The staff was well accommodating for our last minute pet emergency and were very friendly.

However the toilet kept draining the tank and having to refill to flush was an annoyance.

The mini fridge was unplugged so we assume our room had not been used in sometime. Our puppy had found a dead bug in the room.

Parking was convenient and location was accessible, albiet wrongly listed address on some travel sites.

My door wouldn't close from the outside. Although it advertises a breakfast, none is available. The owners are older, so I think they are just trying to keep the place open, so I give them some leeway for this. It is conveniently located, and price was inexpensive. Inside room was clean and well kept up. Decent stay.

Room smelled like mold really bad as soon as you walk in. Bathroom had cockroaches. Fridge was not plugged in when I got there. When I plugged it in it made a terrible high pitch ringing noise the whole time. Hotel phone kept randomly ringing but front desk said they were not calling. Had to unplug it. Hotel itself does not match photos online, hotel is extremely run down. Terrible.

The owner's and staff were great!! The rooms are clean and bathroom large. The shower water pressure was excellent and it always had hot water. The bulding was also keep clean and well mattationed. It was cloae to alot of stores and places to eat. I highly recommend this hotel.

The room was not very clean. Big hump in floor probably foundation shift under carpet. Water just barely came out of shower faucet. Took nozzle of water shot out so obviously stopped up head. Coffee pot had roach in it and someone had messed with stir stick and sugar packs. So besides having AC and a bed wouldn’t stay here again. Needs complete remodel.

Absolutely horrendous! The SWAT team showed up about an hour after we checked in on a Friday night. Apparently a guest went across to the Days Inn next door and barricaded himself inside and 30 cops were on the scene.

. Breakfast was milk, bread, cereal, and apples.

Cheap, yes, but you get what you pay for.

The toilet in the 1st room would run all the time and over flowed twice both times theyvhanded us the plunger and mop...the 2nd time we did get transferred to another room cause it overflowed so bad. The condition of the rooms are very very run down and their are bugs everywhere i think maybe cockroaches. The only goid thing was the young lqdy that helped us get moved to 2nd room and the beds were ok comfortable...will not stay here again

Only good thing about this property was the front desk girl the owner was nice as well but i figure she has to due to all the lies that mentioned in amenities . hallways an rooms have living an dead roaches THERE IS NO FREE WATER just a cooler with a huge lock on it with water , nor is there a wet bar an if you consider cereal or an apple breakfast then yeah it has breakfast.upon arrival we were given \"bad towels \" (an front desk said they were not good towels) because if we messed up good ones our deposit wouldnt get returned. So we politley accepted the insult as if were not good enough for clean fresh towels.
I have yet to check out but my rn my main concern is my deposit an that im not held responsible for anything i didnt do. Im really disappointed expidia lied about the free water , wet bar , an breakfast, an clean linen. Id never stay here with my kids ever again . to whom ever dose i hope your good enough to get fresh clean towels with no holes.

I have seen many sour reviews for this location but keep in mind you are paying a fair price for this location. It is an older property but management is kind and willing to accommodate in any manner possible. The bed is comfortable, shower has hot water and rooms have mini fridge and microwave. I have stayed her multiple times and have been treated kind, and have enjoyed the room.

For a 2 star hotel it was as expected. Pretty clean clean room but not detailed, TV had tape on it for some reason and in 5 minutes people turned purple. Didnt bother us much. Was quiet through the night and AC worked well. Plenty of towels, staff was friendly and over all was comfortable to just lay your head after a busy day out and about.

The hotel was not clean, the room was hot, when we turned on the room's ac the fan speed was stuck on low and was not blowing cool air. The person at the front desk sent us to another room which had the same problem. The outside temperature was 95 degrees, do not understand why they didn't turn on the ac before we got there. She was also very brusque and unhelpful, we decided not to stay and found another hotel. My Expedia app went offline or something and I could't contact someone to find out about a refund. I was very unhappy with all aspects of my booking.

DO NOT COME HERE!! First off when I first got there and it was time to pay there credit card machine wasn’t working but was acting like I didn’t have the funds to pay after my second card and even ask “are you sure you have money?” Like really? I wouldn’t be here if I didn’t. That’s the first red flag. The room smelt horrible and not just that we were greeted by a house roach on the microwave and a dead water bug in bathroom. Horrible place!

The reviews do NOT match the property. there was left over gum on the side of the nightstand, pool and jacuzzi were dirty and slimy, elevator did not work and my sister had to walk 2 flights and shes handicapped, breakfast was toast, muffins and cereal. I booked because of proximity to river road floating but could have stayed in something way better for the price. they should charge $50 a night.

This property need some serious updating. The main AC was out so they fans everywhere. The room AC could not fully cool down the room. The pool was green, fitness center was under maintenance, the elevator was down, and the breakfast was a joke.

We left a day early and just drove home instead of enjoying the area. We booked a room for 5, I assumed we would have a couch or something for the 5th but we did not and I was told it was extra to get a roll away bed or one person would have to sleep on the floor.

The beds were very uncomfortable, pillows were tiny and only 3 small pillows were provided we bed. I had yellow stains on my sheets. I highly recommend spending a little more money and staying anywhere else.

This hotel had mold in bleach stains. The toilet leaked water. There were roaches all over the bathroom. Mice holes on every wall withdroppings They only had throw pillows.
The curtains were hung up with zip. Ties we found somebody else's Artificial hair on the floor most of the light switches did not work. The entire facility smelled like wet dog and mold. They do not run the A. C in the common areas which intensifies the smell? Pipes were leaking in the closet. Mold, growing in the grout of the bathroom 10 out of 10 would not recommend

You get what you pay for.

It was a weird experience. Strong bleach smell when you get into the hall ways. Beds were nice and comfortable. Room was nice and cold. Weird parts: things that had previously vroke were obviously fixed as \"easy fixes\". Example: shower head was severely rusted so someone out some plastic between the metals to allow it to slide up and down easier. Light above the bathroom sink was a plug-in because the original light was out. The person next to us had their door open the whole time. Breakfast consisted of three different kinds of cereals and then a loaf of bread was out with peanut butter and jelly. I guess you get what you pay for.

Honestly this wasn’t worth the price we paid. The rates they have you would think it was a full service hotel. It is not and the smell oh the smell the elevator doesn’t work. You have to take the stairs and no matter which stairway will make you nauseous. The hallway is not much better. The ACs don’t work very well Not only that I have a sneaking suspicion of mold or some other high allergen one of my friends who has bad asthma, had a hard time breathing most of the time please don’t do it. It’s not worth the money.
