The room was in a terrible area with graffiti all over it, they wanted to put me in the basement with some unidentified stain on the wall. I told them I couldn’t stay there. The manager said no worries, he would refund me. It was late, I was tired and had to find other accommodations so I foolishly took him at his word and left without anything in writing. I never received my refund. Do not recommend!

One pillow and towel per person. Breakfast is delicious! It is on a main road so you will hear cars pass by. This place does count with a/c and the bus stop is across the street, easy to navigate. It is outside of the “centro” but it is walking distance.

There was no hot water to take a bath, so i bath with very cold water, i complain at the front desk, and they give me only excuses about the water pump, next morning same problem, cold water.

Good stay. Appreciated A/C. Short ride to Zona Piel & Central bus terminus. Gym upstairs had a good view. Drop off by taxi is weird as entrance is on main street easy to miss. Honk, honk from people behind. Stayed in ground floor room, strange sewer smell both mornings. Told us no breakfast. Only coffee pot was at front desk. Bottom floor had no window view. Wi-Fi worked in our room. Good TV channels. Not much to eat in walking distance. Hard beds.

The hotel is centrally located and walking distance to main tourist attractions in Leon (El Centro, Expiatorio, Estadio Leon) and nightlife (Calle Madero, La Calzada). You can take an Uber for no more than $5 USD to main malls since it's much quicker. The room and bathroom were clean and their breakfast was just enough to get you up in the morning (coffee, bread, fruit).
The only issue I had at the beginning of my week-stay was that I had to go through the lobby to reactivate my room card (it would expire every 4 hours) and wi-fi is really non-existent. I don't like them to use \"nearby construction\" as an excuse.
All-in-all it is a nice small hotel, priced reasonably and I would stay here again!

The attitude of the employees, we asked for extra towels and they say the hotel was full and there was no more, they kept calling as while we were sleeping in the morning because they wanted to clean the room, no water in the morning to shower

Good little budget hotel. Very small room, but clean, modern and quiet (I asked for one out the back). I just needed it to sleep and was out all day, so it was fine for me. Clean and new bathroom. The staff was was very helpful, bringing me extra water when I asked for it and being very friendly. Breakfast was decent with fresh fruit, cereal and toast, tea/coffee and juice. Negatives were the wifi didn't work in my room and the safe also didn't work, after the previous guests programmed it and forgot to leave it open. Staff when to great length trying to remedy the problem but couldn't. All in all a good place for the price. Very close to centro historico so it's a good location as well.

Overall experience was not bad; staff was attentive and the location is in close proximity to the leather district and the Plaza. However, the WiFi service is not reliable. The hotel has at least eight Wifi networks but the connection is very poor. The water drainage in the shower is very slow and it feels like you're standing in a pool of water while showering.

The hotel is nice, simple and well located. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I had room 301 the one closer to the entrance, AVOID this one, you will get all the noice from the guests, the staff, and I guess a party they had in the lobby. So I recommend you ask for a different room if you get the 301. Other than that it was ok.

It is a clean and modern hotel. Its a good location, close to Madero St where there is nightlife and restaurants. It's also close to the bus station. There were a few issues, I had to change rooms because the toilet didn't work and then the shower water wasn't warm in my new room.

Clean, Centrally Located, Polite, Modern and Low $

I stayed here for a Week while visiting family in Leon. This hotel is modern and clean, breakfast is provided (though I didn't try it), the parking lot is secure at night and the hotel is centrally located on the largest avenue in Leon. Rooms have Flat screen TV's, Air conditioning, Coffee makers an ironing boards which make it great for business people. There is a small elevator which is great for taking your luggage upstairs, considering that Leon is pretty much a mile high, this is a good thing! There is a small gym on the top floor, has a couple of treadmills and some free weights but don't expect a full set of weights. Staff was very polite and held our luggage for us while we ventured out to Guanajuato City and San Miguel De Allende. If you find yourself in Leon, go to the leather district; Leon is the leather working capital of Mexico and things like Gorgeous leather jackets can be had for $50 USD, leather brogues for $25USD and exotic leather boots that aren't even available in the US can be purchased here. Overall, I had an awesome stay here especially considering that I paid $35 USD a night, next time i'm visiting family in Leon, I will definitely stay here.

This hotel could not be beat for the price, Rooms were extremely clean, complimentary coffee and 2 bottled waters every day in your room including most services provided at US hotels such as a hair dryer, ironing board and iron , cable TV etc. Included in the room was a wall mounted AC unit which was great to have as Leon can get very warm sometimes and the location was perfect! Lopez Mateos is a main artery of Leon and provides a quick path in and out of the city and to all nearby neighborhoods and markets. Sheets were extremely clean and the beds were comfortable although I would warn you that at night the main street can be a bit noisy. I did not get to try the breakfast in the morning (would visit my uncles taco cart instead ) but I did try out the gym which only has 2 treadmills, a stairmaster and some freeweights which was enough for a couple impromptu workouts that I put in. This hotel also has a fairly secure parking lot , at night they close the doors and only the front desk can open it, had no problem with security in the lot.

Overall , I have absolutely no complaints, they were polite and take Mastercard , they even held my luggage while I visited Guanajuato and San Miguel De Allende, for $31 a night, Its unbelievable.

This hotel is very simple and basic. All room face the main Boulevard. Construction in and out is as simple as a building can be and furniture in the room as simple as it can be. Elevator is tiny and very slow. Girls at reception multi-task as bell boys, servers at breakfast in the morning, doing dishes, etc. Very nice, helpful, and down to earth girls.

PROS:
1. Nice people, quick check-in and check-out at reception
2. Very clean facilities and rooms
3. Clean sheets and towels every day
4. Silent air conditioning
5. Coffee maker, safety lock, iron and hair dryer in-room
6. Free bottles of water in-room
7. Very basic continental breakfast
8. Very, very affordable
9. Very close to downtown Leon
10. Bus stop in front of hotel

CONS:
1. No refrigerator, microwave or box of “Kleenex” in-room
2. No ice or vending machines. Need to request ice from receptionist
3. No restaurant
4. No swimming pool
5. No landscaping of any kind
6. Noise of the traffic on the boulevard could bother some people

Tips:
1. After you shower cover the drain to avoid foul smells from coming into the room
2. Windows have a vent on the bottom; make sure to keep it closed at all times. We got woken up the first night by the terrible smell coming from the street.

My wife and I feel that for the super low price we paid, we couldn’t expect any better. No luxury, no bells and whistles, but very clean and good enough if you are not full of it and go there just to sleep.

Es la segunda vez que me quedo, el personal es muy amable es por lo que regrese la verdad y todo está muy limpio el desayuno está bien, la vez pasada me había gustado más, es una muy buena zona porque todo queda muy cerca y accesible para transporte no siento que sea inseguro más que ya que sea muy noche si no es la mejor zona a los alrededores, siento que igual por la zona hay muchísimo ruido y la habitación de esta vez me tocó en planta baja literal hacía la calle, yo tengo mucho problema para dormir con ruido, así que mis próximos hospedajes trataré de gestionar eso en recepción que repito como es tan buena ubicación pues si sé que es lógico el ruido, desconozco si hay alguna manera de ayudar. Que sea menos ese tipo de molestias sonoras, de ahí en más creo que todo bien, todos son muy amables y realmente eso y que las observaciones de limpieza y que una llave tiró mucha agua cuando me hospedé la primera vez pues cambió todo eso en esta nueva habitación, creo que todos están muy comprometidos en siempre estar atentos y mejorar.

El personal fue amable. El siguiente mensaje sería para mejorar el mantenimiento del hotel, ya que el baño tenía una fuga y estuvo mojado el piso todo el tiempo. La cama y almohadas podría mejorar. El colchón estuvo extremadamente duro y las almohadas muy bajitas. El aire acondicionado no sirvió.
Pero la ubicación es buena y accesible. La seguridad del estacionamiento es importante y el hotel lo tiene.

El Hotel tiene una excelente ubicación cerca del Expiatorio y una parada del metrobus cruzando la calle. Cuenta con desayuno incluido que ayuda a empezar el día con energía. Las instalaciones estan limpias sin embargo estan deterioradas por el tiempo y el gimnasio no tiene ningina maquina funcionado. El servicio de todo el personal es atento y amable. En general lo recomiendo, es seguro, céntrico y limpio.

Tuvimos una pésima experiencia, por la madrugada los tipos hospedados en el cuarto de aún lado intentaron entrar a nuestro cuarto forzando la chapa, GAD no lo lograron. Llámanos a recepción por casi una hora y nunca contestaron. La pasamos súper mal, por la mañana fuimos a recepción y les hicimos mención y dijeron que no podían hacer nada.

Las condiciones actuales del Hotel no son como lo muestran en fotos, tienen muchos problemas de humedad en toda la habitación y en la regadera tienen bastante sarro lo que indica un mal mantenimiento.
Lo peor fue las condiciones de limpieza de la cama, sabanas sucias, percudidas y manchadas.
El personal de recepcion fue cortes
Nunca regresaria al Hotel.

Las fotos y descripción que ofrecen del hotel son mentira. Las paredes del cuarto y baño llenas de humedad. Te lo venden con wifi pero jamás sirve y te dicen es cosa del proveedor. La tv con canales nacionales no funciona, se congela la imagen una y otra vez. El agua en la regadera apenas y sale. No cuentan con desayuno incluido, tienen cocina para que guardes tus cosas y listo! Muy decepcionante! Siento que me robaron dinero!

La recepcionista fue muy cuadrada al no apoyar con mas toallas de las que tiene la habitacion , habia humedad en el piso, la llave mezcladora del baño tiraba mucha agua, la television solo tiene 4 canales y una antena la cual estaba caida y no sintonizaba los canales y la cebolleta de la regadera no funcionaba, se salia el agua por un lado

La ubicación era a lado d la avenida, por la noche hubo ruido. La habitación estaba en el sótano. La tv nunca funciono. Les recomiendo invertir en cable o netflix, creo sus tvs no son smart tv, no tenia señal. El color gris del cuarto se veia triste.
Los ruidos d la noche parecian como si querian abrir el cuarto. Realmente no me gusto nada. No me quedaría ahi d nuevo ni lo recomiendo. Gracias

Hotel relativamente nuevo, muy limpio y con todo lo necesario para poder hospedarse de trabajo una o varias noches.

Las habitaciones un poco pequeñas, pero bien distribuidas.

El hotel cuenta con estacionamiento cerrado.

Quizás el único detalle es que el costo de la habitación se me hace un poco alta. Si la bajaran un poco, ahora sí sería el mejor hotel desde el punto de vista costo/beneficio.

Al llegar me recibieron con la noticia que el aire acondicionado de la habitación estaba malo. Pedí otra habitación y me dijeron que tenían disponibles suites pero a diferente costo.
La encargada fue muy grosera. Me dieron el ventilador de la cocina del hotel que estaba más que sucio.
Que desagradable experiencia. El hotel debe asumir su responsabilidad y asignarme una habitación que esté en buenas condiciones. Pero no lo hizo.

En general es un Hotel cómodo, limpio y práctico. Pero ofrece gym, cunado solo cuenta con dos caminadoras (solo medio sirve una) y una escaladora (no sirve)

La atención del personal es buena, las habitaciones son cómodas, el único pero que yo le pondría es que durante mi estancia no nos hicieron la limpieza en la habitación y eso que en dos ocasiones nos ausentamos por un tiempo prolongado.
