The room was clean and the location was great. Easy walk to the beach where you can watch the airplanes take off. Restaurants nearby. Rooftop pool area was nice as well. Airport shuttle goes every hour so that was easy. Only issue was the a/c blew directly on you as you slept and there was no sheet, only a duvet with a comforter inside so it was either hot or cold all night.

We chose the hotel for several reasons, close to airport, free shuttle, swimming pool. The first two delivered. Unfortunately the pool did not have a ladder, just a very big step, without handrail, so no good for a person with knee problems.

We chose this hotel only because we had to check out of Patong at noon and our flight to Shanghai was scheduled for 12 hours later at 12:30 am. We only stayed about 8 hours to shower and rest. The shuttle is free and convenient. The staff friendly. The room shows aging. The bed was hard for me. This is a transit hotel. I would not recommend for long term stays.

There is a street across the hotel full of street food, fresh fruit for good value. Food is fresh and cooked while we waited.

Many food options and choices to choise from at Street food stalls. Very convenient, economical compare to the hotel restaurants, more tastier, fresh. Have 7/Eleven store in the same street across from hotel.

Help us save lots of money and better tastierfood. Highly reco.

We also try the hotel infinity pool on 29th floor. That has great view of the Bangkok city, beautifulnight view, lounge chairs in the water for great relaxation

We were so excited to get to this property, but we were pretty disappointed with the room that we received. It was super dirty, and the curtains were growing mold. Additionally, the mattresses were terrible to sleep on. (I think they were box springs?) anyway they were two twins pushed together to make a king so it just kept sliding apart. The Q-tips were reused and never replaced in the bathroom when we got there. Room service never cleaned the place. They only replaced our towels. Additionally, the pool was pretty small compared to the photos. Buyer beware! Still looks like one of the nicer places to stay at, do your research and book early!

Great place for a 1 night stay near the airport. Breakfast was average. Not worth it to pay for it really. Beds are harder than usual. Rooms are very clean. Check out is super strict. Front desk lady called at 11:55 and I told her I would be there in 5-10 minutes. Called again ar 12:05 saying “are you coming or not?” Which was kind of rude.

We only stayed one night prior to our flight out the next morning but it was very lovely. The hotel was so close to the airport and offered a free airport shuttle every hour - incredibly convenient! The rooms were so clean and the rooftop pool had an airport runway view which was fun to watch during the evening. Staff were friendly.

We had a late night flight so just checked into the hotel from about 2pm and 7pm so we could have a shower and relax beforehand.
Room was large and clean. Had a few small cosmetic damages - didn’t really bother us as only there for a short time.
National park area at the beach at end of the street.
7-11 50mtrs away.
Massage places either side.
A few cafes along the street but we walked about 20mins to one on the beach.
Airport shuttles every half hour and it’s a very quick ride.

I needed a hotel close to the airport due to a late arrival. Then needed to return to the airport the next morning. The hotel is 4min away from the airport by taxi. And the hotel has a free airport shuttle that I used to return to the airport. All very convenient for the needs of my trip. I do not know how easy it is to get to any tourist spots from this hotel as that was not what I needed for this trip.

For the price point, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the room. I had a corner room that overlooked the airport. It had a sofa and a sitting area. A lot of space in the room.

The bed was very comfortable. In many hotel rooms in Asia the beds are harder than I prefer, but here it was very nice. Not too soft and not too firm.

There is a 7-11 within 5min walk. And a laundry mat with six washer/dryer sets between the hotel and the 7-11.

I would definitely stay here again.

If you’re looking for a beachy area that’s not crowded and touristy then I would recommend somewhere around here (Naiyang, Naithon or Maikhao). It’s quiet and you can surely relax. The hotel itself is located on soi 16 and I think this is 2 out of the best ones in terms of its building and facilities. But bear in mind… it is far from other attractions. I had to ride motorbike for like 1hr to downtown 😆

I booked one night stay here while I waited to go to the airport. It was about $35 a night- and you get what you pay for. This hotel is located right next to the airport and has free shuttle service. Hotel staff were all very nice and professional.

The rooms were small you can tell the upkeep of this place is not great. Our toilet was leaking water from the bottom each time we flushed. The water leaked into the shower. The hairdryer did not work. The TV has ONE working channel. While we were resting before going to the airport, all we heard was banging and doors closing. Not a place I would want to stay the night.

Value for money at the 16th was fantastic - I was in a large suite room number 711 for around $20 a night which had great views of the airport and ocean. The rooftop pool also had great views - especially at night when the airport is lit up.

The staff were very gracious and helpful when my Jetstar flight was cancelled and made sure that my extra night's stay was price comparable and stress free - the staff suggested that I dine at the Boss Bar near the beach and drove me down there free of charge and then were kind enough to pick me up after midnight. The Boss Bar staff were wonderful too and the food was tasty and reasonably priced.

The free airport shuttle service from the 16th is unbelievable - it's literally 2 to 3 minutes door to door to the Departure desks.

Seven Eleven is a one minute walk for any additional needs and there is a cafe right next door which is open for breakfast; lunch and dinner. There is also a very good massage parlour at the front of the hostel next door which provided a relaxing massage to this tired body before it's flight back to Sydney!

All in all - I had a great stay at the 16th and would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be close to Phuket Airport; have a hassle free airport shuttle service but still have some eating and drinking options available to them only short distances away.

The hotel is well situated for the airport, but only the airport. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, with a very small balcony. The swimming pool area on the roof, is small, with no shade areas, and just 6 sun beds, no bar/drinks etc etc. The bar area is 7 floors below, and closes before 22.00hrs. No restaurant in the evening, but a limited room service, for snacks. Breakfast was extra ( 300 Baht ), which I declined. The WiFi, I could not get to work, either in my room, or in reception. The beach is about a 20 minute walk away, with a small village, another 10 mins walk. It was on special offer and suited my means, for easy access to the airport for early morning flights. It would not suit me, for a week to 2 week holiday stay.

The location is very good as you can walk to the airport at about 10 minutes, while still only 600 m from the beach. The room was very comfortable, and quiet at night. The pool on the roof is small but very enjoyable to hang out in with a view over the airport and beach. The area has a 711 and lots of restaurants.

This hotel was a great place to transit overnight in Phuket. It is easy to find and within walking distance of the airport terminals. There is also a shuttle that will take you back to the airport. Not a place you would go for a holiday but as a stop over it is fine. The breakfast was adequate. The only complaint was that the roof top bar and pool were closed for renovations which we were not told about when booking.

The Hotel gave me 1 single bed and 1 twin bed for my family (a couple and a child). I am so happy and surprised with that even though I did not have such request. It was so thoughtful that three of us can have more space to sleep. Especially after a mid-night flight. The location is easy to find with a map. 10 to 15 minutes walk from the airport.
Clean and Tidy afterall.
I chose this hotel because it has elevator and no need to walk stairs that is great when you have huge luaggage and baby stroller.

Just a quick overnight stay by the airport. Staff was extremely helpful. Free breakfast was good. Not much going on around the area but was a nice quick stay. Our taxi to the airport didn't show up so they took us in the shuttle for free. I took our car rental back early and walked back to the hotel from the airport in less than 10 minutes. Not super comfortable but nothing bad to say about our stay.

We booked this hotel for our last night because it was very near to the airport. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Rooms are very nice. It is next to a hostel with a very good restaurant.
