We previously stayed here in a lovely courtyard apartment so booked it again
Unfortunately, we did get an apartment that may have seen better days. We didn't mind the dated style however when the cold tap turn handle fell off in our hands...well we were less than impressed with the standard.
Other than that and the clear water damage and neglect of the bathrooms it is really a nice place to stay. The pool is lovely and to have access directly from the ground courtyard is a bonus

This is my 4th stay here. I love the little pocket of Cotton Tree in which it's located as it's quiet and with no through traffic, yet right on the beach, handy to shops, restaurants and the river. The full equipped apartments are large and fully equipped.

Only stayed 2 nights but thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic, about 200m to the Surf Club which has wonderful meals, about 1.5 km to the Sunshine Plaza which is a huge shopping plaza, directly across from the beach, what more can you ask for. Totally recommend and will be going back

Lovely property and reception staff. Easy checkin/out comfortable with efficient aircon and well sized kitchen. Only feedback is sliding doors to the front veranda required a bit of force to open, probably a victim of the sea air! Otherwise very happy with this accomodation

We had a wonderful stay. The management were friendly and accommodating, allowing us a late check out as our son had an early morning football game. Was great to come back, have a swim and pack up before leaving.
The bathrooms in our apartment had been renovated but remainder of apartment was more original. The apartment was large spacious and comfortable for a family of 5, I would advise the apartment owners to invest in some new beds and pillows. The sauna was out of order which was disappointing.
The whole property is in the midst of upgrades which will see it come back to its glory. The new external paint job looks great.
Overall, we did love it. The location is awesome, close to cafes, surf club and beach at your doorstep. Management were fabulous. Will definitely be back and would recommend to others. .

Great place to stay and renovated beautifully. The unit has heaps of space, WiFi and spectacular views. Location perfect right across the road from the beach pathway.....only a few minutes walk to the flagged area at Maroochydore surf club. On-site managers provided local info and great customer service 👍

Great location right opposite the beach - we were lucky enough to get two adjacent apartments on the top floor which meant we also got a rooftop terrace to enjoy. Our apartments were recently renovated so were gorgeous! Lots of safe parking on the roadside if your vehicle can't fit in the underground carpark. Heated pool and spa were a treat along with a sauna. Everything in excellent condition. Receptionist was friendly and helpful and lots of communication before the stay so you knew what the rules etc were before you arrived. Will definitely stay again.

Family holiday Carmargue Appartments

The location of Carmargue appartments is fantastic, so close to the beach, surf club, shops, cafes etc. Our unit was quite dated and needed spruicing up in the kitchen and well overdue for a change of bed covers. The pool was fantastic as was the bbq facilities. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Good value older spacious 2 bedroom apartment - clean, comfortable, had all the amenities you needed and all were functional. Only light traffic passed by which could not be heard - Close to the beach and Maroochy Surf Club. Walking distance to Cotton Tree shops. Good communication from the manager.

It was close to the beach and other centres in Maroochydore, Surf Club. The beds were a little hard and it had construction going on, which was a little noisy. The staff were friendly.

Across from beach. Quiet (we were off season). Very large layout. We had second floor with tiny glimpse through trees of ocean. Jogging walking path that goes for miles in front of building. Murray cafe for coffee near by is great. They set up our hidabed. We had three young kids. Liked the washer dryer. Bring or buy dishwashing pucks and laundry soap. I read about taking garbage out as a concern in some reviews. Not an issue. There are dumpsters out front. Older building compared to some others but I thought this was great value place and would stay again.

The largest 2 bedroom apartment!

We had a terrific stay. The staff were excellent, kindly arranging late check in and the rollaway bed was made up in the apartment when we arrived. The apartment was huge with a lounge room and family room, 3 televisions and the second bedroom big enough to comfortably fit 2 single beds and the rollaway. The air conditioning was perfect (it was very hot when we stayed). The washer and dryer made our stay very easy. We had the lock up garage for our boards. Pool and sauna were loads of fun for the kids (other than the beach). Directly across the road from the Maroochydore Surf Club. Foodworks just up the road (2 blocks walk) with some other shops. Thank you very much for our stay.

My husband and I stayed in a roof top apartment for two nights. The apartment was clean with everything you would need for a holiday stay. Very comfortable. The location is fantastic with the beach access straight across the road, walking distance to surf club and shops. Will definitely be returning again to Camargue.

Apartment was quite dated. Could certainly use some TLC but overall the price reflected this. The staff were great and overall facilities were good and its in a lovely quiet spot of Maroochydore.
Overall its was good value imo.

Unit 24 recently refurbished with a Pacific theme. Just lovely and so sunny! Enjoyed the proximity to the beach and the pool and spa.
The whole complex is a bit dated but worked well once we figured out the key system.

We were pleasantly surprised by the apartments. Great location across the road from the beach. The apartment itself was HUGE & very modern and comfortable with ocean views from the balcony and pool views from the bedrooms. Felt like a house. Walking distance to Cotton Tree cafés and shops. Pixie was very friendly and very helpful. Highly recommend!

Awesome beach access.

Loved staying at this place. The beach was literally 10m away. The pool was small but well maintained and great for an afternoon swim. The unit had an open floor plan with a brand new kitchen. Lovely lounge area and the space made hanging out at the unit enjoyable.

We had a fantastic stay at these apartments. Apartments were quite large, clean and comfortable. Pool was fantastic for the kids. Could walk to many of the convenient places around Maroochydore and Cotton Tree. I would definitely stay here again.

Love the fact that there was alot to see and do. We went swimming in the fully patrolled maroochydore beach. We also dined at the choice of cafes and restaurants at cotton tree. We also dined at Maroochy Surf club which was across the road and everything was in easy walking distance

Great Location across from beach

This is a great location and a large comfortable unit. Two large bedrooms, and a second lounge room made for a very comfortable stay with our two children. The unit we stayed in was in original condition and its decor a bit dated but this was fairly reflected in the price we paid which was excellent. We think location and size are much more important than decor. The pool/spa/sauna area is nice and the management are friendly and flexible. Top marks to Pixie :-). It is walking distance to Cotton Tree shops/restaurants/beach. You won't be disappointed in Camargue.
