The staff was very kind but my hotel was not my vibe. It worked for a 1-2 night stay near the airport. The bath water was a bit yellow and there is alot of noise when using the AC. The was comfortable and breakfast was very nice.

Staff are nice but not proactive.
Good points: Very close to airport (5-10 min walk). Found a very restaurant nearby (Nayang Beach Café) with great staff.

The best part of this hotel is that you can literally walk to the airport. There is some great, really affordable dining options on the main drag and it’s only a 10 minute walk to Naiyang beach. Perfect for a place to stay before flying out or if you have a long layover.

The room was spacious and very open. Though we didn’t get a chance to use the pool, it looked beautiful and well maintained.

Breakfast wasn’t great at all, they have 4 items to order from off a “a la carte” menu and some cereal / yogurt as the “buffet”. They can definitely do better in this area of hospitality, especially considering how well known Thai hotels are for breakfast.

I booked this hotel expecting a pleasant stay based on photos online from Expedia and also the direct hotel website.
Upon arrival this hotel appeared ok in the lobby. The pool area did not live up to the photo standards on the websites and appeared dirty with lots of leaves and general muck in the water, but I proceeded to my room and tried to remain positive.
The hallway was the next red flag. It was dirty.
I entered our two rooms. (Pool access) One smelled so strongly of mould it was unbearable to be in the room. It was not clean and looked nothing like the photos I had seen online. I am currently pregnant and this was something totally unacceptable for me to be staying in. I also had my 3 year old with me and I was concerned about her being in the dirty pool and the dirty bathroom of the hotel. In the other room I booked there was a filthy towel on the suitcase space that did not belong to us. The toilet and shower looked like they had just been used and were not clean. After 20 minutes we left this property. I was very clear about why we left and that the hotel was not up to standard. We were not supplied a refund on this hotel. I booked a non refundable booking and after Expedia contacted the hotel for a refund as we did not stay and did not receive the service they had advertised (modern clean rooms and a clean spacious pool area) the hotel refused to refund our stay. I find this incredibly dissatisfying and I am very disappointed.

It's not a place you should stay at.

The service was terrible. When I arrived, the receptionist was on the phone, whilst she saw me standing in front of her, she did not intend to end her conversation and let me wait until she finished the call. She did not even bother to extend an apology for my wait. After she charged my card, she did not even provide a receipt until I asked; she said if you'd like to have it now, you need to wait. No apology again.
The room conditions were terrible. Not only were the damages observed on the furniture, but stains and debris were also seen everywhere.
The drainage of the shower was a serious issue. After a shower, the entire washroom was filled up with water. That's also the reason mould grows in every corner of the washroom.

Dirty. no lie, there is what I assume vomit in the kettle which has turned furry. Old vomit, and an small plastic bag (drug bag?)on the balcony. Toilet wouldn't flush every time, had to fill the bin with water and pour into the loo. Very dirty tiled floor, dusty mirrors, stained bedding and the white towels were grey. Didn't smell great either.

I would not recommend this property to anyone. It was dirty and I saw a roach the surrounding area is run down. The food in the area is only street food no international food other than the airport. If you want any other food you will have to get transportation to that area.

The worst accommodation of my life! Sorry if i sound very cruel but I mean it. The room is in bad shape and dirty. Extremely loud AC that it was impossible to sleep!!! I have never experienced anything like this. Towels are black. Very bad showers with broken showerhead and bad drainage of water. Toilet smell in the middle of the night. Pool looks gross. Breakfast not worth purchasing as there are great options around.

Perfect location next to the airport. The pool looked was very nice. There was a room service menu for lunch that was solid. There was a 711 close by. The cleanliness was just ok. The staff was very nice. I showed up 3 hours before my check in and they had a room for me within an hour. The hotel was reasonably priced. I would recommend this place to others if you need to fly out of Phucket the following morning.

Lovely hotel, helpful and friendly staff.. nice reasonable airports transfer provided. Great location.

My only complaint is that the air conditioning was really noisy, if I’d been less tired after my flight it would have caused me issues sleeping.

Also, the setup is a bit strange, there is a huge picture windows looking out from the bed and the bathroom, unfortunately it looks straight into the opposite rooms so you can see straight into each others rooms.. even when you’re on the toilet so you have to close the curtain if you want to use the loo..

This hotel is two blocks away from the Phuket airport. You can walk or take a cab. We walked. Took about 5 mins. When we arrived check in was easy. No card is required to have on file either for incidentals. We got upgraded to the biggest room they had for free. The room had everything you needed. It is definitely worth the price if you get in late from your flight. Instead of blowing more money on our hotel of choice we stayed here until the next day given all we planned to do was sleep. We stayed again when leaving Phuket given our flight was at 1am. The saving for staying here when arriving late and leaving early morning will pay for everything you plan to do in Phuket. Stay you won’t regret it. It’s not a luxury hotel but is worth every dollar. Also plenty of places in walk g distance.

Hotel room was very disappointing for the price, it looked unfinished and very bare. The bathroom was also full of damp and there was nowhere to hang your towels which meant everything stay damp adding to the smell. Safety deposit box was rusty and therefore did not work.

Location is good if you are flying from Phuket International Airport. (10min walk max)

Lovely hotel walking distance from the airport. Staff were friendly and rooms were clean. There was a lovely pool, however we did not have enough time there to swim. We got upgraded which was a lovely surprise and they let us check into our room early. Brilliant location and a lovely cheap massage place walking distance from the hotel. Beautiful beach walking distance but there was a 200 baht charge per person. Do not book the breakfast, it was not edible.

We booked this hotel with no expectations but turned out to be a very pleasant surprise. The ambience was good, with a very nice and decently big pool. It is located about 5-10minutes walk from Phuket Intl Airport, hence it is ideal for late night flight or early morning flight. The room is very new and well maintained. The room service dining is affordable and yummy as well.

We had a delicious meal at the hotel restaurant and a shuttle was available for cheap cost @midnight to return to the airport. We enjoyed this layover and recommend this hotel on your arrival or departure from Phuket.
