Over all it was ok but not what expected, the pipes seem to be rusted as the water was just rust color. The bed sheets are so tin and dingy, didn’t even look clean the same with the towels, old drywall not and very rough on the skin. I wouldn’t recommend and not planing to come back to this hotel. The stuff is great, too bad they have too little to work with.

I was pleasantly surprised at what a nice hotel this is, considering that Pachuca is not as big of an attraction as Mexico City or other coastal places. The hotel was new and comfortable and spotless. The service was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel twice now and it is always very well maintained.

My only issue is that I had do not disturb but I was still disturbed via a knock and phone call about cleaning my room. It was only a problem because I was working from the room and taking meetings. Otherwise it was a very good stay!

Not good for people booking online.

The hotel is one of the nicest in Pachuca. I have stayed several times and rooms are nice and clean. However, they do not give a good service to people that book online through sites such as Hotels.com. The hotel was almost empty because of the pandemic crisis and they still sent me to the last room in the first floor, which for some reason is smaller than all other rooms with limited space between the king size bed and the TV Console in front. I have seen other rooms when I have arrived without booking and they are certainly spacious, I am a Gold member of hotels.com and I receive privileges in other hotels. In this place, I complained about the situation and the answer was: Next time just book directly.

Nice one night stay. Spacious rooms and hallways (widest I’ve ever seen). Accommodating staff. Underground parking. Only negative was inability to navigate to hotel via Apple Maps or Google maps from hotels.com link. It kept taking me to a location several blocks away... I had to call hotel for directions!

Best Western was an excellent hotel. The beds were VERY comfortable. The room was clean and modern. It was very quiet and we slept well. The restaurant was also excellent for breakfast. The only negative was the temperature of the pool and hot tub. The hot tub was about as warm as a swimming pool normally is, maybe 85F. The swimming pool was extremely cold, Im not sure if it was heated at all, but it didn't feel like it. Overall the hotel is excellent, but if you are planning on swimming, like we were, you may need a wetsuit.

This hotel is fairly new and super clean. It is easy walking distance to many fast food restaurants. There is a restaurant conveniently located in the hotel also. However, I did not eat at it. There is a good walking/biking trail across the street for jogging and the staff was super friendly and helpful.

The best western plus hotel is an excellent option to stay in Pachuca, It has a very convenient location to the city centre. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The rooms are big enough for 2 guests, really well equipped, modern and with comfortable beds, however, the walls are very thin so on one of the nights we stayed there we could hear other guests talking/mumbling so we had difficulty getting off to sleep (this was the only downside).

It has a basic gym (cross trainer, bikes, treadmill and machines with tension weights) but it was more than enough to have a morning workout, I didn't use the pool but it looed lovely and clean.

The independent restaurant in the lobby area is great, the service, quality and choice of food/ drinks was excellent. The prices were reasonable as well although not included in the room price but average 'cake house' set breakfast (Juice, coffee, Choice of eggs, fruit and bread) cost around 120 pesos (£5)
I would recommend this hotel as its the best in Pachuca

I stayed in this hotel due the convenience of staying with my pet, the hotel I think is like 1 year old, the staff was really helpful and they were always smiling. There is a park across the street to walk your dog which is really convenient, there are a lot of restaurants across the street as well, however, my room felt old, the carpet was worn and with stains and also the wall had some black stains, perhaps luggage stains. For the price and the convenience to have my dog with me is great, but I dont want to imagine how the hotel condition will be in 5 years with all that tear and wear on the room. The manager should pay more attention to those details and dont let the hotel cleanliness demerit guests stay.

La atención del personal de recepción es pésima, el día de salida, me encontraba aún descansando dentro de la habitación y me desperto a las 8:42 am una llamada de recepción a mi celular, haciéndome ver que ese día era mi salida y debía dejar la habitación alas 12:00 pm que se lo contraria me cobrarían media pensión, posterior a ello acudí al gym del hotel( el cual tiene en muy malas condiciones las 2 bicicletas y volvieron a llamarme a las 10:34 am, al celular, diciéndome lo mismo que debía realizar mi check out a más tardar a las 12:00, en lo
Posterior después de desayunar subí a la habitación y eran las 11:45 cuando volvieron a llamar con el mismo argumento, cuando entregué la habitación me quejé y el de recepción con palabras muy prepotentes dijo que así era el protocolo del hotel, llamar al huésped para recordarle su hora salida! También en la noche de nuestra llegada quisimos recorrer las instalaciones del hotel, como ver la alberca y demás, salimos del elevador caminamos rumbo a la alberca y un policía nos siguió y se puso frente. A nosotros, dijo que no podíamos meternos a la alberca por que ya no era horario, nosotros íbamos hasta con chamarras y jeans imposible que fuéramos hacer uso de la alberca, entonces le dijimos y ya nos dejó pasar. Te sientes vigilado e irrumpen tu descanso e intimidad. Pésimo servicio. Hotel que no lo recomendare en ninguna circunstancia.
