The room was clean. They give you a real key and you have to used the attached keychain to stick into the slot to get the power to work. For some reason, I was harassed by a tiny ant all night. It was the same one (I don't kill animals). No matter where I put it, it came back.

Room was very large and felt open due to the big window. Despite being close to the airport, you don't hear or at least notice the planes. There is soap and some small amenities but coffee/tea is only available at reception. Staff were excellent with an efficient pick up and drop off service to and from the airport.

Only thing was there was a constant piping/banging noise that started to get annoying by night 3 and it's a 12min walk to any decent restaurant.

We loved that they provided a complimentary shuttle van round trip from Phuket International airport to the Hotel. Has a cleaned & quiet room. Complimentary bottle of water. We stayed for 14 hours just to sleep. & shower. From Phuket Airport we took a bus to Patong Beach one way costs around USD10 per passenger.

Room condition ok, furniture is kinda old, there’s lots of ants on the sink area & console area. Free airport transfer for 2 ways. Quiet room although it’s just opposite airport. For a night stay still consider ok, but for few nights I won’t choose this place.

The hotel is opposite of the airport. You can walk to the airport like 10 mins. There is 7-eleven close by as well, just like 3 mins walk. The hotel offers airport shuttle. Just need to contact the hotel via WhatsApp and let them know what date and time you will be landing and then you can call them again when you arrive and they will pick you up.

The overall stay was what I would expect for the price, however when I tried to check in there was a large dog in the reception, that was not friendly. The staff spoke to me from the door and asked if I had a reservation and could they have the number. I asked that they remove the dog, and I could come in and check in. They refused. They asked to see my passport, and again I asked if they would remove the dog, and again they refused. So, check in was done outside!

The hotel is tugged into a mix of residential and commercial buildings. No fancy restaurant or swimming pool. It is 5-10 minutes from the airport. It is perfect if you have an early departure or late arrival. The room has a bare minimum of amenities but is clean. I would stay there if I had an early departure. A restaurant across from the hotel serves breakfast at 8 am and stays open till 9 pm

I contacted the property numerous times without any response even days later. My arrival was scheduled for 11:42 pm and the residence is across the street. I asked if I could have until 12:15 a.m. at the very very latest to check in so I'd have enough time to get my bags and make the 10 min walk. Nope. No response. No one to let me in. I was a stranded solo female traveler for hours until I finally found a place that would let me check in at 2:30 am and check out that afternoon. Never again will I book here. Highly disappointing and unprofessional.

Yellow stains on sheets. Someone tried to break into room about 1:30am. Door has one lock that is controlled by key which guy on outside must have had similar key bc lock was turning a bit. No top lock.

I did rookie mistake of booking room under 1 traveler and traveled alone as a young female for less than 12hrs.

Airport shuttle guy drove reckless (compared to every driver I had around Thailand and Malaysia for last 2 weeks). Thank god the drive was only a couple minutes from airport.

You're definitely getting the most basic with this hotel. Not bad but nothing amazing either. It's close to the airport so that's a plus. Across the street actually. You aren't getting much more than a bed though and it smells slightly old and awkward inside the room. I might have given it an extra star if not for the first room they gave me having not ben cleaned yet and having to get a different room. Only stayed for 1 night to be close to the airport.

It’s well known that you pay 500 baht if you have someone stay the night when you only requested for 1 person. I was very disappointed when they made me pay 300 just to have my mother (82yrs)relax for 3 hours before she had to catch her flight back to USA. Then charged an extra 200 baht to take her to airport. Owner is not nice, mean and a thief. Look the room was 500 baht a day through Expedia so the owner (a lady) made us pay for an extra room just for 3 hours of my mom waiting in my room for her flight. Building is great but the owner needs to learn customer service and needs an attitude change.

This hotel can be seen from the airport and is very easy to get to. The management and staff are very helpful and the kitchen staff make good meals.
And although my flight was several hours after checking out time, I was allowed to stay on site and have a meal and a few beers to kill the time.

This is such a great hotel, only 5 minutes from the airport and a 10 minute walk to lots of restaurants, although they do have their own restaurant, quite unique, 2 floors with the top floor with sliding glass doors opening up totally 3 of the walls, nice and cool. Great friendly staff and professional. There are quite a few hotels in this area but we reckon David Residence is the best.

Difficult to find anywhere to have evening meal .
Restaurant immediately across road stated it opened till 8pm but actually did not open in the evening we stayed.
Thank goodness for Louis restaurant close by !
Come out of Hotel and turn right and pass the 2 local supermarkets and immediately down the side of the second supermarket is Louis restaurant
There is a red neon sign in window of building on corner but position of restaurant is still not easy to see
Look down side street and walk about 20 metres Louis is up flight of stairs .
So pleased to find this !
We had been resigned to a supermarket snack or food from a small street stall .
Had a lovely meal . Several locals eating there too.
He serves beers but no wine .

Went down to reception and noticed 3rd log in option . Logged into this successfully . Good connection but wouldn’t work when we went back to our room .

The front desk attendant was very helpful in the morning to connect us with the ferry service. Would stay again if going through that airport.

They offer clean beds in a basic setting
No toiletries etc
And we had to go down to set coffee sachets even though there was a kettle in the room
Even though it is a hop from the airport it is difficult to walk there
The rooms are nicely soundproofed there was no airplane noise

The pick up was quick and check in efficient
Make sure u insist on the transport In the morning and be on time
Because they tried to get us to get a cab because we were the only ones going
But in the end one of the receptionists drove us

Good Clean Airport Hotel

We stayed here 1 night before our early morning flight. We arrived late & there's nothing in this area in terms of restaurants or other places. They have a cafe/restaurant across from the hotel which was sufficient. For the price & for what it offered, this hotel met our needs, a clean comfortable place to sleep only prior to our flight.

Perfect place to stay, within a few minutes of the airport. My plane came in very late and I stayed there overnight before continuing my travels. Someone picked me up at the airport and took me back the next day. The room was clean, perfectly fine for a short stay. The little restaurant across the street is terrific. I had a great cup of coffee and a banana pancake cooked to order. Both were delicious!

Good hotel close to the airport

If you need a hotel for one night close to the Phuket airport, this one is a good choice. Hotel is really close, transfer from/to the airport is for free, wifi too, room was big enough and clean and the price was ok. There is no breakfast offered but just in front of the hotel they have a nice restaurant. Prices are normal, it´s Thailand. :) I can only recommend it.

Check in was quick, but wasn’t what I would call a ‘warm welcome!’ The room was large and spotlessly clean, but I wouldn’t recommend it for more than one night. Food prices were very reasonable, but I didn’t try anything. I would say it was overpriced, for what was offered.

Awesome location. Conveniently located near the airport and so when I wanted a place to stay near the airport when my travel plans changed, this turned out to be a good option. Nice clean rooms and a nice restaurant. They picked me up and dropped me back, so high five for that.

If they had provided a chair in the room and had air-freshener in the bathrooms, it would have been real nice. Other than that perfect place.

We stayed for one night and found the hotel to be very convenient (located directly opposite the airport and they offer free airport transfer). There's a cozy restaurant at the hotel which serves vegetarian-friendly options, and while the restaurant officially opens till 8pm the staff keep it running till late to make sure all guests can order a meal if they arrive late. There are a few really friendly resident cats that belong to the hotel which my daughter really enjoyed playing with. Rooms are basic but clean, pillows are not as comfortable but overall it's great value for money and the staff are superb.

There is a restaurant across the hotel and a free shuttle if you book it. Best to book by phone direct to hotel as text may be ignored. The restaurant does close early and has reasonable value good food. There is not anything within the area except the 7/ 11 outside airport exit 5, or the food court. The hotel is clean and a come dating staff. Very convient for overnight stays with flights connections.

Had one night here as we came from phi phi and the ferry/flight times didn’t fit. Had a very comfortable stay and there is a (basic!) nice restaurant across the road which makes food easy as the surrounding area isn’t all that exciting (you’re staying here for the airport.) fab free transfer to the airport and very comfy rooms. Only one thing that could be improved which would be the WiFi connection. Other than that a great place.

Location is perfect however I had put my flight details in my booking form and nobody came to collect me, only a 5min walk so no issues anyway but was strange that collection was advertised. My bedsheets were dirty but staff were incredible and changed them immediately, WiFi in the room doesn’t work so needed to go to the lobby. Toilet appeared to be leaking slightly. Room service was lovely. All in all I was there overnight to catch an early morning flight so this did the job, staff were excellent.
