The staff did everything they could to help including walking me to the closest restaurant because I could not understand he was telling me it’s just three doors down at 168 Cafe. Met the sweetest young lady there who cooked dinner and breakfast for us.

Untruthful Posting, Rude Staff

There was no airport shuttle service despite one being advertised on the listing.

The room was extremely dirty and there were ants crawling all over the bed when we arrived.

The host was condescending and rude to us when we asked about the listed shuttle. They also insisted that we paid the price in cash despite the fact they say they allow credit card on the listing.

We had to go find an ATM to give them the cash before we could get into the room late.

Not a good overnight stay - Would suggest book the other hotel called Phuket Airport Hotel which is on the other side and has better facilities. No breakfast and no pool.

Overnight stay,very convenient location 10min walk from airport,promised shuttle not available?! Excellent communication and check in, upgraded to large aircon room, fam would have been warm room! No breakfast available but 7/11 and minimart 200m away for breakfast and snacks to take to remote island resort.

Definitely Recommended

This hotel is perfect for anybody needing a 1 night stopover because of a late arrival/early departure. It is very easy to find and less than a 5 minute walk from the airport. I arrived at 2.15 am and had no difficulty checking in. Rooms are clean and spacious and have everything you need. They even have a fridge, kettle and free tea, coffee and water. Excellent value for money.

Very convenient & close to airport!

We stayed here one night after arriving at 2 AM in Phuket. It was a one night stop to get a little sleep and freshen up before heading to the islands. It was perfect for one night, easy walk from the airport, and very convenient. It served it's purpose perfectly for this short stop part of our trip. I don't recommend for more than one night's stay as there is very little to do by the airport overall.

Just as the name implies, this hotel is an excellent place to rest while in transit. My wife and I arrived about 1:00am to Phuket and needed to leave the next day at 1:00pm. The room rate was very reasonable, the staff picked us up at the airport and provided all we required. The room was clean and functional. The aircon, shower and bed were perfect.

We just needed to stay somewhere after our flight, this hotel was a perfect choice, it was in a walking distance from the airport and it had just everything we needed for more than a reasonable price. The room was clean with a big bed, sofa and working wifi. Bathroom with a shower. I have no complaints and would choose this hotel again.

We landed at 1 AM, and could not get to our resort until 10 AM. So we booked this little hotel to crash in until it was time to go to our resort the next morning! For the price you pay, this hotel is awesome! The room was very clean and the staff was very nice. You can walk to it from the airport! But I would suggest taking a cab to it an night

We only stayed at this hotel for one night. It was very close to the hotel, and convenient as a 'stop over'. The room was clean and large. Personally, would not want to stay there long term.

Be aware - you cannot use debit / credit cards - they only accept money!
- there was no hotel pick up, even though we requested one
- there is no breakfast option

We flew into Phuket at about 2am and walked to this hotel, which was maybe 10 minutes. The walk was perfectly safe; it was down a road with normal people and only a few stray dogs. The owner popped right out from behind a door when we walked in. Our room was fine; the bed was firm. They arranged a taxi to Rassada Pier for us the next morning.

I don't understand why this hotel has a rating less than five stars. My flight was landing at 01:00 so I decided to book a place near the airport. My flight was delayed by four hours so I arrived at 05:00 to meet a very welcoming and friendly receptionist (if you've experienced night staff in other hotels this is a rarity by itself). He showed me to my room and insisted on helping with my luggage. Once in the room I asked if they had any water and he immediately ran to get a couple of bottles which they didn't charge me for. The room itself was huge, air conditioned, very clean and with a great bathroom. The next day an equally friendly receptionist called a taxi company for me and went to great effort to make sure they understood my destination address. The hotel is within walking distance of the airport so you don't even have to deal with the onslaught of taxi drivers outside the terminal. If you're in a situation like me where you land in the middle of the night you can't ask for better than this.

Good for an overnight stay near airport

I would recommend this hotel to people who are looking for somewhere cheap to stay that's REALLY close to the airport. We caught a taxi in, and it was literally a two minute drive (which we were definitely overcharged for, so be weary). Hotel staff were pleasant and friendly, although I don't think they spoke much English - not that it really matters, but I believe it was supposed to be an English-ran hotel?
The room was clean but very basic. Bathroom was also decent and 2 bottles of water were provided. The area the hotel was located was a bit daunting and run down. You are able to walk back to the airport in about 10 mins if you want.

This hotel is a little like camping. Next to a runway. It's simply overpriced by about 10-15 USD per night. The lady at the convenience store laughed at us when we told her where we were staying :/ oh well. Seems she was right hope this hotel can at least improve their bathroom for the future customers. Or decrease the price.

Was about 2-3 blocks away from hotel. Was difficult to find even with the map and using google street beforehand. They do not do airport pickups, just dropoffs now. Had to walk through alleyway to get there. Overall stay was pretty decent for the price. I had low expectations and it was comfy enough. The lady was super nice because of my other hotel called them to arrange my pickup and she let them know I was there.

늦은 시간 잠만 잘 생각으로 이용했고, 큰 기대 없었음. 방크고 나름대로 깔끔한데, 주변환경은 별로 였음. 밖에 시골 스런 냄새가 좀 있고, 공항 비행기소리 들림. 설날이라 그런지 아침 9시부터 폭죽터져서 놀랐음.

Perfekt für eine Nacht! Wie der Name schon sagt ein „overnight stay“.
Allerdings irre laut wegen dem Flughafen was uns jedoch bewusst war und jedem bewusst sein sollte der ein Hotel neben einem Flughafen bucht! Fusslaufig ohne Taxi erreichbar (keine 5 min.- Raus aus Ankunftshalle links halten und richtig Hauptstraße - links kommt dann ein Mini März und vor diesem Mini Mart rechts rein und bis man es sieht weiter)
