This was a good clean hotel for the price. Inside of room in particular was modern n clean. The big issue for me was location. It is far from the city where I wanted to be (my mistake). However, if your activities are in the area, then this place is great value

Extremely dirty and disgusting room. It was infested with ants and I didnt dare to place my items on the tabletop as they were crawling all over.

The hand soap container was empty all days during my stay which meant they didnt even bother to refill it.

My sheets were unclean and stained with yellow spots.

I purposely left a puddle of water one day to check if the toilets were washed. The same puddle of water was still there when i returned in the evening.

Good location as it was right next to a mall but avoid Citadine Dpulze at all cost...

Good stay with glitches

Stayed here the second time. This time for 3 nights. Hot water was not available. We put up the clean-up-room sign but when we returned the room was not cleaned or tidied up. Only replaced towels and took out rubbish. Room (one bedroom suite) was spacious and next to a shopping mall.

Affordable and functional hotel stay

The staff were friendly and helpful. I stayed in an executive apartment that was spacious and functional. There was very good water pressure in the shower and I appreciated that a water bottle fountain was available on each floor. There were many electrical plugs available and the many light switches were even labelled. It also was very convenient that the hotel was attached to the mall.

Breakfast was okay but you had to pay for Starbucks coffee dispensed from a machine.

Wonderful staff. Room was ok and reasonably clean.
Unfortunately I was worried for our health. There was an overwhelming odour of mould when we arrived. I was told we could not change the room did I want the cleaning service to come? Well no I didn't want lots of chemical products that would not disperse before the night, nor the attention of someone who had already clearly tried to clean. I bought baking soda and scrubbed the areas I could reach then rinsed and sprayed vinegar. We left the air con on and went out for a few hours. As we were there for 2 nights we left the air con on all the next day. Luckily the bed was far enough away from the kitchen drain and I could put vinegar in there otherwise I would have needed to find another hotel. Cleaners need to pay attention to drains. I understand mould is difficult to control with intense KL humidity. This is the first time I have ever encountered this in a hotel.

Unbelievably run down property that is almost impossible to find by car. Long black hairs on floor in bathroom. Pictures make it look nice but it was disgusting. “Breakfast” was 3 tiny pastries and toast in a take away box - for 2 people and cost something like 24RG. Ridiculous. Run away!

Our time loss because we have to wait for the technician to vacumn out the water for the aircon- living aircon not working. Toilet bowl dirty (pic not included) that I have to get a clorox to pour on both toilet bowl. Mug and teapot dirty with coffee stain, didnt wash at all. I have to sterilized all cutlery with hot water for 3 times. Toilet floor is full of hair and room is dusty. When i asked the housekeeping when they clean, they said 1 day before i check in which is shocking. I paid this property to come and clean the room, nonsense!

I stayed just for few hours. I booked the room as a transit for me to sleep, rest and take a showers before continuing my road trip further north.

I like that they allow me to check in early, considering that I will leave early. The room is good for a night stay, but I don't really feel that my room was properly cleaned nor sanitized.

The good about Citadines DPulze is its location and proximity to food outlets. A lot of them!. Rooms is big and condusive. The stock of cooking cutleries and utensils are really useful and highly appreciated. Beds are a little bit hard. Showers are slow when both bathrooms are being used simultaneouly. Swimming pool is catered to adult only. No kid's pool. Overall - satisfied with the hotel and will come again.

3) Upon check-In at 10pm on 20/09/2019, we felt that the air-conditioner in two bedrooms and one living room are not functioning well. I had made two calls to the front desk required the person in charge to fix the problem as we are tired for the long journey. The person in charge came to our room for twice time, the problem still unfixed. In the end, the person in charge told us that they couldn’t do anything and the air-conditioner is breaking down. I had requested to change a room for us as we cannot bear a 3-star hotel does not have air-conditioner. Kindly be understand that we came here for a vacation instead for a hardship. However, they said the hotel is fully booked and they cannot do anything, ask us to wait for tomorrow morning and find the manager.

3) The next day, I go to find the manager and would like to ask for fully refund or compensation. This is because all of us have to attend my graduation, due to the non-functioning well air-conditioner, all of us cannot rest well and doesn’t have good spirit to attend the graduation ceremony. Furthermore, I would also like to complaint the attitude of the manager as he/she does not want to meet with me and apologize to it, instead he required me to settle this problem via e-mail.

4) I would like to emphasize that the room itself was like a sauna and there is no fan at all. My dad and mum are an aged person and they have high pressure which required good rest. Such a room gave my parents a headache and high pressure

IMPROVEMENT Needed on Carpark and Breakfast

Shared car park in shopping mall with limited reserved car park for guest. Have to paid RM2 per entry during weekend. A lot of guest complaint on the difficulty to locate a bay. The fact of this situation should be highlighted in the facilities section so that the guest who book the hotel knowing that there is chances to face such situation.
Breakfast is served by Oldtown White Coffee in the shopping mall. Unfortunately, their staff (foreign worker) are inexperienced enough to serve the crowd of guest. I saw insufficiency of seat for guest, extra long waiting time for certain items ordered (kaya & butter toast), serving number taken away before food fully served and being told that food are all served.

THE place to be in Cyberjaya.

We stayed there as Cyberjaya was venue for our competition in a nearby mall. Citadines was a recommendation / referral and offered a comprehensive mall so much so that you get good value for the amount you pay for in terms of convenience, access, as well as amenities in the room (small kitchenette, sofa, etc.). The hot water in the shower could be improved, though as there would be instances wherein it would seem to 'run out' of hot water in the middle of a shower; however, all in all, a pleasant 5-day stay for my family.

The staff should check properly before inform me my room booking is not include breakfast, this is your responsibility to check it but not me, luckily i got print out the booking detail to prove my room booking is breakfast included. i don't understand why your system running info so bad....

Poor first impression,but redeemed itself somewhat

When first entering the room, you are hit with the slight smell of mildew and bleach. A very odd choice of flooring, perhaps they should replace the worn carpet (surely this hotel isn't that old).
Despite this, the bed was comfortable, the shower was powerful and hot and the towels were actually soft.
The gym was basic, but the pool was nice and stayed open until 11pm.
Sadly, the breakfast (held in Old Town Coffee in the mall next door) was disappointing: not much selection and I'm really not sure why the breakfast voucher couldn't have been issued upon check-in.
With the mall next door and KLIA just half an hour away, the location is good.
Very for a brief stay, but far from luxury.

We have stayed there a few times, but this time time around it was quite different; namely, the Reception counter girl was not receptive and friendly as previous reception staff. Secondly, breakfast was changed to another provider which served limited items and dishes like Nasi Lemak and Mee Siam were served cold.
I find that fellow guests were also complaining. Perhaps the Management could try out for themselves without pre-advising they were coming. It would be a pity if you were to lose out guests just because of poor quality breakfasts.

Citadines Dpulz - living up to the Ascott name

Everything about the room, service and staff were great - clean & well maintained,spacious and amenities-complete rooms, staff were extremely helpful and friendly, and service during check-in/out and luggage services were excellent. However, do note that Citadines outsource their breakfast, which is average, and that is quite beyond their control. Parking have to be paid as well (as the parking facilities belong to the dpulz mall) but it is cheap when validated. Overall, a truly great stay at the hotel!
