The property itself was fabulous. Staff were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, breakfast was filling and the pool area was perfect. It was a bit of a walk to the city Center, consisting on a hill, therefore the walk back was always tiresome, but there are 2 busses who would accommodate a stop at the hotel. Overall would return to the hotel!

Not sure I'd go back.

For the price, it wasn't a bad choice. Although they need to work on their general upkeep of the rooms - the bathrooms specifically. There is no sound insulation at all and people can be heard in the corridors at all times - which was a problem because people were sometimes very loud at night. Most probably the main reason why I wouldn't return.

Location is great. The service was really good, and the breakfast was yummy.

I would suggest a shuttle provide by the hotel to the main area because the hotel is away from the main area to visit shops and the only thing you can take is taxis wich are very expensive.

Beware…photos they post are far from the actual quality of the rooms. The rooms were extremely ran down and dirty. There was a lot of mold in the bathroom, the toilet hinges were chipped and overall the room was dirty. Room had an air freshener that went off every few minutes that bothered my allergies. The hotel claims to be walking distance to Mykonos town and it’s not (especially in the heat of the summer). Beds were extremely uncomfortable and the air conditioning was loud. For how much we paid and the ratings of this hotel , I expected way more. I would qualify this as a motel.

Stay closer to the town

I thought the service was just ok besides the bartender who was awesome. The property is really small and is about a 20 minute work from the town. It’s not an easy walk either. My friend got locked in the bathroom of our room and the night employee helped us and was really kind but there was no real apology or effort to make it right the next day by management. The rooms are small and a bit dirty.

I had an amazing time at Livin Mykonos Boutique Hotel. It’s a great location with friendly staff, free hot breakfast daily, and in 15 minute walking distance of Town Mykonos and the historic Mykonos windmills. The facility was great and the people were friendly.

Reception check in was quick and staff always there for advice if needed (thanks Michael) housekeeping (Mira) always had a smile like the rest of the team and would make sure you had additional towels in the evening after you’d showered from the beach to use for the morning.
15 min downhill walk from the town and €10 euro taxi back.

Livin Mykonos was beautiful, the hotel is like new with very standards of cleanliness and great facilities. The pool especially is wonderful. All the staff are friendly and go out of their way to help or assist. Mykonos town is about a 15 minute walk so not too far away from things and although hilly it’s a pleasant walk.

Nice hotel, beautifully decorated. The breakfast was generous and had something for everyone - fruit, omelettes, cereal, pastries, etc. The walk into Mykonos town is about 20 minutes downhill without proper pavements. The airport is very close by.

Beautiful hotel but lacking in Greek hospitality

A beautifully architected boutique hotel with modern designer interiors. Great pool and bar area. A 20 minute walk to Little Venice. Opportunity for hotel staff to improve customer experience by being more engaging. Unfortunately that traditional Greek hospitality was missing, making the entire experience quite sterile.

From the second you walk in to the owner putting you In your ride back to the airport you feel like you are in heaven. If you are looking for a small boutique hotel than this is your place. The food was so good that we ate dinner there 2 times I normally would not eat at my hotel but we made it a point to come back to the hotel and then go back out FYI if you want the fish tell them the day before it’s caught the next morning and is a 10. The pool was relaxing and the staff went over and above. I was scared by the name but Livin Mykonos says it all

Livin boutique hotel is a beautiful hotel with amazing staff. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay there again.
We had a small problem with our shower (the water was either too hot or cold on 2 occasions) but they did compensate. Other than that small hiccup it was beautiful and amazing

Nice Hotel Close to Town Centre and the Beaches

Very welcoming and Friendly Staff. The breakfast was very good and they supply everyone with any quantity of water they need free of charge. The location was idle, away from the crowded town centre and in the same time very close to the centre, also, two minutes walk from the hotel there was a Bus stop with a bus every half and hour to take us to the Nice Beach of Paradise or to town centre where we can take other buses to other beaches.

Fantastic hotel close to old town

Best hotel in Mykonos:
1- the staff is exceptional: as much as I traveled around the world, I have never met such welcoming and professional people from receptionist to waiters and Bartenders!
2- the location is great, few minutes to the old town
3- the hotel is brand new, clean, with a beautiful pool and excellent bar and restaurant open all day long
Our stay in Mykonos wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for the hotel!

just what we were looking for

Adequate for our two nights in Mykonos. Staff was awesome, ferry transfer impeccable, perfect breakfast. Rooms were just okay and can get noisy as people come and go through the long cavernous hallway. The pool looked great but we didn't use it. No views as it's not near the sea and sort of in the middle of a flat lot however you are in Mykonos to see the town not sit in your room so it shouldn't matter too much. Proximity into town is short and perfect. We rented an atv to get arund which they told us not to but it was perfect.

Not so nice manager

The hotel is nice and nice view of the sunsets but there was some odd things about this hotel. First, they wouldn't give us the iron. We had to give our clothes to some lady and she ironed it for us. It was ok the first time but it was an inconvenience the next night when the lady went home. Secondly I didn't like the attitude of one of the managers. During our stay there was a boat strike so we had to buy last minute plane tickets to get back to Athens. When he heard about the strike he offered us a discounted rate for another night and told us to just cancel whatever reservations we had in Athens and stay there when we told him no we are going back to Athens he got upset. The we asked for a late checkout because our flight was late in the evening. He told us no and that the hotel is completely booked for the next day. So basically he lied because we wouldn't stay an extra night. And he was very mean about it. Other than that the hotel is nice. Nothing extravagant. It's not that close to town or the beach we had to take a cab every time.

Fantastic hotel & staff!

The location is very close to the hotel, pretty much walking distance which is handy. The staff are so friendly and happy to help. They treated us like the most important guests ever giving us free snacks and drinks whenever we were dining at the restaurant there or just chilling by the pool during the day. The restaurant food is fantastic although could have a bit more variety but still great. The staff were help to give us ideas for places to visit and inform us which clubs we should go to which was helpful. Also they ensure your room is always cleaned whether you go out in the early morning or late in the evening you can guarantee you will come back to a clean room with fresh towels unlike a lot of hotels who only clean in the mornings which was extremely handy for us night owls. Overall, fantastic hotel and it will definitely exceed its current 3 star rating.

Great Honeymoon Stay

My wife and I absolutely enjoyed our stay at Livin Mykonos. This is a very modern and well-designed hotel, with great customer service. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel, in particular Yani, for accommodating all of our requests and providing us great tips of places to go during our stay. The location is perfect- close to the airport and the main town. The ambiance of the hotel is also very nice, with great food/drinks at the bar and restaurant.

Livin Mykonos is in a very good location. Its right in between Mykonos Town and the most popular beaches (Super Paradise and Paradise Beach). The hotel staff were outstanding, always willing to help out at any time of the day. The room was amazing. I stayed in a junior suite, the bed was comfy, a/c worked flawlessly. My favorite part had to be the ceiling shower. Overall it was a very good experience! Also it is close to Quality Rentals, which I found to have the nicest motor vehicles for rent.
