Fantastic Apartments.
We stayed in unit 26 on the top floor with great ocean views. The unit was very clean with relaxing reclining 2 x 2 seater lounges. The unit has 2 good size bedrooms with the main one having a very comfortable king size bed. Both the bathrooms we a good size. The kitchen had all the appliances and gadgets you need. It was great to have 2 x chase lounges on the balcony as well as the 4 seater outdoor seating. The pool and spa area was always emmaculate as was the bbq area that we used. We used the gym every morning. David and Carole were always friendly and obliging as were all the staff. Alexandra on the Pacific is a credit to David and Carole. We will return.

From the friendly greeting from Carole and Dave when we arrived through to our reluctant departure our stay here was excellent.
The complex is beautifully kept and us very clise to mooloolabah and marochydore. Great cycle ways and walks along the waterfront, a huge variety of restaurants and bars nearby as well as supermarket and liquor store. What a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the sun.

Our overall stay was great and enjoyed staying at the hotel but there were a number of things that were disappointing. The biggest concern was that one of the rooms didn't have air-conditioning. It was a hot night with no breeze and ceiling fan could only be on low as on high it made a terrible noise. To pay that much for 5 nights and have 1 room with no aircon was extremely annoying. The unit needs some TLC to fix some small maintenance issues.

Biggest downfall was some extremely rude family guest who treated Australian like trash when approached about their rude behaviour around the pool and advise us that the pool laws are not written in Arabic so the laws are not for them

Was a nice few days windy an cold but still nice i was there to see the p&o cruise ship dock for the day then another ship the next day, i had a back unit but still got good views on the 5th floor, i feel it needs a way to lock glass doors form toddles that may get out when yr not looking from the veranda..
