I've been coming here for over a decade now and I really love this place. It sits right on the It's fun and conviently close to almost everything. Broadway at the beach is only a 4 minute drive.

We had to end to paying extra when we got there even though i had got the right room, we was missing some stuff in the room, the water didn't get hot until the next day, and none of the hot tubs were hot so we had to go to the hotel next door.

Reserved a room with two queen beds. Wanted a room away from the elevators. Once there had to accept a room next to the elevators with one king bed. Virtually no housekeeping. Told they would only dump the trash and change towels each day. Only did that the 1st day of stay. Dirty floors turned the bottom of white socks brown after walking on them

There was a big whole in the bottom of the one door the elevator was dirty and the floor was old when you turned on the shower the knobs squeaked that loud that it woke everybody up the pool looked good but that building they put us in probably should’ve been condemned also the electrical outlets wer dangerous up plugged your phone charger in and it fell out of the outlet that’s a fire hazard

Absolutely Wonderful Stay

We had an excellent stay! From check-in to check-out, everything was top-notch. The staff was friendly and welcoming, the room was spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Avoid Jamaica Building

Do not stay in the Jamaica building. It does not look as it is advertised. Room was not clean as it should have been. We were told that our trash would be emptied & towels replaced but they were not. We had to call for everything. There was also a fire a 7am that caused us to have to evacuate our room. The fire alarm was very low.

The oceanfront views were nice. The condo was pretty quiet for the most part. The staff was very helpful, especially the person who checked me in. The room was spacious and layed out nicely. It wasn't very clean nor was the furniture. It really needs a deep clean and new furniture. Hopefully it is one that is due for rennovations, if not, it needs to be. The indoor pool and lazy river were fun.

The unit was updated and very clean. I loved the blue tied into the decor. My children enjoyed the pools and hot tubs. The bar was open for adults. The only thing that I wish was in the unit was things for cleaning the kitchen and for cooking. For example, there was no paper towel, cloths or sponges for dishes, or oven mitts when handling hot pots. Other than this, the stay was great!

When I got there I check in and when I went to my room the room was not clean and the room they put me in the bed was hard and the air conditioning makes a lots of noise .The bathroom toilet was real low to the floor and it was hard to put water in everything was terrible The elevator was nasty it had one way in and one way out.

This was a terrible trip this time our unit wasn’t clean, tidy, mattresses were trash my bed I slept on was garbage and the bed was tilted. Upstairs ppl were noisy asked to quiet down nothing helped called 4 time to the office they said someone will come out and no one showed up I set outside on the stairs. Do not book this rechad hotel save your money this is my 3rd time here but the last for sure. Garbage experience management didn’t care at all. Wasn’t clean found cans and other inappropriate items in the room there was 6 ppl that witnessed it.

The reception staff and location were great.
Our view of the beach / ocean was really nice & the walk to the beach was only 2 minutes. The room initially appeared clean but the floors were dirty (feet would be dirty/ turn black from walking around the room). The beds were okay, stiff & springy.
The pool associated with the our building (the Jamaican) was the cleanest of the ones on the properties. The hot tubs felt nice but when you could see the water during the day they looked disgusting (hair, debris, etc).

We stayed in an Oceanfront king suite with awesome views. Just steps to the beach. Love, love, love the resort. Nice clean pools, hot tubs and lazy rivers. We love the Myrtle Beach area.
