Whilst this was a last minute booking, it was affordable and exactly what we needed. The accommodation was clean and tidy, plenty of bedding and we noticed it was the little things that made the big difference for us.

The staff had already out the heater on, so it was toasty and cosy when we arrived. They had put out extra coffee, tea and milk, and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

I can highly recommend this accommodation and will definitely look to stay again!

Beautifully clean chalet. Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay.
We loved being able to take our dog with us. And such a short distance to the beach meant beach walks twice a day which he absolutely loved.
Thanks for making it a happy memorable stay.

My partner has a severely broken leg, we asked to be contracted as soon as the room was available as it is uncomfortable for him to be in the car. The receptionists said it should be available around 12.30. They still didn't contact us until just before 2.00. The toilet isn't big enough for someone with normal abilities to go in and close the door let alone someone with crutches. The shower is a great size. The floor needs a good wash. Location lovely and close to the beach. Our dog loved it and so did we except for the above mentioned.

Basic, Clean and Great Location

Basic accomodation in a fantastic location close to a stunning beach. Quite expensive for the standard. However, Lovely to see people enjoying holidays with their dogs. Just know that there is not an enclosed area for the dogs and they have to be on the lead when outside. Went to sleep with the window open listening to the sound of the waves.

Location is fantastic. The place is great except for the dog pooh left everywhere. Can’t walk around the grounds especially in the evening to look for wildlife as no one picks up after their dogs Very disappointing. When we take our dog away ( not that we did this time) we always pick up after her.

Great stay for us and our Furbaby !!!!!

We have stayed at the Emu Beach Chalets a few times now and love the fact that we can bring our furbabies with us. Yes it may be a little bit dated it is always spotless. It is great to open my window at night and hear the waves crashing on the shore. So peaceful and restful. I love that there are always blankets,towels and bowls for our pup this is a very thoughtful touch. You can walk down to Middleton beach and also to Emu beach cafe. We love it and only stay here when we visit Albany it is our home away from home.

The rooms were clean, laundry facilities, quiet environment, got good tips about what to see and do in the area.
The dining space was too small for a family of 7. We could not eat at the same table at the same time. Beds up to 10 people but not possible to sit in the living room all together, unless the weather is warm enough to sit outside. Free wifi but it didn't work properly most of the time.
Dog friendly.
Overall enjoyed our stay. :-)

The place was right near the beach everthing was set up for us the out door BBQ was fantastic .. its a pet friendly place ..the decor is a little outdated although that

We were put in the cheapest room bevause ee booked through expedia. Only one that had a smaller old aircon that didnt work properly. The bed was a dinosaur and hard as a rock. The wifi was limited free and ran out. The place was very old and basic. The flyscreen doors were broken. It was hot in the room because the aircon wasnt working properly. The fridge was plugged into a powerboard and a lack of powerpoints. Our room had a connecting but sealed door shared with the office. The only great thing was it was next to a beautiful beach the staff were very friendly and the cleaners very thorough. The place was very old and basic for the price given we paid an extra $15 a night for our dog.

The chalet we were in was very well equipped. Ironing board, iron, kitchen utensils all included. Because we arrive later than the check in time, the recep was amazing to leave our keys at a secured place for us to collect after making a phone call to them. It was all good!! The only minor draw back is the place is slightly old and the wifi does not work properly, but, its really great given the price!

Lovely place to stay, all the comforts of home with R/C heating and electric blankets, bit dated but comfortable and a great price, we loved taking our morning coffee on our walk to the beach, loved the under coving parking for our car as the weather was a bit wild at the time, very relaxing and very friendly helpful staff, would stay again.
