Nice, modern hotel. Close to bus station. Convenient having Walmart at just a short walk…as I needed to grab a few things. I utilized the restaurant a few times but certainly some nice places nearby. Good security feature with elevator. Have to put your key in a reader to go to your floor. Downside…weird design with entrance and lobby on separate floors. Someone saw I was confused and told me where to checkin. Easy to hear noise in other rooms but with mainly families and business travelers this wasnʻt an issue upon sleeping. Would stay here again.

The staff did not allow us to check in when we arrived at 4pm. They were questioning our service dog even with all his papers and his medical alert cards. They took roughly 20 minutes or more to review his documents. Then asked us to come back later because they wanted to have us in a room away from others. This hotel has 2 dogs on their home page stating dog friendly and when I selected SERVICE DOG on Expedia, this hotel came up as an option. We were also threatened if he barked we would be kicked out. We were also told to take the service elevator and not the guest elevator. The hotel staff was awful and very disrespectful. The lady who cleaned our room was really wonderful and we tipped her. We had one meal there which was awful and we did not get a discount that was offered on Expedia. We also did not receive the platinum reward as they stated they didn’t know what it was. The area’s outside the hotel was full of trash and stray animals.

Do not recommend this Hotel if you are traveling with children. There is no fridge or microwave. I booked a JR Suite and a standard room. Disappointed. The JR Suite had a small couch enough for maybe 2 small people and a cheap table that broke as soon as I laid my purse. The room key did not work, we had to constantly go to the lobby to get new keys. The pool area was closed due to \"COVID\". We wanted a quiet space to hang out with my family without having to leave the hotel, we tried the hotel restaurant, but it was too crowed and the cafe area was uncomfortable. We had to stay in our suite. I was told there were no cribs available for my baby. The room looked clean but the floors were dirty. The food at the restaurant was OK, but expected better for the price we paid. Room service ends at 11pm and there is no ice. We had to call for ice every time. I will not book this hotel if I new this beforehand. The area is OK, there's stores and shopping nearby. If you are just looking for a clean place to sleep, there are less expensive options around.

It was great to just walk to stores. Stores included Walmart and a food court and lots of other shops.
The only downsides to this hotel are that breakfast is not included in the price (at least not what we paid) and the elevators are a pain in the ass.
There are two very small ones and during the busy times it takes FOREVER to get from floor to floor and you can only take the stairs DOWN. Even with your room key if you climb the stairs up to your floor you will not be able to open the door (unless someone on the floor let’s you in).

El hotel esta ubicada del lado de una plaza que tiene varios restaurantes, si no quieren comer en el hotel.
Nosotros no usemos el restaurante del hotel, ni la alberca.
El estacionamiento del hotel efectivamente es el estacionamiento de la plaza pero el hotel lo paga sin problemas.
Nosotros quedamos allá para ir a un evento en el Centro de Exposiciones y el hotel queda aprox 15mins por coche, entonces estuvo muy conveniente.

01.- La chica de la front desk, no me dio informacion suficiente y me hizo perder casi 4 horas, solo por no estar preparada.
02.- La habitacion, ok, solo el baño tiene problemas con la regadera, al no sellar la puerta se hace un derrame muy grande en la habitacion.
03.- El elevador fallaba espantoso.
04.- Poco personal para atender.
05.- El personal del primer piso, super amables y atentos .
En general no esta mal, pero puede ser mucho mejor.

Habitación bien a secas, no repusieron agua segunda noche, las toallas huelen a lavandería barata, y están deshilachadas, óxido en las esquinas de los baños, los artículos de limpieza , jabón corporal y shampoo, muy elementales, bien a secas.

Lo bueno fue que , la Gerente de turno apoyo la misión y otorgo después una HABITACION CON CAMA KING SIZE, solucionando se con ello la situación.
