Really nice business resort

I attended an event hosted at the resort’s conference suites and booked to stay onsite also. My room was very spacious and well appointed. The bed was huge and very comfortable! All the facilities are clean and modern and my stay was a pleasure. Staff and service was also excellent.

Some minor issue with chk in. Made me waited for 30 mins even though I reached after 3pm. After seeing how displeased I was, the manager offer me another room with upgrade.

The main criteria that i like about this resort is the green and quiet environment. Everything about this resort is good except for few things that can be improve that are the breakfast food can be more varieties and the gym can be bigger with more equipments.

Food in the restaurants is very poor quality.

Check-in is not modern and only ask to write down your credit card details.

The resort was a like an oasis in the city of Cyberjaya. Nice palm trees and greenery surrounded the resort resulting in a quiet retreat. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Property is older but had charm. We plan to return soon.

Worst place to stay in KL.

One of the worst properties I have ever stayed. Water color from the faucet were red, door/window panels were broken, kitchen pipe did not work, sofa was disgusting, no vegetarian food etc etc.

No one should ever go near to this property. Hotels.com should be careful about listing and selling this property for US $100+ where I could have gone to some 5 stars with an additional 10 miles more.

Stay away from this property, absolutely disgusting. The sofa - you will be disgusted to touch it, forget about sitting on it.

staff are warm and helpful. Rooms are in need of some freshening and the restaurants are OK, not great but the staff are very pleasing. The pool is nice and the grounds are pretty. At night and in the early morning the pathway from the pool area to the main lobby is very dark and could benefit from lighting on the walkway. Overall good value for money.

Our room (number 120) is near the railway so it is very noisy. It is a 22 years old hotel hence maintenance is much needed. The property is quite run down. The couch in our room is dirty and there are plenty of ants in the room. The pictures shown in the website for the deluxe chalet (executive) are with bathtub but our room do not have a bathtub. Overall it wasn't a pleasant stay for us.

The hotel is dated, my room had an air conditioner that was in ill repair. After a call to the front desk a repairman appeared who was not qualified to remedy the problem. The room itself was dated, almost no amenities. I had to ask for water. This hotel is not the place to stay if you are looking for 5 star service and accommodations, I was highly dismayed

Nice hotel. Was here on business, so I didn't have chance to utilise the facilites - but the pool looked inviting. However, the hotel is isolated - there is nothing within walking distance. Several restaurants on-site and nice buffet breakfast. Good lounge for relax and have a drink at end of day.
They were a little lacking regarding refreshing the room. Kept forgetting to replace the wash-cloths (face washer) and other details. But it was minor inconvenience.

Big and spacious, wide selection of food, and a great spa. They have a buggy service to help you get around the property. However service is abysmally slow and rooms not clean. We were a large group and booked about 10 rooms all of which had an insect and ant problem. The bedroom slippers in my room were used and not clean.

Some of the resort and rooms were beautiful, however there were small issues everywhere that needed attention. The staff were friendly and helpful, at times it was difficult to find a member of staff as there was barely anyone at the resort most of the time we were there. The breakfast at Veranda restaurant was very good, lots of choice. The Chinese restaurant was disappointing and dinner at Veranda was not available to us as unfortunately they had no vegetarian options. The pool bar remained unstaffed throughout our visit, the other bar was ok but generally empty of guests. The pools required cleaning and there were a number of staff and guests smoking in the pool area which was unpleasant. The Sembunyi spa treatments were very good and reasonably priced, the jacuzzi and plunge pool were lovely. The sauna and steam were not functioning properly and in dire need of cleaning and renovation. The site in general was decently kept but needed tidying, parts were very nicely planted and cared for but improvements definitely needed.

It was a weekend getaway. Check-in was slow. It took 15 mins per guest including so many papers to sign. Do have a different counter to explain the resorts' facilities and not the same person doing the check-in. Not all guests can stand too long. Deluxe room was clean but looked old & gloomy. Mattress was no longer sturdy and not suitable for my back as I have lower back pain. Other than these, resort was an excellent escape from the city.

It was a real shocking and disappointing experience choosing this hotel, it was night and raining, the front counter just directed me to my room by saying turn left and drive and you can find your room, I had to seek help if she can send help to guide me to my room as it was raining and I have two kids with me. Later a staff directed me to follow him and upon reaching in front of the building he showed the location of my room and did not offer to help to carry my luggage (note its heavy rain and me with two kids felt so stuck thinking how am I going to get the kids to the room in this rain) \"Again I have to ask, is there anyone who can help me\". There was NO OFFERE of help. With one umbrella, he helped out to send my kids and I was soaked wet taking the rest of the things. Upon reaching and placing my thing in the entrance, the staff told me that if I need umbrella I just look for one in one of the wardrobe and he left us, looking high and low could not find the umbrella and worried that my car is blocking the way, I ran in rain, parked and got to room totally wet, leaving behind my kids at the entrance of the room.
After almost 2 am , the aircond was literally screaming the whole night with leaking, next day complain to front desk and they mention it was serviced, but later the next two nights sharp 6 am the air conditioner was my alarm clock to wake me up to work as it started to scream. No Way I will Go back to this hotel.

A place to relax in Cyberjaya

Stay here for my convocation at Multimedia University as the resort is only 5 minutes away from the campus. Chalet is comfortable, nice and clean. Their breakfast buffet is delicious! Free access to Spa facilities(Jacuzzi, steam room, etc) is bonus. My only complaint is that the swimming pool is too shallow for adult to swim.

Downside:-
•Check in at 3PM is a tad late and still took nearly 2 hours for room to be ready.
•Bar prices are VERY expensive which will make an impact on decision to return.
•Felt sorry for members of staff in long sleeves and ties who were very sweaty. Would have been much nicer to see them in relaxed resort wear.

Perhaps the only resort hotel in digital business area, Cyberjaya. However if you're on business and need a resort feel, then I can highly recommend this hotel. Some of the rooms are fairly old but everything is functional and they've a nice pool, good gym, spa and restaurant. Excellent value too. No other places in this area where you can lie on a hammock under the shade of a tree while cyber-businessing away on your PC

The resort was beautiful. Wifi was down in the room, you had to go to lobby to get a connection. Rooms are not sound proof, people above making noise, room connecting I could see their light through gaps at connecting doors. Also could hear them. We had two rooms, one had a nice smell, the other was old stale smell.

We stayed just for a short stop over for 2 nights on our flight home, so we just spent the day by the pool, which was very relaxing. The hotel was very quiet during our stay and the pool bar was not open. Would have liked a cocktail by the pool but unfortunately that was not an option. The food in the hotel was great and the staff in the restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The staff at the reception were also amazing and very helpful.

-Very convenient to be able to park infront of our chalet
-Breakfast selection was very good

The not so good
-My room (194) above the fridge cabinet and also toilet sink was full of ants!
-Some amenities such as iron (and board) was rather old and not working properly
-Sink and toilet was not very clean. Found hair and dust in some areas
-Swimming pool water not very clean. Dust, dead insects, leaves in it.
- Smoking should not be allowed near swimming pool area, where benches are, I found cigarettes on the floor

The hotel was too fat from City. Will be nice the room to have more drinks in the.fridge. As staff does not supply a spare toilet paper we need to go to take one from the washroom, faraway from our room. Bar at the pool was never open, the other bar open at 3.00 pm, then if u want a drink u need to go to nearest restaurant . At check off I was charged extra money for the minibar in the room.

A surprise stay with affordable price

I was shocked with the excellent services and room comfort that we got with the amount payed through Expedia. The place we stayed were in a chalet with a balcony. The room was comfortable and i parked my car just right in front of my room. The facilities were amazing especially the Jacuzzi, steam bath and pool which was facing the lake with a beautiful sun set. Yes, it is a truly great experience to stay here with natural surrounding. The is also bicycle renting within the place and we can use them for FREE! I am planning for another trip, in future but with more people since the hotel also have bungalows for stay too.

Breakfast - Not many choices compared to the other 4/5 star hotels. Most of the guests looked like local Muslims and the food was targeted at them not for Non Malaysian. The choices are limited and the quality was poor.

Service - I requested and called the front desk to bring an umbrella as my room didn't have it at my first call. On the next day and called again, they finally brought the umbrella. Very dissapointed.

Quite remote from the city with excellent environment for people to escape from hectic life. Rooms are cozy and comfortable, except the insecta part. Staff are very friendly and nice.

But communication between staff was not very good which caused us almost missed our flight.

Nice and relaxing weekend staycation

We are 2 adults and 2 children (7 & 4) staying 2D1N. Check-in time is 3pm, we arrived before 12pm and by 12.30pm our room was ready, nice. Booked the superior king room but was upgraded to the deluxe super single twin, double nice. The room is very spacious. The bathroom is clean and well-maintained. The bed frame is wood and has carvings on them, the mattress is thick and comfy. The curtain is of quality fabric. Only the pool towels has yellowish stains on them. The room has a DVD player and even an iPod dock/player.

We can access the resort and the facilities freely and easily. They have 3 swimming pools which the kids love. There's not much people so it felt like we have a lot of privacy and freedom. The kids playroom even has a TV with DVD player.

Overall the surrounding provides a relaxing with comfortable stay.

Keep up the good work in maintenance and service! Truly a 4-star resort!!
