The place is a little secluded but if you are needing to stop before a flight, then this is the hotel for you. The rooms are pretty big, comfortable bed and super clean. We arrived late and were able to buy frozen food from hotel which turned out pretty good. Excellent staff…front desk young lady was very attentive and driver very punctual (ready to take us @4am)…

The main reason we booked here was the 24hr airport transfer (our flight arrived late at night) and they delivered! The only non stressful part of our trip to Phuket from NZ. The staff were lovely, the man who picked us up from the airport even took us to 7-Eleven on the way back which was super helpful. The room was really nice, clean and spacious. I would recommend these guys to anyone.

Lovely, clean hotel, great friendly staff. Good enough English to get us settled in. Can’t beat the price, service, and location close to the airport. We got in almost at midnight and the shuttle service and check in were still available. The next day we wanted to return to airport but staff said we’d have to hire a taxi as the shuttle is only way. Good to know for the future as we hadn’t prepared. Walked 2km to main road to get a taxi. Minor problem but still very grateful for our night here. We had been in hostels for 1.5 weeks leading up to this night. Spacious room and king bed. Will stay again!

good airport stopover

We needed a place to crash for a few hours when our flight leaving Phuket was significantly delayed. It’s located a few km away from the airport, and there’s a shuttle Service to the airport from the hotel (I’m not sure about shuttle service from airport to hotel), which was a reason I selected this particular hotel.

It’s quite remote, and I didn’t see any facilities nearby. We didn’t need any additional facilities and had our own food etc.

The room was comfortable, spacious and a good bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Value for money.

Reception staff friendly and accommodating.
I saw that they had tours that you could organise with them as well.

If you’re planning to stay here for a bit, I’d recommend renting a bike or car for ease of getting around.

Room was booked for 2 adults & 1 child but only supplied 2 bed pillows.
No where to eat unless you paid 300thb each way to be shuttled to nearest restaurant. Kettle was supplied but no cups or tea spoons. Shuttle to airport is not free.

Great location. Tucked away, but still close to the airport, shops, and restaurants. We rented a motorbike for the day for 300 baht (about $9) and were able to explore Nai Yang beaches and the crazy driving.

Not nice but okay for a night

Okay if you need to sleep fast and go to airport. In an empty area with literally nothing near by. Beds are hard as rock, 2 lumpy pillows. Room smelled like moth balls/chemicals. Restaurant food was okay but nothing good. We only stayed for 7 hours until our flight, so for the price it worked but would not stay here any longer than a night.
Woman who checked us is was not very pleasant, but the girl who checked us out and the shuttle driver were both very nice and friendly.

Overall my stay was nice. Im planning to stay for additional one more week because i need some stuff to do here. My only comment was the hotel is under reconstruction at day time so It is very noisy and not comfortable to stay in my room hotel. And the other comment I have there is no nearby restaurant. You need to walk about 15 minutes down to the national high way but a bit dangerous because a lot of dogs at the street.

Best staff in the world!

The staff here are EXTRA kind and very helpful! The rooms are AMAZING for the prices they list, and the cleanliness is perfect! After we had already been checked out for 2 days, we were still renting one of their motor bikes and taking it around Phuket as we were staying in another villa. After we finished and brought the bike back, we asked if we could use a shower, and the owners let us use their personal room when all the others were fully booked! We look forward to coming back again next time!

I recently stayed for one night at this very nice and quiet hotel, that is less then 5 minutes away from the Phuket Airport. I was very nicely surprised with few things - the free transfer shuttle came in few minutes, very nice and friendly person from Nai Yang Place picked me up, and I was by the hotel in a few minutes. Now, there is an elevator inside, very convenient, and the size of the room was bigger that I was accepted. Very clean room, sheets and towels fresh, very quiet air condition, nice balcony , I was very please with everything - staff, room, attention, how quiet it was at night to sleep. Just great! Thank you, guys. Will recommend and will come back.

Had a very nice experience staying here. The receptionist knew English, which was a great relief.
The rooms and bathrooms were very spacious and clean. And well lit.
Good hot water in the bathroom.
Lot of sockets to charge mobile phones.
There was a sink too provided next to the fridge.

Nice hotel located right in the green and beach

If the pick up is right in the airport since arrival flight has been given, it would be perfect! It’s because I needed to ask help to call and the phone was not immediately picked up and it takes 10 minutes to arrive. Pick up is included in the rate and that’s most convenient in the early morning at 1:00 a.m. hope the pick up will be improved next time when I stay again.

Good for those arriving midnight and need rest

Hotel is very basic and we booked 6 months ago so was very cheap. We arrived Phuket at midnight so need a room to rest for a few hours. It's quite close to the airport and the hotel car came pick us up in 10 mins after we called them. Generally satisfactory.

Convenient for airport but isolated location

This hotel is fine for a few hours overnight in preparation for an early flight as it is less than 5 mins from Phuket airport. The rooms are big and clean. However, it is in a very isolated spot and the \"restaurant\" said to be next door is actually just a very basic kitchen & seating area attached to the reception, offering very basic Thai food. Their minibus was out of action when we were there and the hotel car could only take 3 or 4 people at a time, so our 3.45 am \"airport shuttle\" was 20 mins late. Lucky it's so close to airport! Good value for what it is, as long as you know the drawbacks.

Fast pickup from the airport. Very friendly staff. Scooters for rent were very new and in good condition. Not far to get a massage and to the beech and restaurants. No sounds of traffic could hear birds singing. Let us check in a few hours early. Only complaint was it was a little loud on the first floor the soundproofing was not great.

Its a nice little location, right next to air port. The walls are thin though so hopefully you don't end up with noisy neighbors. Top floor is getting revamped, but you can walk up the stairs and checkout sunrise over the mountain hills.

This place was so clean!! Honestly, that’s the first thing I look at when I arrive at a new hotel. There was a lot of space and the airport shuttle was really handy. It is very basic but for what we used it for, there was no complaints.

You get what you pay for

Free pickup from Airport is a positive. Waiting for an hour after calling them is not so good. They charge for transportation back to the airport or anywhere else you wan to go. Room was smelling like mold but was clean and large with free WiFi. Power did go out several times. Had room 102 right next to elevator. Probably the worst location because you hear the lobby phone ringing every 5 minutes and hear every single conversation and then there was the noise from arriving and departing guests. Just too darn much noise at that room. The room across is used for storing hotel stuff. Good room rate. Terribly hard bed for Westerners. English knowledge not so good. It’s a 15 minute walk to the busy street where you can find a 7-11 and lots of street food. Pizza at hotel was terrible, seemed like frozen pizza. So we opted to find breakfast somewhere else.

Nice owner and convenient for the airport

5 stars because of the price. Wouldn't want to pay any more for it. It was close to the airport with a free shuttle. Find a way to call from the airport cause, once you get outside, it's a lot of hard selling for taxis from pushy drivers and agents. A ride from the taxi will cost 320-360 baht but the shuttle is free. They don't let you use phones in the airport very easily so try to get on wifi. Looks like there's a lot of fake WiFi so be careful.

The hotel owner was very nice and speaks great English. He helped us out quite a bit when we were trying to get a taxi from the hotel and the front desk kept trying to make us take the shuttle to the airport first. I didn't want to go back to the airport cause of the pushy drivers.

We downloaded GrabTaxi and it worked perfectly both times.

I wouldn't recommend trying to walk there.

Mr. Paisarn artharn the owner of Nai Yang went out of his way to accommodate my need for a glass of wine after the awful day I had just had and the cigarette cravings I was feeling, so pooped out on his bike to the shops to grab me some! He was extremely welcoming, rooms are immaculate everything you need and free drop off to the airport aswell! Couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Thank you Mr. Artharn

Made mistake booked this place near Phuket airport. Without a rental car then don't stay here. Really deep inside tiny path. Paid for 2 nights, but stayed only 1 night as nothing around. Stayed in room until 2 pm and come down for lunch to find out their restaurant closed. Asked if I could get refund since early checked-out day ahead due to hotel's location and unsuitable rooms condition, obviously not approved.
Careful with choosing hotels near airport. I also realized that there are some hotels by Nai Yang Beach the other side from the property are much better condition. My bad luck on picking wrong hotel unlike previous HCMC's Ibis Saigon Airport Hotel where everything was super cool and perfect location.

Good value for money

The hotel is quite good. The room was very comfortable and clean. The people friendly and very helpful. The only \"weak point\" is the current lack of facilities in the area. We don't mind walking but expect to do so for at least 15/20 minutes to get to shops and basic restaurants. The beach is about half an hour away.
The bonus is that the location is quiet and there is no noise/traffic which are instead very common for other places located nearby or along the main road. If wanted a scooter can be rented at the hotel itself.

Was very happy to find that this hotel is not only cheap, but also very clean and quite new. Great for an overnight stay close to the Airport. Only drawback is that being in a non-tourist area, you are very limited for food choices. Have to eat like the locals!

All in all, we had a great overnight stay at Nai Yang Place. The only downfall is that it is far from the beach and restaurants traveling on foot, however, the staff was kind enough to drop us off and pick us up from the beach/restaurant. We stayed during the Songkran holiday and many restaurants were closed, the staff kindly took it upon themselves to call the restaurants before we left the hotel to make sure they were open. As none of our choices were open, the staff suggested a spot on the beach that they were sure was open. Turns out their suggestion was absolutely delicious!
