Súper mal la atención de una de las recepcionistas mala cara y ni siquiera ofrece un saludo y tampoco lo contesta, reservé con desayuno incluido y no me lo dieron. Dijo que era error de la aplicación de despegar , que era problema mío y de la aplicación. Y se negó rotundamente a cualquier arreglo, yo reservé ese hotel por lo que me ofrecieron y resultó un engaño. No regresaría.

Overall, this day was OK we felt safe. The staff was somewhat friendly, but the only thing that made me frustrated and disappointed was the fact that when I reserved this hotel, it said breakfast included that is a lie. They will charge you every day and coffee is charged too. I spoke to the general manager and he did not listen. I will not be staying here anymore because of the fact.

No tenían mi reservación, me tuve q contactar con el servicio al cliente de hoteles.com, tuve que dejar un depósito extra de $500 pesos por el tema de que no tenían mi reservación, la persona del lobby con muy mala actitud y sin ganas de ayudar con lo de la reservación comentó que ellos no tenían la reservación y que hoteles.com solo era un intermediario y que lo viera con ellos, cuarto olía feo, la llave para entrar al cuarto me la dieron desprogramada, la televisión no servía. Además mi reservación decía que incluía el desayuno tipo Buffet y en el hotel me dijeron que no era cierto. No regresaría a ese hotel y probablemente nunca más vaya a reservar en un Howard Johnson.

Door card reader wasn’t working properly. It would take 5-10 minutes every single time to get access to my room. Area where the hotel is located is a dangerous area according to locals. Wi-Fi suckedand most of the time i would have to disconnect and use my cell data to access the Internet.

Where do I begin? The desk staff aside from valet parking attendant were unfriendly. Thank goodness the parking valet was able to assist me although limited in English - which was understandable. The room was dirty: floor was not mopped (wearing white socks reveal that fact), no blanket just sheets, mold on roof of bathroom, no light bulbs in two lamps leaving only one working, hotel location really..really sketchy, television installed on top of a clothing closet which caused neck cramps just to watch it in addition to the constant buffering due to poor internet/wifi.

I will NEVER stay at any Howard Johnson hotels going forward.

El check in & el check sin problemas, el personal del hotel muy amable.
Ahora la habitación: básica limpia en general, pero el baño fue el problema. Las toallas viejísimas, delgadas & rotas. La presión de agua súper débil, le falta una buena limpieza a la regadera, el escusado subí le bajabas de cierta forma la cisterna no se llenaba bien. El AC no enfriaba bien. Pequeños grandes detalles que necesitan mantenimiento. Me hospede ahí por ser una cadena hotelera que ya conozco, las imágenes no son actuales.

NO ELEVATORS!!! All bedrooms are in 2-3rd floors. Can only access through stairs. Stairways did not have A/C. The hotel was not well conditions for hot temperatures. A/C in the room barely blew cool air. They allowed parties in the rooms of over 20 people during weeknights with loud music and noises. No type of amenities. Their gym was a joke. Also no cool air. Staff looked like they were forced to be there. Not even a smile was shared. Each time you leave the hotel you have to report to front desk. I don’t understand the need to tell them when you leave and return. Felt like I had to report to my parents back in the day. Restaurant area had no type of fan nor A/C. We either had to eat in the heat or our room. Overall experience was horrible. We had booked for two weeks and left after 5 days, loosing our money since there was no refund. Ended up at Staybridge in Silao who had the best of the best. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Very disappointing from the repair of the building to the customer service. The restaurant food isn’t good (and we are very easy going when it comes to food). in addition; they won’t start your order because they prefer to spend their time chitchatting instead of working. The orders take forever! We had to ask for toilet paper two days in a row and ended up going to the store and buying a roll of TP. The bed skirts are ripped and the sofa-bed is wore out. They are supposed to start the breakfast buffet at a certain time which doesn’t happen. The safe wasn’t working. The only pleasantries are the men that take your luggage and the cleaning crie (who do a great job)
Do not recommend staying here.

Terrible location, looks like a dangerous area, would not dare walk around at night and very carefull during day.

If you have stayed at Howard Johnson Condensa before, this is not it, that is now La Ramada portales bravo. I thought I was booking that and wound up at HJ Avenida. BE VERY CAREFUL IF WANT TO ENJOY YOUR STAY!

It's located in a bad area with nothing close by to walk to. Definitely does not feel safe to walk around the hotel. The staff was not efficient and took a long time to try to solve a problem with our room. The safe was locked when we arrived at the room and their solution was to move us to a room in the smoking area which was terrible. We told them we wouldn't move so they had to see how to fix the problem with the safe or give us a refund. The rooms are small and somewhat noisy. Would recommend to stay in a hotel closer to the poliforum, it's a much nicer area.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant was not great , but good and the prices not expensive. Not sure I'd recommend the hotel for someone without a car. It is within walking distance to the city center but the neighboring streets are quite rough yet safe. Also, no AC in the room.

The hotel is clean, and comfortable. The staff is friendly, but few knew any English at all and those who knew only little. Internet service is sporadic, based on what side of the hotel you were in. The location is too far from the city's central markets. We were told we would have queen sized beds and they were double. Was disappointed with no air condition and the level of noise from the streets, but made us understand why the price was so inexpensive. Over all the hotel was nice for what we paid, but I would rather pay more and get more.

Perfect!!

The staff was very nice and friendly. The room and hallways were very clean and inviting. And lots of lil stores and shops around within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends. I'll be returning in January and i will be staying there.

the hotel was very decent. we stayed there to go the local Leon soccer game. hotel was about a 15 minute drive to stadium. Airport is about 30 minutes away. my husband said he couldn't sleep because of the noise, I slept fine.

Elegí este hotel por qué menciona tiene desayuno incluido, lo cual es falso, al momento de hacer check in me mencionó la recepción que mi habitación era solo habitación, lo cual no concordaba con lo que la app decía, hablé con soporte de Expedia me dijeron me proporcionarían el desayuno, al siguiente día que quise desayunar con mi familia no me lo permitieron mencionando que a ellos no se los permitían, de nuevo hablábamos con soporte de Expedia y no pudieron solucionar el problema, la chava de recepción me dio un número a donde mandé capturas de que el hotel se ofrece con desayuno incluido todas las habitaciones y no se solucionó nada, mucho ruido en las habitaciones contiguas, la presión y temperatura de la agua de la regadera mala.

NUNCA VUELVO A RESERVAR AQUÍ

La habitacion es mas pequeña que como luce en las fotos, los de recepcion con malas caras para atender. Esta cerca del centro pero esta muy mal cerca de calles muy feas, para entrar y salir del hotel a tomar alguna calle manejando es peligroso. Las toallas estan viejas y se ven percudidas de tan viejas lo mismo con las cobijas, nonpusieron mas cobijas x si hacia frio. El tel de la habit no servia. Les urge trabajar en muchos detalles. Y no hay elevador x lo q es muy cansado subir las escaleras

Las instalaciones son buenas, el hotel limpio, pero mucho ruido. Entrar de personas desde la 01:00 am, Los últimos inquilinos llegaron a las 04:00 am y a gritar y hacer escándalo. Nos hospedamos en el hotel para descansar y no viajar de noche. Salimos en la mañana todos desvelados con super dolor de cabeza. No hay quien ponga orden. no cumple las espectativas de otorgar un descanso...

Dicen que dan desayuno y mentira, dicen que tienen gimnasio y 4 aparatos y solo uno funciona y ni agua ni toallas hay. Con trabajos te dan botellitas de agua y café, el sanitario tira el agua, falta mucho mantenimiento. No lo recomiendo porque si es caro..

Llegamos y no funciona la llave para entrar a la habitación....otras habitacion no tenía luz.
Por fin nos quedamos en una habitación y ruidos cada dos tres horas como si movieran cosas pero muy fuerte, y se quitaba, luego otra vez...
Realmente muy mal.
Reservamos dos noches y solo tomamos una, nos quejamos en recepción y que no sabían, que pusiéramos nuestra queja..
En fin estuvo pésimo..
Perdimos una noche..

La ubicación es céntrica pero no parece segura la zona. Es un hotel antiguo y le falta mantenimiento. El personal carece de capacitación para el servicio al público. Por el precio está bien especialmente si vas de trabajo y de entrada por salida

Pues el costo de 1 noche x habitación es buen precio, creo pudieran mejorar, su restaurante muy caro para las porciones, y la señora de la mañana del restaurante, le pedí si me vendia porfavor 2 cafés y de mala gana, chiquitos y caros. Puede hacer muchas mejoras.
