The room was clean, the staff was beyond helpful and even left a birthday cake for my 14 year old daughter. The pool was beautiful, location is amazing, the treadmills were a bit rough, one needs its belt tightened. We had a great time

Seaview Khao Lak private pool villas

Private pool villa was fantastic, rooms very comfortable, inside and outside shower, large spa tub and all very private.
Absolutely loved the pool, easy access and the water temp was great.
Resort breakfast was the standard type but plenty of options.
Resort was quiet but not peak period yet.
Large pool with kids area and big waterslide too.
Easy walk through the back of the resort and you’re right into the main street of Khao Lak.
Right on the beach and the restaurant was great as well.
Would definitely recommend for a quiet relaxing holiday.

The resort could be a lot better. It was very quiet and even though I was told it was booked out, I barely saw anyone. The main pool closes at 6pm - apparently due to lighting and no staff. The pool bar at the main pool is not open. The restaurant is near the beach. I was the only one there and was not served straight away as staff were not even at the bar - they were chatting nearby. They had none of the drinks I wanted. It has the possibility of being a great place but looks deserted. There are many closed up/abandoned sections. It is very big and if raining - it is difficult to get from the back of the main hotel to the restaurant at the beach. Staff were friendly. It is about a 10 minute walk to the main street where there are shops and dining options.

We had an acceptable pool villa with beach access for which we had paid handsomely however I’d have been horrified to be in the huge block rooms. The resort is jaded and unloved. The dining room is scruffy and a total covid hazard. Tabl s have dirty mats and uneven surfaces. This is the first hotel where I saw guests actually bringing in their own breakfast ( as opposed to taking fruit etc out) it c a n only be described as basic and pedestrian with poor choice and little attention to top up empty platters. The beach is beautiful unspoilt and lovely but sadly the hotel needs to refurbish and bring it into the 21st century. The decking around our villa was treacherous, peeling paint and unattractive. The gardens could be better maintained. Given better management and a makeover this hotel could be lovely as it has prime beach front position

Great resort - just needs more guests so go soon.

It is sad to see a resort of this size with only us 4 as guests for the 4 days we stayed there but despite that we still enjoyed our stay very much. We missed the very good breakfast buffet that they served in 2019 when we were there but still enjoyed a good breakfast that was cooked to order with a very good selection to choose from.
The service overall was excellent but one lady, Aom, stood out with good communication skills and a real passion for serving her customers.
Rooms had lots of space and comfortable beds and there was a bath and a nice walk in shower. Overall a very good hotel and I hope that things will change fast so that they can get back to normal.

Everything here was satisfactory. Beds clean and room clean. The pool was well used and the kids slide was a real hit. It’s a nice family getaway, having the two bedroom suite with bunk beds and an extra bed for our 3 children was perfect.
The staff were very friendly and we brought our bikes and scooters with us and the children loved getting around the huge resort this way.
Breakfast buffet with eggs station, live noodle station and pancake station was very good. We would have loved some non sweetened yoghurts and cereals and freshly cut fruits for a healthier cold breakfast but all in all it was a good meal.

Massive modern rooms, beautiful beach and location

We stayed in 2 family rooms (2 adults and 4 kids aged 2-10) next to each other, they were massive, modern clean and very comfortable with a playground in courtyard. Rooms were located at back of resort near main strip of town, there were heaps of local shops and restaurants near by. Resort is huge so recommend a stroller for young children as beach was a 5-10 min walk from room at other end of resort. Beach is stunning! Pools are big and never felt crowded. Big waterslide in one of pools that kids loved. Breakfast was great but location was very hot if u sat outdoors. might be better if they made breakfast down near the beach with a bit of a breeze. Street food available at various times in different locations of resort. Didn’t find the communication about this great but once discovered we thought these food and cocktails were great. Didn’t eat at main restaurants as appeared pricey. Kids used kids club and enjoyed. Supervision appeared lacking at times though and any extra cooking or craft activities were $$$- not an interest to my kids anyway though. Kids loved the waterslide races run by entertainment team. The longer we stayed here and discovered little joys the more we loved this resort. Stayed 4 nights would have loved at least one more

Lots of staff that do not seem to be doing much.

Hotel is very expensive to eat and drink in, three times the price of local bars and restaurants.

The offer happy hour at certern areas at certain times... good look finding it. By the time you’ve found out which one is doing the promotion it has ended.

Issues with food that we ordered there (took over a hour and it still didn’t arrive)

Issues with checking in, we were left for a hour and told to wait for a room

Key cards failed twice and took a hour to get someone out to fix the door and give us entry

Overall just a bit of a disappointing stay really.

Check in took 30-40 minutes. The first room we were shown had a very strong musty smell. We were given another room which seemed fine. However, when we went to bed there was an animal scratching in the roof space all night. Don't know what kind of animal and even though we rang for help the staff could not do anything to get to it.
The Hotel itself is very nice and right on the beach. The sun beds on the beach front are crammed in behind a wall. There is a little buggy that can transport you around the complex and the staff are very helpful.

Centara Seaview Resort is one of the best Resorts that we stayed in . Great location on the beach and the staff are amazing here . Sabina and Mai at check in are really welcoming and friendly. . Batman and his staff are always eager to take You to the top of the Resort in their Golf Carts . The Pools are amazing . Food is excellent in this Resort

Great hotel for families. Staff were awesome, friendly and attentive to all our needs. This was experienced when we had a small problem with out air conditioner on one of the nights. Hotel moved us to a temporary room for one night to allow kids to sleep and then timely repair and prompt feedback the next day. Hotel made upgrade $$$ for last two night free of charge. I would recommend this hotel for anyone with kids (mine are 6 and 13). Both had a great time. We (the Parents) lounged by the pool and did a whole lot of nothing. Perfect Holiday, Great Hotel, Thanks Centara for everything.

Really nice place

Great place to stay. Beach is basically awesome, the service is great. Breakfast buffet is really nice, lunch and dinners are ok but you can find other places better for about the same price. Beds are really nice. Property is a little aged but the three pools are nice. Kids enjoyed the slide. Btw, the Ocean View has no view of the ocean whatsoeves; still very nice though.

wonderful hotel. On beach and close to town.

My husband and myself had a lovely 10 days here. Older style ,family friendly hotel right on the beach.With terrific buffet breakfast. Close to main street with a variety of bars and eateries. We would not hesitate to come back to the Centara Seaview for another stay. Found the staff very pleasant and helpful. The General Manager could be seen at some point each day talking to guests and staff alike. If you are looking for a laid back place to stay I would give this hotel a try.

Good service, did negotiate a late check out although they were fully booked. We were up two flights of stairs so difficult bringing luggage back down but was brought up. Parts of the complex were a bit shabby and the wardrobe smelt damp but all else was 4 star. WiFi a little unreliable but ther were storms during our stay. Would return but request accommodation in the grounds not in the blocks. Beautiful beach with Centara beds and clean large towels.

Very nice resort but limited kids entertainment

Centara is next to a beautiful beach and has three amazing swimming pools.
We had the two bedroom family residence which was very spacious and comfortable.
The buffet restaurant (the other restaurant was under renovation when we were there) was very good and right on the beach.
Our only disappointment came from the limited kids entertainment option with only half an hour of structured activity for kids planned daily. We therefore ended up not using the kids club at all wchich somehow defeats a bit the purpose of choosing this place.

Hotel rooms are spread over a large area. Some rooms are near the beach, pool and breakfast. These rooms are about 800 meters from the road and all the shops and restaurants.
The rooms which are family family rooms are the other way around being near the shops etc.
We found this better for us due to not eating in the hotel other than breakfast which was provided.
Hotel has 2 large pool areas 1 by the beach and another in the middle of the resort.
All round had a great time any issues quickly dealt with by staff.

We were impressed with the pools. The main one is huge and has a fantastic slide, fun for all ages. There is a little slide for small kids. You will not be disappointed. The breakfasts have a variety of meals, slightly changing every day. They are great! Buffet dinners are highly recommended as well, very reasonable price. Everything was fantastic, but the resorts itself needs renovation.

Hotel with two wings separated by a beach road

Very friendly and helpful staff greeted us every where we went which brings a smile to all. Good selection at breakfast. Room with seaview was big and comfortable although the balcony was not. This wing is located on the beachfront with plenty of loungers. The \"Headgirl\" tended to be everywhere during our stay in September and judging by other feedback seemed to go down favourably with guests.

Family Holiday in Kao Lak

We had spent the first part of our holiday in Phuket and found it to be over-developed, crowded and totally tourist - driven. It was a totally different experience when we travelled north to Kao Lak. The resorts here are tastefully nestled amongst native rainforest and a real sense of being in paradise exisits here. Kao Lak runs at a much slower pace than Phuket and our family of 4 liked this. The Centara Seaview resort has been rebuilt after being destroyed in the Boxing Day Tsunami 10 years ago. Symmetrical design for all the wonderful pools and facilities capture the natural beauty of the area. Our accomodation was at the rear of the resort up the hill (where the tsunami safe zone is!!). However we found this location a burden as we had a long walk to an from the main restaurant the beach and the main swimming pools. They offer a free buggy service to go up and down the hill but it was sometimes a nusiance waiting for this. We would recommend the bungalows on the beach or within the main resort area near the pools if you can afford it as this would offer superior accomodation and ease of access to all the facilities. T

The location is great and the ocean view rooms are the best for the $.
It is not \"perfect\" and many say it needs an update. If you want perfect there is many other places at much higher rates. It is very \"Thai\" and perfect with 2 young kids. (6,8)

Great hotel, easy stroll to beach and shops.

We stayed as a family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids 16 and 11) for 4 nights in November after we had spent 5 nights in Karon.. We had interconnecting deluxe garden rooms close to the main pool. Both rooms were large with plenty of space and had everything that we needed. The bathrooms were clean and staff did a great job of cleaning and restocking items during our stay if needed. From our rooms it was a short stroll to breakfast which had a large variety of foods to choose from that would suit even the fussiest of eaters. We ate our other meals at the local restaurants which again is only a few minutes walk from the resort. We were lucky to be there on the opening weekend of tourist season so there was plenty of options for eating out. There is even a McDonalds at Khao Lak which suited our 2 kids as an alternative to Thai food. The pools are large and finding a quite spot to cool off was not hard. Overall we enjoyed our stay at Centara Seaview and would recommend to family and friends.

A very pleasant stay.

A very pleasant stay at the Centara, Khao Lak. The hotel was quiet as it is the low season, but all facilities were available. I booked a room in the garden area, but they up-graded me to a sea view room free of charge due to the low season which was a very nice surprise. The staff worked hard to keep the pool area clean with a few storms causing sand and leaves to blow around. The food was good, particularly the breakfasts which were excellent. The room was very clean and of a good size, with a small balcony. The immediate surrounding area had a few cafes, but they were mostly closed again due to the season, however, the best bar for live music was very close by. I will certainly go back to this hotel, and in the low season it is excellent value for money.

Good resort with many facilities

Quick check-in for a very late arrival. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was large with two king size beds and a good size balcony. All toiletries replenished daily as required as well as teas, coffee and water. The resort is set on the beach area and Khaolak does not allow jet skis or similar so unspoiled views with a long sandy beach for walking. The grounds were well kept and the pool areas were attractive with ample sunbeds and shades. The food was overpriced but the bar had a 4-8 pm half price for 2 cocktails. A buggy was available at the lobby to transport you to the top of the resort leading onto the main street where there were many restaurants and shops, it was out of season (26th June - 9th July) so very quiet and opening times varied. Many tourist attractions were closed but the local market opened on Saturday, Monday and Wednesday from 4 pm til approx 8 pm. It was about 15 mins walk down the road. There were clothes, local food and eateries all at good prices. We were never disappointed with Thai food, taste, presentation, and price excellent. The most we paid for two meals with drinks was £13. The National Park was close by but be warned the nature trail was not an easy walk. Narrow, rocky and potentially dangerous in parts especially after rain. Good shoes and mosquito spray recommended. A local bus to Phuket town for 100 thb each can be caught on the main road, comfortable although shabby and does not take much more time than a taxi, bargain!

Website was deceiving

Looked in the website and thought the rooms looked quite new and nice but when we arrived and was taken to our room it was in the old wing of the hotel. The rooms were terrible - old with chipped wood and flaking paint. Bathroom was dark and smelt damp. The room had so mosquitoes probably due to the rancid water outside in what I can only assume is some kind of disused water feature.

Large hotel in spacious grounds next to the sea

This is a large hotel site with several large swimming pools and some lovely landscaped gardens which are very attractive when lit at night. At one end, the hotel finishes at the beach where you can walk for a long way depending on the tides. At the other end the hotel nearly reaches the main road where the numerous bars, restaurants, travel agents, shops, pharmacies, etc are located. From the beach it is about a 10 minute walk through the grounds to the main road and the tourist facilities.

The room we had was large and clean with good storage, a large bathroom and the usual facilities as coffee making, a safe, TV, seats, etc.

The buffet breakfast was good but as usual you can tire of it after the first week or so. We only bought one meal and drink at the hotel during our stay and found the prices to be extortionately high particularly when you know the choice and prices you have just a 10 minute walk away.

There are inevitably some things they could have could have done better, for example some of the walls could do with a coat of paint, the a/c whist effective is loud even on its lowest setting, the lighting in the room is dull.

Now the best bit, the staff where all superb. Very friendly with lots of smiles, and always willing to help.

Perfect for Families

Full of warm friendly faces, Centara is a wonderful Hotel. Two huge pools one with a great water slide to keep your children amused for hours. Then a gentle stroll to the the beach front pool to watch an amazing sun set.This Hotel is not brand sparkling new ,However it has beautiful lush well maintained gardens with plenty of trees to offer shade in the Thailand heat. Just as a hotel should be in Thailand. So glad we did not choose the more modern Sands as it looked souless and offered no shade.. I must make mention of the beautiful house keeper \"Wat\" a lovely lady who made us feel so special, bringing us fresh fruit from a friends house or something she picked up from the market . These are the small things that make a memorable holiday. The friendly advise and chats with the lovely hotel Manager Wayne and Pong at the sports bar. We loved our stay here and highly recommend it to any one considering staying here. Also make sure you eat at the Green Beach cafe turn right at the beach for yummy cheap thia food with a the perfect view.

Booked a family room and when we got there we were taken to a room so far away from the main complex in the middle of a partially renovated concrete apartment complex with a childrens playground as a view out our window. the room was up on the main road behind McDonalds and no where near the main pools or the breakfast area. Considering what price they were asking i found this completely disgusting and not like being on a resort at all. Family room ripoff. be careful.

Good Hotel and Location - Staff Need More Training

The check in was OK.
We booked a family residence. These rooms are located outside the main grounds of the Seaview resort. In fact, it looks like they are converted shops that were originally part of a failed shopping development. However, the rooms are spacious and well presented. The room we had was on the ground floor and had a queen bed and bunker bed for the kids in a small separate area that could be closed off from the main room. Despite the initial shock that the room was, at a guess, 400m from the reception area it was not really that bad. The hotel provides a golf buggy service to take you to and from your room anytime you need it. Also the rooms are really close to the main street of Khao Lak and that makes access to the shops and restaurants easy. The main pool is about a 200 m walk. The family rooms have a small private pool as well which is fairly new.
The breakfast was good - except that the staff seemed to get over whelmed at times and did not pick up your plates and stopped serving coffee (you had to get your own).
The hotel is an older hotel and does need some repair work but it is generally OK. The two main pools are a bit dated. The main buildings (reception / restaurants) are nice. Centara has recently taken over the management of the hotel and I would hope that they will do some work on the pools.
The hotel is close to the main area of Khao Lak town and it is a short walk to any number of restaurants - cheap to medium priced.
Checkout was OK.

It's not even in Phuket!

If you go, be prepared to sit in a cab for more than an hour from the airport (to the north whilst Phuket is to the south) pay 5 times what you would pay to a resort in Phuket and have problems to communicate with the employees. Please go ahead. The facilities are really nice, I can't deny it.

Family-oriented atmosphere

Khao Lak Seaview Resort and Spa welcomes many families, particularly from Scandanavia and Germany. The pools are crystal clear with an unusual elevated (non-heated) jacuzzi pool. It has an excellent family atmosphere.
My room was meticulously clean with lots of nice amneities - shower and oversize, deep tub. Inexpensive lunch specials were available at the beach restaurant, while the morning breakfast buffet, included in the room price, was excellent.
The lobby staff was extremely friendly and helpful and all shops and services in Khao Lak were an easy 5 minute walk away.
While the beaches offer great walking, there is little or no coral off shore to allow for snorkeling to see tropical fish. I would stay here again.

The pool area is in dire need of renovation, same goes for all the decking, also in the villa area. A lot of nails and skrews sticking up, and the decking foundation is broken in countless places. The room cleaning is below par. The beds are below par. I weigh 95 kilograms and laid through to the springs even with a 7 centimeter double folded top mattress. The breakfast is below par with a lot of unhealthy stuff and little healthy options.

Die Hotelanlage ist sehr schön, im Zimmer hatten wir leider Moskitos. Wir haben die Klimaanlage runter gekühlt und hatten dann unsere Ruhe. Personal war sehr freundlich.

Sehr schöne Villa mit großem Whirlpool, große Pools zum schwimmen, freundlicher Service 25 Stunden, super Transfer, ruhige Lage mit kurzen Wegen zum einkaufen, entspannen, Strand und Party. In der sogenannten Regenzeit besonders zu empfehlen. Günstige Preise, einsame Strände.

De prijzen in het zwembad zijn belachelijk duur. Voor een klein biertje 33 cl 120 bath en stukje verder op betaal je voor een 1/2 liter fles 100 bath dit ook in een restaurant terras aan het strand. Dit geldt hetzelfde voor het eten. Ik zou zeggen kijk goed om je heen en je kan veel geld besparen. De gebouwen zijn slecht tot zeer slecht onderhouden en de prijs niet waard. Zeker geen 4**** maar maximaal 3***

Gute zentrale Lage, alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten/Restaurants zu Fuß gut zu erreichen , schöner Strand Abschnitt direkt beim Leuchtturm.
Anlage bisschen in die Jahre gekommen ( poolberreich, vorallem der große auf der Straßenseite ) aber alles sauber und schön im Grünen . Gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit ausreichender Auswahl .

The prices in the pool are ridiculously expensive. For a small beer 33 cl 120 bath and a bit further on you pay for a 1/2 liter bottle 100 bath this also in a restaurant terrace on the beach. This also applies to the food. I would say look around you and you can save a lot of money. The buildings and pools are poorly to very poorly maintained. The cleaning really leaves much to be desired. Here the cleaning is really bad. One moment you get bath towels every other day and then 2 days not again this hotel is certainly not worth the asking price. Certainly not 4**** but maximum 3***

Forventning til 4-stjernes hotell ble ikke innfridd.

Hotellet er spredt over et stort område, og det er lett å gå seg vill det første døgnet. Store, flotte svømmebasseng. Utmerket frokost med god plass. Trivelig uterestaurant i strandkanten med utsikt til fyret.

We contacted the accommodation several times before the start of the journey without success. There is no indication that the bungalows are only equipped with double beds. We were charged additional costs for providing an additional bed. It was not possible for two friends to share the same bed together. The breakfast was quite one-sided. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The facility and rooms were generally clean. Hotel facility is very outdated. Massive maintenance backlog. All in all we had a good stay. But we will no longer book the hotel.

Very nice resort and location. We were upgrade from garden pool villa to beach pool villa.
Our son appreciated the pool. Nice to relax after beach and to have family “pool party”
Friendly staff. Clean and neat.
Close to amenities and to Khao Lak Centre.
We are quite picky about hotels, but this was quite good.

Hotel hat seinen Charme behalten.
Man muesste nur etwas flexibler sein. Als Silvestermenue gabs Seafoodbasket fuer 2 Personen. Da ich kein Seafood esse, war es nicht möglich , ein Single basket mit Aufpreis zu bestellen, ich haette a la Card gegessen. So haben wir ausserhalb gefeiert.

Das ursprünglich gebuchte Familienzimmer war für den Preis eine Zumutung. Bekamen dann gegen einen hohen Aufpreis bessere Zimmer. Das Personal ist teilweise sehr unfreundlich und desinteressiert.

Perfekt beliggende hotel ift strand og by

Hotellet ligger perfekt ift strand såvel som hovedgaden, som nåes enten til bens eller i hotellets buggy, hvor man sættes af bag McDonalds. Der er en lille hyggelig og stille gade, der adskiller hotellet på vandsiden og hoteldelen,der ligger op mod byen. Store fine pools, som vi dog ikke benyttede andet end en enkelt gang, da det lune hav, ligger lige nedenfor hotellet. Fin service i receptionen og tildels også fin i morgenmadsrest., dog var der noget galt med kaffemaskinerne næsten hver morgen, og det gav kø og lidt irritation. Personalet i baren/strandcafeen var ofte lidt sløve i optrækket og ikke særligt opmærksomme. Vi boede i et Deluxe Ocean Wing værelse, og det skuffede lidt og mindede mere om et 3-stjernet hotel end 4!

Die Lage war absolut ok. Guter Zugang zum Meer , aber in Bezug auf die Organisation und die Ausstattung der Anlage im Ganzen sollte etwas getan werden. Eventuell könnte das aber mit dem Betreiberwechsel , Centaraausstieg, zusammenhängen, der unmittelbar davor stattgefunden hat. Das Personal war jedoch durch sehr freundliches Auftreten immer sehr bemüht.

ビーチが目の前で付近のスーパーやレストランへのアクセスも
良いロケーションです。
部屋は、大きく清潔で、若干シャワーの水圧が弱く感じましたが
とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

ただ、自分と息子は全く気にならなかったのですが、
妻は、夜カエルの鳴き声がうるさいといってました。

レストランお食事も全て美味しいです。

また、滞在期間中、妻が誕生日だったので
部屋に戻ったら、バースデーケーキがサプライズで
用意されており感謝です。

Wir waren 3 Wochen im Centara und haben uns gut erholt.
Zum Hotel:
Nettes kinderfreundliches Personal, sauberer Strand, tolles Frühstück. Abendessen teils zu teuer im Vergleich zu den Restaurants auf der Straße.
Carpe Diem Team nur zu empfehlen, unser Sohn wurde liebevoll beschäftigt. Grundsätzlich sehr schön für Kinder, auch essen ist dem
Kindergeschmack angepasst.
Die Familienzimmer am Ende der Anlage können wir nicht empfehlen da zum Teil stark abgenutzt und zu weit vom Strand entfernt. Die Bungalows mit und ohne Pool sind die deutlich bessere Alternative da im besseren Zustand und näher zum Strand und dem
Hauptpool.
Personal ist sehr nett auch wenn sich die Arbeitsweise/ Einstellung deutlich unterscheiden. Manche deligieren die Arbeit nur weiter (besonders beim Abendessen spürbar), andere sind sehr gewissenhaft.
Das Spa in der Anlage ist zwar gut, aber eigentlich auch zu teuer und die Massage am Strand ist mindestens genauso gut aber dafür um einiges günstiger.
Bonanza hat sich für uns nicht gelohnt, es gibt zu viele Ausnahmen die nicht damit bezahlt werden können und man bindet sich zu stark an das Hotel.

Umgebung:
Hotel ist gut gelegen, im Ortskern. Shops, McDonald’s, Restaurants, alles da.

Ausflüge:
Ausflüge im Hotel sind überteuert, lieber auf der Straße buchen oder selbst mit Taxi hinfahren, kommt deutlich billiger raus.
Die turtle Farm ist zu empfehlen, das Elefanten reiten eher nichts für ganz kleine Kinder oder ängstliche Leute.

The location is amazing, Khao Lak has the most beautiful beach in Thailand. The neighborhood has many restaurants but is very nice and tranquil.
We booked ocean side room (needs bit updating) but upgraded to ocean side pool villa. The villa was so nice and big, so quiet and close to the beach and main pool.
The resort itself is huge containing 3 separate buildings and 3 pools. They have a direct access to the main street through the resort. Breakfast is very good, large variation of foods.
Will definetaly go back there the next time!

Alles in allem gut. Besonders das engagierte hotelpersonal an der reception ist hervorzuheben.
Die Lage des Hotels ist super.
Was ihr aber vermeiden müsst, ist es in dieses seltsame Apartmenthaus hinter der eigentlichen hotelanlage zu kommen.
Dies ist der Horror und eher 2 sterne.
Innerhalb der analge in der lagune und am beach sind die Häuser gut.
In dieses seltsame haus, kommt man wohl sicher, wenn man das 2 bedroom family deluxe zimmer bucht.
Doopelzimmer mit zwei betten und die villen sind alle in der guten anlage.

Leider ist die preispolitik des Hotels etwas abstrus.
Ein sprudelwasser (0,3) kostet über 3euro. Eine Fanta 1,20euro.
Außerhalb der hotelanlage, kosten sprudelwasser 0,25 euro.
Auch ist schade, dass die Massagen am strand von der baht-bonanza (bonusprogramm) ausgeschlossen sind.
Man merkt erst nach einer zeit, den witz daran.
Denn im spa (im bonusprogranm enthalten) kostet 1h massage 30 euro. Am strand sind es 9,50 euro.
Da ist der bonuskunde der dumme.
Was allerdings ok geht, sind die preisgestaltungen fürs dinner.
Kinder esses bis 6 jahre umsonst, danach 50%.
In kombination mit dem bonusprogramm und dem 20% frühreservation bonus, sind die preise gut.
...bis auf die Getränke preise.

Als tip noch...wir haben zu spät gemerkt, dass in der ganzen anlage bis 18 uhr verteilt, wechselnd an den jeweiligen bars, immer happy hour ist. Das lohnt schon sehr und ist auch mit dem bonus kombinierbar.
Liegen sind genug da und das Personal ist größtenteils gut

Majoituimme perhehuoneessa, joka oli todella kaukana vastaanotosta ja rannasta ihan pääkadun vieressä. Kadun äänet kuuluivat. Häiritsevämpää oli huoneiden huono äänieristys. Kulkemiseen sai soittaa halutessa golf-auto kuljetuksen. Huone oli tilava ja kerrossänky eristetty mukavasti liukuovi seinällä. Yleisiä tiloja on runsaasti laajalla alueella. Aamupala oli runsas ja monipuolinen.
