Room was clean, shower had good pressure and it was relatively quiet considering the volume outside. Staff was helpful, easy check in and check out. Only downside, both me and my husband got horribly sick from the food after our first meal there (didn't eat anywhere else, it was our first meal after arriving in India)and have now spent the last 3 days with bad diarrhea and vomiting.

You get what you pay for! The location seems good in theroy however it’s very inconvenient. Uber is hard to order due to traffic choke points and rail station construction. There’s an intersection that seems to be a free-for-all - lots of honking and loud music. The staff are great. Helpful and very knowledgeable. Breakfast was excellent! The room I had was a queen bed. It was right next to street side so didn’t sleep much. I asked if there was another option but apparently not for queen rooms. I can’t say this enough it was very loud all hours over 4 days.

Found the service a bit lacking here. Staff seemed disinterested and it took forever to get check in done, with them seemingly wanting to do everything but check us in. The rooms were fine with a decent shower and comfy bed. Some road noise from the rooms that face out onto the street (ask for courtyard if you don't want this). Breakfast was good. The 'cafe' was nothing exciting though. It's not really a thing and it's advertised within the property. I thinkt hey will do you food but they don't seem keen on advertising that.

Close to New Delhi train station and metro, but you have to cross and walk down a quite busy and confronting street so it's not for the faint hearted. That being said, the location was really central and ideal for us.

Straight up: This hotel itself, once you walk through the doors, in regards to the food and the staff, is very nice. Stylish, comfortable, fast consistent WiFi. This is entirely incongruous with the area around it, which can only be described as grotty and unappealing on many fronts. If you _need_ to stay in Paharganj, near New Delhi railway station, it is a very solid option. If you prefer more appealing surroundings near your hotel, this might not be your best option.

A clean and comfortable budget hotel similar to Travelodge in the UK. Nice touch with the common area and teas, coffees etc. it’s not the nicest area of Delhi but it is off the main road and not down a dark alley. Would recommend Bloomrooms again.

Arrived at Bloomrooms after midnight and they claimed they had not received any booking from Expedia despite my showing a booking confirmation and receipt. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with Bloomrooms and they often turn away traveller due to overbooking.

Front desk staff refused to help find an altermative accommodation stating that 'its not our problem' opting to sit watchi g videos on their phones while i searched for other hotels in the middle of the night.

The hotel staff were pretty nice and polite. I found the foyer to be kind of small and the Bloom Cafe had a very limited menu that wasn’t very appealing to me. I sat down and barely any of the tables had been cleaned even though there were no customers there anymore. My room was quite clean, but there was no table for me to eat or do work. Also, you can hear people outside the room and next door. The location of the hotel isn’t great because you can hear so much street noise. This place is great if you are not spending much time at the hotel though. My room was quite clean and the Bloom chat is really helpful! This place is very close walking distance to the New Delhi Train Station, but I didn’t feel very safe outside of the hotel.

A great option for New Delhi station

I have used Bloomrooms several times. Very convenient for New Delhi station. Rooms are clean and comfortable, if a little small. The facilities are good, with free tea and coffee available, and a good breakfast for an extra payment, but worth it the one day I chose to take it. Check in is a bit fiddly with it mostly being done via mobile phones but it would not put me off using the place again. Bearing in mind its location it is a good option and whilst the area is a little noisy any hotel nearby would have the same issues.

Set in a beautiful art deco building which has been restored to a high standard, this hotel is pretty much faultless for the money. Well thought-out rooms and the colour scheme and clean lines and colours makes it feel like Miami! Only complaint is that check in requires a mobile or email OTP for everyone staying in the room which is both unnecessary and a pain for international visitors. Also when the hotel server goes down it prolongs this irritating step.

The location is convenient to New Delhi Railway Station and a short walk or tuk tuk ride to Connaught Place. The hotel is good value for money - clean, comfortable rooms with useful amenities but few unnecessary luxuries. The breakfast was quite tasty. The staff was quite helpful, providing recommendations for the area (e.g., what you should pay for tuk tuk ride to Jamba Masjid) and booking a taxi for an early morning train trip from NHZ Railway Station. Would recommend for anyone who wants to see Old Delhi.

Excellent customer service, the pay later (in-person) option was useful for us, our room was very clean and well maintained, staff was cordial and willing to help us upon request, we enjoyed the breakfast buffet - the food was very good and offered a decent variety of options, bottled water is provided, and coffee/tea stations in each floor, their room service menu is also very good - we enjoyed a delicious dinner on one of our nights. We enjoyed our stay and the price was great for our purposes.

The manager was very kind and receptive and provided us with some travel options. We also booked our trips to Agra and Jaipur with them. Both trips over the course of two days were for the most part a positive experience - mainly due to our driver’s superb customer service and care (if you get Prem, you will not be disappointed). We preferred the tour guide that we got for Jaipur (Singh) - he was kind and patient (great photographer btw) and was willing to let us take in the experience rather than rushing us through it. Also, provided us with a wealth of information. The tour guide that we got for Agra was not very pleasant, the experience seemed kind of rushed - seemed like he was in a hurry and wanted us to skip everyone else which ended up upsetting other folks on the line for the Taj Mahal.

Overall, we recommend this place. The manager is flexible and transparent about the process. He will draw up a contract with you.

Our recommendation is to ask a lot of questions!

Everything done right the first time

Although I had my doubts seeing the surroundings, this hotel is a bright flower in a weed patch. As soon as I walked in the lobby, I was uplifted by the bright yellow and white decor.

This theme is carried out throughout the hotel, creating a cheerful surrounding whether in the main open lounge area or the rooms. It shouts "Clean!!!"

The staff could not be nicer asking if there was anything else they could do for us.

The adjoining restaurant where breakfast is served is also pleasant with a small, but tasty buffet and amiable staff. We returned here many nights for dinner as well.

If one needs travel assistance, the travel desk is fully functional and willing to provide any service needed.

This place is perfect, clean, transparent, easy, and remarkably pleasant. After staying at bloomrooms @ Janpath I was looking forward to staying here. It is cheaper and over my stay it became clear why there is such a price difference. The room was clean but worn out, stuffy and smelled of cigarettes. Toilet paper was lacking. Mattress had a huge dip in one side. Room was small and dark. However, everything was very clean and neat, the outlets worked and there was a mirror and hangers. Most importantly the shower was hot and consistent with decent pressure. Not a nice neighborhood but.a decent budget hotel. Janpath branch is much nicer.

Bright spot in a busy city!

This was a burst of fresh air in a busy, bustling, loud city. The design of the space is really lovely, and the layout of the room was unique and very enjoyable. The breakfast buffet, served at the small restaurant next door, was wonderful. I would absolutely recommend it. I also enjoyed other property amenities: filtered water, tea & coffee station, ordered room service from that same restaurant next door once (tasty food; small portions – FYI), used the laundry service. Be aware–the surrounding area is a big rough for walking solo. I get the impression it's that way throughout Delhi, not just this neighborhood. Didn't feel unsafe getting in and out of hotel, but not a great place to go for a stroll or walking around "for fun." Didn't have much luck finding good restaurants within a few blocks – suggest eating while out in the city in the day. The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful–would absolutely stay here again when in Delhi!

However the design of the hotel - open courtyard style - means that you are often awaken by the noise of the heavy traffic both day and night, If you are a light sleeper this could be an issue.

This hotel is an oasis of modern comfort and calm in a busy, noisy, central and culturally vibrant area of a mega-city.
The rooms are modern, clean and spacious, with everything a traveller needs for a couple of nights.
The staff were very efficient and helpful.
The hotel, while a contemporary and modern building has a breakfast room and diner that seems strangely out of tone with the modern vibe. Despite that, the rather tired dining room rustlers up a basic Indian buffet breakfast. I also had a simple, cheap but delicious evening meal.
It is only minutes walk from New Delhi station and the metro, including the direct metro line to the international airport. This is a good landing or launchpad for Delhi.

First of all, I really appreciated the design and color scheme of the hotel. It's so sunny and cheerful. I stayed in a single room and it was spotless. You have a comfortable bed with clean sheets, AC unit, desk with lamp, and a large bathroom with good water pressure and hot water. There is also free tea and coffee available. The restaurant attached to the hotel was tasty but a bit expensive. Also, my booking did not come with breakfast buffet included so I had to pay separately. The guard at the door also was helpful in assisting getting an auto to the train station at a fair price.

Clean small basic room

Room was clean, bed comfortable, quiet (given the surroundings). Checkin was quick and easy, staff was very helpful. Close to the New Delhi station so convenient for catching trains. The room was small and very basic—a bed, a mirror, a couple of very small shelves, one power point for charging phone, tv. Nothing upon which to place a suitcase, no chair, one side of the bed against the wall, After trekking in Nepal it seems delux, comparing it to other hotels, it is adequate.
