I have to say this property is outstanding. Very Clean, Well maintained and great location. The staff that mange the property are pure rock stars. They went above and beyond to help me with a urgent situation that was 100% my fault. I recommend to anyone highly that they stay here

Staff very helpful when TV didn't work.

An upgrade on cutlery and crockery is needed. Very dated and some plates cracked.
Curtains also dirty and not hooked in properly.
Bathroom lock doesn't work.
Cutlery drawers also need a bit of a wipe.

Other than that our stay was fabulous.

My family and I had a very relaxing stay. The apartment was spotless and a great size — we stayed in a two-bedroom with a beautiful ocean view. The pool was excellent, with varying depths, which made it perfect for little kids to enjoy the shallower areas safely. The location couldn’t have been better, within easy walking distance to cafés, shops, the beach, and SEA LIFE. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.

View was amazing, we were lucky enough to see Humpback Whales passing on their migration south to Antarctica, from our balcony. Apartment clean, modern and stylish with lovely beach theme. Swimming pool and spa brilliant we made use of them everyday. A most enjoyable holiday experience.

The second bed room with 2 single beds was very small, could not open cloths closet due to closeness of bed, had to live out of our suitcases. Cutlery in kitchen had dried food on many items.

After hours check in was simple. Reception staff friendly. The views are amazing. We stayed in a room on the southwest end of the property which meant we had windows running along the right side of the apartment, also giving us hinterland views. It was clean and luxuriously comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen (we notified reception of a couple of things that didn't work - drawers/cupboards not closing etc).
It would have been 5 stars in every category, but we took off a star for communication because it took a little longer than we'd expect to confirm we'd left something in the room and arrange it's return. A minor glitch that didn't detract from how much we loved this place.

Location is amazing, right across the road from the beach. Public transport to take you to the tourist attractions almost out the front. Excellent apartment plan with views of the ocean at the front and quiet bedrooms at the back. Fantastic kitchen, fully contained. Loved that it's only a short walk to supermarket and shops. We stayed in an ocean view apartment on the 3rd floor and the views were spectacular. We had a 3 bedroom for 5 of us and it was really spacious. The apartments are a 2 minute walk from cafes, shops and restaurants which was really convenient.

Property is situated in an excellent location and apartment size is large, however, the carpets in lounge and bedroom were covered in stains. Furniture in bedroom was damaged, and mattress/pillows had seen better days leading to horrible night sleeps. The lounge blinds were also filthy and broken making it hard to enjoy area without feeling watched from outside area in the evening.

Amazing apartment

Thoroughly enjoyed me stay at Osprey. The apartment was amazing clean and modern. The ocean view from the balcony was BEAUTIFUL. With the beach right across the road it provided perfect oppiortunites to watch the Sunrise and set. The apartment was on 5 minute walk to local restaurants and supermaket facilites. The property had a pool and spa which I used frequently. I will definitely stay here again.

The apartment was accurately described. Such a great location. 5 mins walk to the shops and a few mins more to the main beach. It was quiet at night. Beds comfortable. Happy with the cleaning standards. Perfect for my trip with friends.

Overall it was a very pleasant experience. The room had a great view.
The one thing we could not believe was that the second toilet was locked because it was booked for two people. We thought that was incredibly stingy and should not have been the case. I think this policy needs to change.

Such a spacious 3-bdrm apartment. A/C in kitchen/lounge area and each bedroom was a bonus! Fully stocked kitchen with cutlery, utensils, pots, pans etc. Staff were lovely! Wi-Fi avail and Foxtel as well as screencast. Location was handy to nearby shops and lookout. Well equipped apartment - great for families or even travelling groups of friends or anyone.

We note the advice only minimum detergent, toilet paper & dishwash powder would be avail - but for the price we paid, I think an extra supply should be avail for guests. For a 3bdrm - there was only a small round table for maybe 5ppl? And it was wobbly. Lounge seating was only for 5ppl approx.

But overall - great! We look forward to staying again in near future.

Nice place to stay. Others and myself stayed for ‘schoolies’. Really enjoyed the place. The rooms are extremely spacious as well. Additionally, from the like 40 or so different hotels I’ve stayed at, this was the only one with steak knives as well as butter knives which I prefer for eating.
