Excellent service hotel was fully booked and very busy. Nurum hotel manager was always there to answer any questions. Provided me help with arranging a taxi service to KSA. Adnan in the lobby and Said during breakfast were very friendly. Had an amazing time and loved the service.

We stayed as a family of six, including two young kids and two teenagers, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel was very nice, clean, and everything was up to the mark. We booked a non-smoking room on the first floor, facing the pool, which was very convenient. The kids especially enjoyed their time at the pool as well as the hot and cold baths. Overall, it’s a great place for a family vacation and we highly recommend it!

Outstanding service!

Pros: Fantastic experience. Manager was kind enough to upgrade us to a suite fit for a king! Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Views were great. Staff was friendly, helpful, cheerful and seemed eager to please. Place felt secure.
Staff picked up on an overcharge that was quickly remedied. A package that we requested to be sent to the hotel was graciously accepted a couple days before our arrival. All in all a great stay. Would go back again on our next trip to Bahrain.

Cons: No USB ports in the rooms which for a hotel of this stature is quite surprising.
Also balconies are locked (for safety reasons the notices state) which is a shame given the view.

Stayed over during a 12 hour transit. Very warm welcome at hotel! Front desk clerk who attended to us is a fine gentleman who was very helpful and courteous. Cluster Security Manager was happy to store luggage on our behalf till our return a couple days later.

Pros:
Room was well lit, spacious, clean and quiet though it smelled a touch musty on arrival. Elevator access to floors is controlled by having a valid room access card. The bed was firm, the fridge worked and hot water flowed readily without having to wait an eternity.

Cons:
Only downside is that the room LACKS USB ports.

It was a nice experience. Staff is kind in extreme from the begining at the front desk with Saif & Adman, as our host in the roof top bar, and also the waiters and cookers in the restaurant. The Apartment was impecably cleaned by Deepak & Shashi and the support of the Front Office Supervisor Sanket Mestry was very valuable. The location is gorgeous and pacefull.

My recent stay at Ramada Hotel & Suites by Wyndham wasn't just a comfortable getaway – it was a reminder of the genuine warmth and care that can make all the difference. While my luggage danced off on an unexpected adventure with the airline, the staff at [Hotel Name] transformed what could have been a stressful time into a testament to exceptional service.

Upon my arrival, Angelo and Antonita at the front desk were exceptionally supportive and understanding. They attentively helped me through the complexities of airline procedures and were incredibly helpful in meeting all my requests. Their assistance included providing recommendations for nearby malls where I could find essentials while waiting for my luggage

The breakfast crew – Kriss Ann, Ali Medini, and Nikken – brought sunshine to my mornings with their delightful smiles and delicious food. Their friendly chat and attentiveness were exactly what I needed to start my day off right.

The rooftop haven, managed by Mahendra and Farrukh, became my escape during this unsettled time. Their welcoming presence and keen service made me feel right at home. It was a space to breathe and simply be.

Finally, a big shout-out to the incredible housekeeping team. Respecting my request for minimal cleaning, they still checked in daily to ensure I had everything I needed. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail were truly appreciated.

The hotel stay was wonderful. I would love to give a shout-out to the cleaner on the 1st floor. His name started with an N. He did an amazing job ensuring my room was cleaned and was always checking in to see if we needed extra water or towels. It was fantastic cannot wait to go again.

The room was spacious and the kitchen was good. The oven door would scrape against the cabinet when we used it. The staff was hit or miss. The kitchen was not stocked with utensils and the ones they did bring was not the standard you would expect for a VIP hotel. We called for a room cleaning before going out for shopping and errands. Came back several hours later and had to call again for them to come clean the room. Overall the hotel was good but I was expecting more from VIP hotel.

Good condition, but should improve cleanliness. We found a medical neadle under the sofa. The chicken and beef burgers were bad quality, but the chicken wrap was good. The TV has a software issue; it restarted 5 times during five hours.

There was no shuttle as advertised to transport me from airport to the hotel. When I called the hotel to find out where the shuttle was, I was disappointed to be told, \"Take a taxi\". :( Because of COVID I was quarantined in my room for the entire stay and had all meals delivered to my room. The one time there was hair in my food.

Absolutely beautiful hotel with fantastic staff! The staff were all so friendly and helpful, from the reception staff to the cleaners to the bar staff to the door staff! The King room we had was huge. The jetted tub was refreshing. Resraurant near lobby had a good breakfast, though a bit expensive. Hotel is within walking distance to the Amwaj Lagoon for pkenty of great restaurants and a large market. A great location. Must see.

The hotel is within a short walk of the lagoon cafes which is pleasant and includes at least one tourist bar. During the week the hotel restaurants were very quiet often with very few other diners, but at the weekend busier. The hotel is at least 30 minutes from the main town but taxis are available. Rooms are large and comfortable and staff helpful throughout

A new hotel establishing itself in a great location , the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is new and looks nice, the car parking is a little tight but useable.

The are is still developing, but will improve as more people and services are created.
If you are looking for a nice place to stay with good restaurants and sea view with beach’s and easy access into the city centre

I checked out of the hotel in the morning and walked to the Art Rotana where I was attending a conference. Walking back later I realized I had left some very important items in the room safe. As soon as they saw me the reception staff told me the same. A manager took me to the room and everything was there safe and sound. Many thanks to Manuj, the housekeeper and security and management. The room was spacious and comfortable. The jacuzzi bath was fun. The hotel is a short walk from the lagoon and the marina. As a woman traveling alone I felt perfectly safe.

Don’t stay at the Ramada Amwaj Islands

There was construction going on inside the hotel, which, at times, was deafening. We were not warned about this either by Ramada nor by Hotels.com. We had a large suite, but the finish on the cabinets and closets was cheap and nasty, and there were obvious signs of bad repair jobs in the bathrooms with grouting an inch thick round the bath. The pool was completely shaded all day long due to its design. In the end, we checked out two days early and moved to the much nicer Rotana. The Ramada refused to refund any part of the fees which we had paid in advance, and said that we should speak with Hotels.com. This is clearly one downside of using an agent, as the hotel seemed to absolve itself of all responsibility.
