my luxury king size suite with jetted spa and opportunity to enjoy a glass of sherry as a night cap, presented outside my room complimentary was divine. I have already recommended this outstanding experience to family, friends and business associates and have every intention of visiting again. Sally and Craig sparkle their passion and joy for what they love doing and i immensely enjoyed my stay. We shared many laughs together. Thankyou for a truly memorable experience Sally and Craig. Absolutely Amazing!

I wish i could have stayed longer at the Beach House at Bayside... I was on a work trip and this was my accomodation for the night, and i must say i was blown away! I believe this is the best accomodation i have stayed in (ever). The villa was absolutely delightful and with the added extras, i would have stayed a week if i could have. The room was stunning, immaculate and modern with the lovely afternoon tea, the mini bar, the port, the luxurious bedding, the amenities in the bathroom (hair dryer, straightener, bits and pieces a girl needs) and the spa in the bathroom. Perfect to finish off any work day. The owners are there and they really look after you, as breakfast was included in the price of the room, they were very happy to make my coffee and my breakfast. Defiantly will stay there again on my next trip to Albany... As Molly Meldrum famously said \"Do yourself a favour\" and stay at the Beach House at Bayside!

From the minute I stepped into the foyer of the main entrance I soaked up the atmosphere of this exclusive hotel. Sally and Craig greeted me with a hearty hand shake and a genuine warm welcome. Their enthusiastic approach to making my stay comfortable and perfect didn't end until they farewelled me after breakfast on my last day.
The room was prepared with mood lighting, Cupcakes and Port, and jazz music playing in the background, they didn't miss a thing.
I would definitely return, and would highly recommend this accom to family and friends

Quality accommodation with personal service

The beach house provides quality rooms and service. It is like a 5 star bed and breakfast where the hosts look after their visitors- calling them by their first name. The personalised breakfast is excellent. It is also a nice touch being offered port and chocolate each night when you return to the accommodation.
