The unit we had had spectacular views and was newly renovated. The spa bath was wonderful and the special glass next to the spa which could be made opaque to allow the view to be seen from the spa was fabulous. The position was not convenient to local shops unless you had a car.
The Car Park was hard to manuever in due to design.
Unfortunately there were surrounding building works which destroyed the amenity outside the building.

Loved our position, beautiful views of the beach. Convenience for everything. But the best was our accommodation. Such a beautiful unit, gorgeous so clean. It was so much more than I expected. Just topped our holiday beautifully.

The location was great but the landing area smelled of strong disinfectant smell which was not pleasant. Also considering the proximity of the property from the beach, it would’ve been good if there were beach towels provided for the guests. We enjoyed swimming pool and sauna.

The parking is terrible and that was our first disappointment. We were given another spot. We were given keys to our room (we arrived early), but when we went in it hadn’t been cleaned so we’re shown another one, which we took. This was very run down, kitchen doors not closing properly, knob off the toaster, power points not secure , but the worst was the balcony door didn’t lock (we were on 9th floor), but still? The bed and lounge were very comfortable. Spectacular views!! Each of our queries were addressed and solutions found so the staff were wonderful. This unit needs a complete refit!

The Beachfront Towers is close to beach. My room had a very nice beach view, Everything is good, but there was a very disappointed thing is that the cleaner left the mop, iron board & surf boards etc in the cupboards on the main bed room that i couldnot have space to hang my clothes on.
The mop does not look that clean and the site is turn you off when you open the cupboard door, so i could not used the cupboard. Apart from that everything is good.

I loved sitting on the veranda and seeing the beautiful ocean view. I was on the 12th floor.
The rooms are spacious. Would walk across the street to beach. Grocery nearby. Bus stop 1 block away. Took bus one day to the Australia Zoo. Full kitchen. Loved my 5 days there.

This apartment suited me perfectly. Its an old building, but the apartment had been renovated and had everything i needed. It was very comfortable.
It felt strange using a key to open the door, and not have a swipe card, but as i mentioned, the building is old.
The location was great. Id definitely stay again.

Great location. We rented 6 rooms total for our two-week stay. Some were recently renovated, some were dated. Our view was spectacular. We got to see the sunrise every morning from our balcony. Not much in the way of service, but what little interaction we had with staff, it was great! Would definitely stay again!

I stayed 2 nights in the Platinum bedroom which has a great ocean view. Everything was white and beautiful, loved the furniture, and bathtub. Unfortunately was too cold for swimming but still worth getting the room! The receptionists were fantastic and bubbly. It was great that I and my partner could make it the very first time on the Sunshine coast to be grateful.

Reception was unmanned when I arrived. I rang the number advertised, waited 5 minutes and nobody answered or appeared at reception. Walked to McDonalds for a coffee and returned 30 minutes later. Checkin was an enjoyable experience in the end.

Car parking underneath the building can be a nightmare so don't bring a very large car. Otherwise all good.

The apartment was spacious, however, the furniture was quite old and the coverings on the couch and dining chairs was stained. The pillows were really hard as well. Could do with a makeover. The carpark is very tight and we decided to park our car on the road.

Property was in a great location, clean and lovely views.

Balcony door did not lock which was a concern with two young children having free access to it.

I requested the second bedroom to have two single beds for my two boys, however it had one double bed. We ended up using the chaise of the lounge as a bed for one of our kids instead. As we arrived after office hours on the Saturday, and everything said the admin wasn't open again until Monday, I sent an email Saturday evening about the problem. I did get a response, and was offered a fold out bed if I called on the Sunday. I chose not to take this option as we'd already worked a solution. I was disappointed I was told that I should have called earlier - I didn't have a number, and I knew the office was closed! When I checked this on checkout, I was informed the emergency number was written on the front door of the hotel (we accessed through the basement). I didn't think my problem would be classified as an \"emergency\". In short, I was disappointed that this was put back on me and my communication, and not that my booking request hadn't been fulfilled.

Finally, family of four staying and we were provided with four towels, but only one face washer.

Upon first arrival apartment looked beautiful and modern with spectacular beach views. Great hotel location, spacious 2 bedroom apartment. Upon closer look room was quite run down, needs some maintenance and things fixing up. Only one small tv in 2 bed apartment with DVD player that worked intermittently only. Ceiling fan in bedroom had constant ticking noise making it hard to get a good night’s sleep. No dishwasher even though room was advertised as having one, and yet was supplied with only one sachet of dishwasher powder to wash up with. Reception provided some washing up liquid when asked but really put a downer on my enjoyment as the last thing I want to be doing when away on holidays is the washing up!

The hotel is in a great place within easy access of everything you need for a great stay. The units have been updated how ever there are some negatives. If youhave a large 4WD dont even try to get into underground parking very tight spaces. The unit wr were in had the main bed on a \"stage\" very different. For young families there was no bath only shower.

Apartment was an older complex but the room we booked had all new furnishings and the kitchen was so well stocked for all your cooking/entertaining needs (although wine glasses were not my favourite).
There is a lovely Italian restaurant in the complex.
It is definitely more than it looks in the photos.

I liked the location, overlooking the ocean.
The receptionist was not helpful at all.was no apology for the dirty oven/griller, no bulb for the bedside lamb and another lught.was trying to talk to receptionist on the normal hours, no answer only answering machine, not good at all. Sunday we know it is closed but no one was there at all. Not happy at all so sorry booked it so early as was my birthday, only got the receipt for $535, alrhpught paid more, was told by wotiff that there will be a discount if booked early, more money was taken from my card.

Slightly older property which meant it was much bigger than newer places. Very close to beach - possibly one of the closest in Maroochydore. Walk to beach, restaurants etc. Good views from our room. Foxtel sports was good for Rugby World Cup :)
Rooftop terrace was a big suprise- has a BBQ up there as well and would be amazing at sunset.

Our room was freshly renovated and really comfortable.
The main thing I could complain about was the fact there was no aircon in the bedroom.
Great views and close enough to everything that we walked to food and groceries easily.
One lift was broken for the duration of our stay which made getting up and down from the 10th floor slow.
Keyed entry to everything was old school but not an issue really.

Based on some of the previous reviews I was worried, but our 2 bedroom apartment was immaculate, contemporary and very clean. Well equipped with everything you need and more, including board games.

The heated pool was wonderful and the kids loved the games room. All around a great place to stay.

The manager was very friendly and the amenities were reasonable. However the room we stayed in desperately needed new carpets as the existing carpet was extremely old and dirty. The furniture also needed replacing for the same reasons.

The lifts were not operating properly as the doors did not close when in the basement and hence would not respond when we pressed the button. As we were on the 11th floor this made us feel very uncomfortable safety wise. Had to ring the manager to check the door closure. When asked manager seemed unable to fix the problem

What an amazing location with postcard views

What an amazing location. Directly across the road from the beach and views all the way along the Sunshine Coast beaches from Alex headlands up to at least Coolum and beyond and it is all picture-postcard stuff. The apartment was clean, tidy and neat and was close to some very nice restaurants and takeaways. It was centrally located with a short drive to a major shopping centre but within fifteen minutes walk of the river or other attractions

Great location, exceptional views (we were on the top floor). We only had a short stay so didn't take advantage of the ammenities but you can't beat the location and proximity to the beach.

Parking isn't great for larger vehicles, so we opted for street parking which worked fine. Room had a bit of a musty smell when we first arrived but that went away once we opened everything up.
