Super bummed the hot tub wasn’t in working order. We chose this location due to our destination being on this side of town. Upon check-in, we were informed the hot tub was down. She of course apologized, and I’m sure it was out of her control, but no where on the site does it state the hot tub is down. I certainly would have found a different location to stay.

I have mobility issues due to double knee replacement and a hot tub is part of my therapy.

Overall our stay was fine, but the number 1 item o needed wasn’t accessible.

The room was clean, the staff welcoming and accommodating, the breakfast better than average. We stayed here one other time -- when our son was married in 2019. This facility was being built as a Best Western when he was at the UWRF, 2007-2011. We stayed at the Best Western in 2019, and it was exceptional.

The stay this time was very nice, and I would have rated it 5 stars, except that this hotel is usually priced at a \"Radisson rate.\" This hotel is now older than 15 years, probably, and is a little worn. The staff was very warm & welcoming, but not better than the Country Inn on the north side of town. Although we stayed after the bitter cold snap, we had a hard time getting the room into the upper 60's -- we finally set the room at the mid-70's, and it never did get above 68º. I would expect a little more for the cost of a Radisson.

On the up-side, the breakfast was exceptional. It is so nice to have a hot breakfast with a variety of entrees, so I would rate the breakfast alone at a 5.

So, this facility would rate a 5 for a mid-range hotel, except that is is usually priced for a luxury hotel. (We come to the area 4-5 times per year to visit family, so we always check.) This is the first time the nightly rate matched the mid-range hotels, so we stayed here. It is nice, but not THAT nice -- that's what I'm trying to say. It is what I would expect for a well-run, well-maintained Comfort Inn, Country Inn, etc.

It’s the best place to stay in River Falls, but I felt like it might be slipping a little. The closet door was off the hinge and broken. The ice machine was broken and they said you could get ice at the front desk and we’re very stingy with it. The ice bucket was very small as it is and they only gave us a little bit. We ended up buying a bag at the gas station across the street. I know it’s minor, but there were a few things like that.

They jacked up the room rate for a big football weekend. Floor was obviously not vacuumed, food scraps, lint and other stuff on the carpet. Very little toilet paper on the roll and no extra roll in the bathroom. Luckily, won't be staying there again. Not worth the money!

The room was not what we reserved - two queen beds instead of a king, the hot tub was not working and even though we mentioned that was what we were most looking forward to when we checked in the representative didn’t mention it. There was live music playing directly outside our window as we attempted to sleep and the air quality in the room was so poor we really wanted to open the window. Even after the music stopped loud voices continued outside and in the hall until 2am. There was mold on the air conditioner fins which probably explained the smell to which my partner was sensitive. It seemed the hotel was relying on its fabulous location alone. The most irritating part of it all was that we were in town for a funeral and thought spending the extra money to book a Radisson brand hotel would ensure an excellent worry-free stay. After spending over $200 for that brief and disappointing night, we checked out and spent the rest of our trip at the lovely Country Inn where we actually had a king bed and an in-room jacuzzi for half the price. I’ll not make the mistake of trusting the Radisson brand again.

Drove for 4 and a half hours to get here. We arrived around 12:30 pm. Our check in was at 3:00 pm. We were told by the hotel clerk that The hotel rooms were all booked or not ready by the cleaning staff just yet. We were happy that the hotel clerk was able to check us in an hour earlier which we were running late for a wedding party anyway. After the wedding and a long day of driving the hotel stay was wonderful and comfortable. The hotel staff was great. Thanks for a wonderful long day and stay.

It is really difficult to rate a place higher than a 1 when you pull the bedding back to go to bed and there are dark stains on the sheets where you would climb in to sleep! No person could make a bed and miss this- when spoke to front desk the night gentlemen was nice enough to bring sheets up so we could make our own bed before going to sleep! Morning desk person said nothing she could do as Expedia has already paid them for the night! NOTHING you can do? You just said you were paid and now you cannot credit me for this unacceptable inconvenience when you have your money! We paid $300 for the night and this is the cleanliness of the room!

The bed is bouncy, hard. Toilet uses less water to flush so it will flush your waste but not the toilet paper. So easy to clog.
Pool is chilly but well lit. Great stairs into pool. Hot tub is not too hot and there is a control panel that has 2, 5, 15, 25 minutes option for bubbles. Very nice.
Clear readable sign in elevator to which floor the amenities are. Breakfast was delicious. There were waffles, eggs, sausage, bread, bagels, cereal options, coffee, tea, yogurt, boiled eggs.Check out was a breeze. Staff is very friendly, but you do have to ask about this swimming pool hours. They won’t tell you unless you ask.

The location of this property is great and the front desk staff was very friendly. Aside from that it was not a great stay for the cost ($600+ for two nights). Our king room had a filthy headboard, dirty bathroom and overall the bed, pillows and coverings were uncomfortable. Unfortunately I would not refommend staying here.

It’s a nice hotel, the first time I ever stayedat Radison, and probably will be my last. I asked to have my room cleaned one day and when I came back all that was done was the towels were changed out. The bedding was not changed the bathroom floor had a piece of paper on the floor and it was still there when I got back. This is horrible housekeeping.

Family visit

Hotel is downtown and close to many restaurants that are within walking distance. Hotel is dated, but clean. The room furniture is in need of updating. Parking is limited, and they do have overflow parking across the street.
For the price we paid ( $180 per night because there was a youth hockey tournament going on) you would think the accommodations would be more modern.
It was quiet, and clean so the housekeepers seem to be doing a good job with what they are working with.

Hotel is in need of updating. The toilets flush VERY slow, water was brown when first turned on and the furniture in the room is very worn - made it appear dirty. The best part is the location is within walking distance to a ton of restaurants and shops.

All around it it a great property. Only snag was that we asked for our room to be freshened up mid-stay. Understandably there is no need for daily housekeeping; they only provide it upon request. We did request after the second night, but somehow the request was not passed along. We survived, but it would have moved the needle to the 5-star level.

Very noisy during waking hours. Could hear doors slamming, people talking in their rooms and music from restaurant patio next door. Fortunately it quieted down after 10pm. Didn’t get a chance to use the pool. Breakfast was great!
