Clean room, good location. Car park was terrible. The entrance/exit was at an acute angle so the car scraped along the ground each time we entered and exited.

We enjoyed staying at the Burlington Hotel. The kitchen was well equipped and had an air fryer as an added bonus.
The rooftop was on a separate level to the room which I didn't consider but it was fine to go up an extra flight of stairs to access. The view was very beautiful of the ocean from there.
Pool was a lovely temperature for us Tasmanians. It was in the shade for most/all of the day but that's only due to the time of the day. It would be beautiful to have the shade during the hot summer weather!

Lovely property! Great communication on what to do. Pool was fantastic. Unit was well maintained and beautifully decorated. Every thing you need is there, including games and paperbacks, even a cook book. We enjoyed our relaxing weekend and will be back.

Two bedroom apartment was spacious enough for two adults and two teenagers.
Clean and comfortable. Short walk to the patrolled beach and shops. An extra set of keys for the teenagers would have been useful :)

The property was dirty-dusty. Tv cabinet, i could write my grocery li st on it. You could see that the furniture has not been moved , sust everywhere. Laundry door had no knob, got stuck and could not access the toilet. The stairway was also dirty

They have no lift, an underground car park and 3 levels of rooms, so be prepared to carry your luggage up a bunch of stairs. View isn’t great, fines if you don’t empty your own bins and clean the room yourself before checking out and a lack of power points in bedrooms.
The office team are extremely lovely and helpful and the location isn’t too bad.

Left a lot to be desired

Checking in gave me high hopes for the property that unfortunately were not met. Be aware that the parking garage is incredibly steep. Both my sister and I drive manual vehicles which required some skill to safely get up the incline. Our access key for the parking garage also died less than 24hrs into our stay, which wasn’t a huge problem in itself except we couldn’t contact the property manager for 24hrs and therefore couldn’t get our vehicle out of the garage. Property was reasonably tidy but very small especially for the 4 of us - better suited to 2 people. The balcony door wouldn’t lock (and wasn’t locked when we arrived) which is concerning for security considering it was only 3 storeys up. We also had paid the premium for the rooftop apartment which was certainly not worth the surcharge. To top it off the building is walk up only, which was a struggle in wedding heels, this in itself isn’t a huge deal but didn’t add any positivity to our stay. Frankly, there are nicer properties in the area for around the same price. I wouldn’t recommend this property and won’t be staying again unfortunately

Very Nice Holiday Unit and Well Equipped

One block from lovely Maroochydore Beach and short walk to Cotton Tree and Maroochy River. I stayed in unit 5 on lower level above office and it was a nice modern unit with plenty of supplies to make it feel like home. Books to read, washing machine and dryer and equipped kitchen but OMG please buy some new pots and pans, they are terrible and EVERYTHING sticks to them and very hard to scrub clean. The units are individually owned so I assume there would be differences in each unit. I enjoyed most of my stay here except for some noise, mostly from other guests. The stairwell is on the outside and people talking and stomping up and down the stairs and from guests in rooms above the noise does travel. The roof top is awesome with outdoor furniture. Nice pool but its Winter so no swimming for me. I would stay at Burlington again but only if I was placed on top floor. The property is managed by a couple and they are very nice people.

The two bedroom apartment was on the ground floor with easy access to the pool. There was an outdoor table with umbrella. The apartment was tastefully decorated. The only trouble we had was getting all of the lights to work. We did enjoy our stay.

Check in was easy, we were given a 2 bed apartment with a private roof top area with bbq, loungers , table and chairs and a sail for protection. Great location, double garage space and reasonably priced. Very friendly host.

Good location, comfortable room but beds were not great. However it was a last minute thing as we had no power at home so maybe we were a little stressed. Shower was great but pipes a bit noisy. Didnt have time to explore the facilities so cant comment on those. Reception was helpful confirming our last minute booking on a Sunday afternoon

A little disappointing

An older style but clean and in good condition. Two negatives:-
1. No AC in the bedroom.
2 Office closes at 5pm and you have to give 24 hours notice in order to get keys after hours which I didn't happen to see in time. Never had that before.

A warm welcome from the owners was the start of a lovely few days at the Burlington. Surrounded by lush gardens, it might be a little older and less luxurious as neighbouring apartment complexes, but old-fashioned hospitality, safety, and cleanliness more than make up for it. In a great location, the Cotton Tree shops are within a 5-10 minute walk, The Maroochydore S. C., library, bowls club, tennis club, and beaches are literally at your doorstep with cafes and restaurants very close to the complex. It has everything you need for a great holiday! Burlington is a fantastic place to stay

Burlington is a fantastic place to stay because it is so close to the beach and river. I took a daily walk down up the beach to the river and back and enjoyed every minute. Small shops and takeaways are only five minutes walk away and some of the best restaurants on the coast are just minutes walk away with a large shopping centre fifteen minutes walk away. We stayed on the second floor and for us it was no problem but the apartment was walk up so we needed to negotiate four flights of stairs (six from the car park) Burlington is just at the best spot on the coast and the apartment itself was very roomy and comfortable

Cosy hotel close to the beach

The room was cleaned immaculately. All the necessary kitchen facilities were there to cook up a storm.
My one recommendation is make sure you get to the roof,which has been done up to be very cute/quaint.

Great location and wonderful onsite management....however did not expect the beds to be like boards and have to sleep on the couch cushions on the floor! No air conditioning or WiFi......and rubbish under the lounges.

Good apartment located close to beach

The apartments were in a good location for our stay as we wanted to be close to the surf club. The managers were very friendly and accommodated our late arrival. The apartment is a little dated but this did not deter from the functionality of it. It was clean and comfortable. There was no road noise from outside and the curtains did a good job of blocking the early light! It was good value for what we wanted. Thank you.

We recently enjoyed a 3 night stay at the Burlington, and found it to be a wonderful getaway destination. Late night check-in was not a problem as we arrived much later than expected on the first night. The room was lovely, it had quirky little touches to make it feel like home, from jigsaw puzzles and games to books and magazines, even a little teddy bear sitting on the top of the bookcase. The room was nicely air conditioned, which was a blessing as it was quite hot during our stay, plus all rooms had ceiling fans. The main bedroom had a compact, but serviceable, ensuite, and there was a clean, well-equiped kitchen. We were very happy with our stay at the Burlington and hope to return there one day.

A pleasant hotel.

We had 1 week at the Burlington Apartments. Greeted by very friendly staff who assisted us in every way. Hotel is situated 1 block from beach with easy access to eating places. Nice walks can be experienced along the beach front and parks beside the river. Beautiful area. Would visit again.

Lovely place to stay

Went to look to buy a house on Sunshine coast, so needed somewhere to stay after hectic days of looking at houses.

Burlington was lovely and quiet, very clean and had everything you could need if staying for a holiday.

Owners were just lovely and even helped with local advice. Nothing was too much for them. Lovely couple.

McDonalds and other takeaways close by. Perfect location.
