They screwed up the reservation, were unhelpful at check in. They did not exist most of the time at the poolside bar and were generally did not pay attention to their guests.

The hotel refused to issue a receipt of the room charge even I paid to the hotel, as they said my booking was made via Expedia and they had to pay you commission. The receipt should be issued to the payer from the payee. Also they charged us mini bar consumption even I did not consumed anything. Very bad end of the stay. Will not come back.

I do not recommend this property if you are flying halfway around the road to see Phuket. There are beautiful resorts that are worth staying in. This one will take away from your valuable trip that you have planned for. The property is dirty, the staff were not representative of the kindness of Thailand that I was used to. The area around the property is filthy and smells like urine and filth, and the beach has trash all over it. I would recommend my research before settling in on this property. The pictures are not representative of what you will see when you arrive here. Read other reviews and other people have said the same thing that the pictures are very, very misleading.

I was not waw . The bathtub wasn't clean. They also requested to pay cash at the reception but they didn't say it on the website so I had to explain myself for over 20 minutes before they decided to accept my credit card. There is a nice pool and green passage. Breakfast was delicious especially the view from the pool while eating

Great location. I was upgraded to a pool access room which was amazing. The only negative was I wanted to book a taxi to a marina and the front desk quoted me an absorbent amount so I went across the street and booked a taxi for half the price.

Fantastic value for money. I couldn't believe how incredible the rooms, location, and amenities were for how much I was paying. Super location near the airport and the Nai Yang beach.. if you like running, each morning there's a whole community of people taking advantage of the beautiful surroundings. Very family friendly area as well, and the night market right in the backyard was a huge bonus. Massage options right opposite the hotel (Dhara massage) were fantastic as well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a nice chill vacation.. the only disadvantage might be that it's far from Phuket old town, and if that's important to you then probably best to pick a place closer to it.

We were surprised with this hotel. The reviews seemed like the hotel could be poor, however the room was spotless, mattress comfortable, hot water was consistently hot and air conditioning worked perfectly.
There's a few eateries nearby as well.
Our only minor complaint is the breakfast (450THB per person) was very expensive when considering the range of food provided. We had a look at the food and couldn't justify the cost. We ended up eating at the airport for 2/3 the price the hotel tried to charge.

I LOVED this property! It was so relaxing, so beautiful, honestly enchanting to walk through the garden and pool area. it really truly refreshed me, because we had come from Patong Beach and i hated it there. I was desperate for peace, relaxation, quiet, and luxury, which Proud Phuket lavished upon me. Staff were friendly, even if their English was a bit lacking. The breakfast buffet, however, was TOP NOTCH! the food was so good, the coffee was excellent! I would absolutely stay here again and could not recommend it enough!

The hotel is conveniently close to the Phuket airport and within driving distance for most attractions. The hotel staff were accommodating and great hotel for the low price. My only complaint was that I paid for a poolside room with balcony but was told they were full when I arrived. The staff did transfer me to a room with a poolside view.

Personal opinion, this part of Phuket is worth going to - skip the south end of the island which is a bit trashy. Proud Phuket Hotel is nice and quiet and located within walking distance to the beach. The grounds are classy and has lush vegetation all over the property. You wont have any loud partiers or unruly people floating around. I loved the tranquility.

We only stayed 1 night we arrived from Samui 8pm and was flying home next morning. Taxi took about 5 minutes to get to hotel.
I saw on a review someone bothered about airplane noise!!! What do you expect booking next to airport.
Anyway it never bothered us was lovely room easy check in and we went down at 6.50 am and they called us a taxi which arrived within a couple of minutes 300thb to airport .

THIS HOTEL STOLE FROM US
First of all, the hotel was the most disgusting, unkept hotel I have ever stayed in. There were huge bugs everywhere, mold in the rooms, the bed was broken, and the bathroom was absolutely disgusting. The minute we arrived we felt unsafe and unclean and knew we couldn't stay there. I contacted the hotel manager and said that we would be happy to pay for the first night but that the place was very dirty and we could not stay there for the entire booking and would be checking out the next day. They contacted their manager for approval and confirmed that they would reimburse us for the stay 100% . The next day we checked out into a MUUUUUCH better, cleaner, and safer hotel. However now, nearly two months later, the hotel has not refunded us even though we only stayed one night and they agreed to give our money back. They are not being responsive and have stolen our money. This hotel should be shut down !!!

The room is spacious with comfy bed and very good AC! The location of the hotel is good; very close to the airport, beach, national park and lots of restaurants. There’s a 7/11 2 mins away. Across the street there are a few massage places, a bike rental shop, a souvenir shops and a cafe. The hotel provides bikes for rent free of charge. Breakfast at its restaurant is 300BTH. The pool is open until 7 pm. There is a gym but I didn’t check it out. When I first checked in, I was given a room that wasn’t cleaned from the prior guest. I went back to the lobby and they gave me another room. They also gave me a fruit basket to compensate for their error. I had a room on a higher ground and between 7-11 pm it was very noisy to be in the room. There was loud music coming from somewhere (couldn’t figure it out). One thing I didn’t like was that they wouldn’t let me check out a minute after 12pm even though I requested it when I booked. I just needed the room until 1 or 2pm, so I stayed at the outdoor lobby until I had to leave. After reading the previous reviews, I decided to take a taxi not from the hotel to the airport which only costs 200BTH. Also, ask them for your 1000BTH deposit when checking out.

Upon arrival there was a huge bug on the bed but I ignored it, one bug isn’t a big deal. We leave and explore the area to come back the bed and floor covered in ants. The cleaning crew comes in and changes the sheets and sprays raid everywhere but there were still dead ants all over the floor. We called front desk to request a new room and they accommodated us with no problem. The tub had stains, shower and bathroom has no door but a dingy shower curtain... I stayed in Karon for half the price and it was way nice and cleaner. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this area, naiyang beach is incredibly dirty. Stay in karon or kata!!!

It was a good stopover for us after our flight & being collected for trip to Khao Lak next day. Clean & comfortable. Not a place to stay for anything other than close to airport. Breakfast was very basic & do not rate it very highly. Good omelette thou. Staff very good. It is value for money for what it is, a nightly stopover close to airport.

Loved Proud Phuket! An oasis close to the airport for my two last days of relaxing in Phuket. Ang Ku restaurant was also a treat with Thai and western food, breakfast, cakes, drinks... and and..open all day long. Walking in national park helped clean my mind. But it takes entrance fee 200 baht per person. Parkinglot was easy to access and guadian was very kind.

Room is on second floor with poolside access- it’s wonderful. Only -ve is that people occupying room above can be heard.

What a lovely hotel! After traveling all day, it was a pleasant surprise. The pool off our veranda was a much needed relaxing treat. We left early the next morning and they had a boxed lunch waiting for us as we left. The staff were all extremely helpful. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to others!

Booked hotel for the 30th of December (the day before New Years) as our last day, and last hurrah of our holiday. We wanted to stay somewhere lovely, with a nice pool as a last splurge and a way to relax before heading home.
When we arrived, we walked inside the GORGEOUS reception that overlooked the lawn, and were very disappointed to find that all over the lawn and pool area were tacky decorations for a New Years celebration the hotel was hosting!
The evening we were there it rained, so we couldn't use the pool that night. We booked this hotel with anticipation that we would be able to utilise the pool facilities, and enjoy our last day, additionally, due to blogging, I was hoping to take some gorgeous photos while we were there - however, couldn't as there were bright TACKY coloured flags strung up, Indian TeePee's and a massive bright looking sign displayed.
The following day it was sunny, and we went down to the pool only to find that it was a CLOSED for the day so they could finish preparing for the festivities that night. WOW
How disappointing! We saved money and stayed at cheaper places in Thailand just so we could splurge and have 1 nice day for the last day in Thailand, only to find that we couldn't use the facility which was the reason we had booked the hotel in the first place!
