An special place...

The Double Tree is a most unusual resort. The building style is Malay (I assume), and consists of four buildings which cover a large area. The corridors are open and only the rooms, restaurant, reception, etc. are air conditioned. My room wasn't all that big, but cozy ! There were a lot of families present, which would be ok, if it wasn't for screaming kids in the dining room .

Family friendly resort
+ comfortable room , bed , pillow and linen are in best condition.
+ good breakfast with wide selection . No regrets to add on the breakfast.
+locate just beside the Putrajaya lake
+ kids had fun at splash pool and kids club
+ staffs are all friendly and helpful

If you ask me if anything could be better , I would suggest to have few security at the access to main road and lake side . To provide more secure and safe environment for hotel guest.

Overall very satisfied with the stay .

Paid extra for early check in and late check out. Arrived at 1pm to be told room would be really at 4pm. They told me I didn’t have early check in and blamed hotels.com
Actually got into room at 1.30. Late check out is 1pm instead of 12pm, I’m wondering why I paid extra?

This is a hotel you need to understand. It is perfectly located between the airport and Kuala Lumpur, however around the hotel is very little in walking distance. It is a great hotel to get away and staff is amazing. Rooms do need a refresh but are still quite ok

A tucked away hotel on the lake. Beautiful views of the lake. Decent gym woth dumbells, kettle bells, and bands. The restaurant was a rotating buffet for meal times. Many options for food. The pool was on top of the building with access to sunm a great stay away from the bustle of KL

Wonderful service and amenities on the property. We enjoyed the multiple pools & the live music (Saturday night) at the cafe. We had a nice evening strolling along the lake (go to Putra Mosque and the Millenium Monument!) and it was easy to get to the airport the next morning

I've stayed at the Doubletree Hilton Putrajaya multiple times and have consistently had a wonderful experience. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and offers great value for the price. While it's not the most convenient location if you don't have transportation, as it's away from shopping malls and the KL city center, the tranquility and comfort make up for it. It's an excellent choice for a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of the city. During my last visit, I accidentally left a few items in my room, and the staff were incredibly helpful in assisting me to retrieve them. Their attentiveness and efficiency were much appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend Doubletree Hilton Putrajaya for anyone looking for a peaceful and affordable getaway near the city.

I've stayed at the Doubletree Hilton Putrajaya multiple times and have consistently had a wonderful experience. The hotel is quiet, comfortable, and offers great value for the price.

Spent two nights here on a staycation, a couple with a toddler. Overall we had a very enjoyable stay. The room was comfy and spacious with a little balcony that had a beautiful view of the Putrajaya skyline (lights at night were gorgeous). There are three pools to choose from which was great to avoid the crowds at the splash pool which is obviously popular with kids.

The food was delicious - we had breakfast included and had dinner one night at Makan Kitchen. The breakfast buffet was one of our favourites of any hotel we've stayed at. I loved the option of eggs benedict from the egg station and how nasi lemak was served (option of 'bungkus' or loose rice with condiments and option of rendang or fried chicken).

The only areas we would have liked improved were more to do with the timing of our stay. We checked in Sunday of a long weekend which was chaotic to say the least. Check in took more than half an hour and I felt bad for the front desk staff who repeated the same question and script to me twice because she was clearly having to deal with so many people. It also meant we queued 15 minutes to get into breakfast the next morning which was not ideal.

All that size we had a good time and wouldn't mind going back again. Service was very good and loved the facilities available for kids (though so now the kids room is only for those 4 years and above).

I didn’t like the layout of the room especially the toilet. Toilet was squeezy especially for a family room. The lights in front of the wardrobe was not working and the doors of the wardrobe was hitting something at the ceiling as I opened the door. Hair dryer was not working at optimal level. Apart from that, the buffet food was okay, not the best like the other Double Tree hotels.

its was good place relax , but the stuff stilling money from guests I chose breakfast and pay for it 8$ than morning they told me you have to pay cash , they charged me on property for tourists tax I pay it cash 10 Malaysian but the charged me over my account too which is not honest with people in this way they lose people trust andI will tell all my friends and people . its fine its not big dale for me but in the future they are loser I hope you guys take care of this in future thanks .

Excellent stay with my parents. We stayed in a family room which had more than enough space. The property is beautiful and makes for a great staycation or retreat. Our room initially had leaking water from the ceiling, but upon contacting the reception, we were moved to an equivalent room next door and offered a free breakfast. Wonderful service and we hope to visit again soon.

First day o encountered ants everywhere
In my room, so I notified front desk staff who told me she’ll send housekeeping to spray ants. Fifteen minutes passed and noone came so called again and I told them of in 10 minutes no one comes then move me to a cleaner room. Finally housekeeper came and sprayed the ants while I was still in my room. Dirty place

One of the best place for family to spend some good time. 4 difference pools make the parents life a lot easy. It would be the best if the hotel have the kids play room more affordable and with some quality equipment. Kids club needs to open every day not only in the weekends. Found a huge dead cockroach in the changing room.

Waiting time for beg is like 1 hour. If you decided to take it yourself, make sure you know how far you'll walk to your room.

Long queue for breakfast during weekends. The staff is trying hard to find seats for guests. Perhaps open another area for breakfast if high occupancy.

Aircon took a long time to warm up and hours to become cold. Other than that room is fine.

Booked king got 2 smaller beds

Property is large and convenient for the airport about 30 minutes away.

We tried to pay for dinner at the hotel onto the room but they said they didn't allow so had to use cash which was a bit strange.

Room was booked as a king but we received two smaller ones, lucky was only a short overnight stay so no point moving rooms.

Kids pool was really good, room was nice and the other pools were big and clean.
The service was really poor. We booked a family room and there were no beds set up for the children. I called reception 4 or 5 times trying to get them to set up the beds before it was eventually done. The service in the restaurant was very poor, we ordered dessert and it never came. The manager was very kind though and had it sent to our room free of charge.
Our room wasn’t ready until after 4 pm.
