Yes - the spa was wonderful. Massages in India range around $35 and they are WONDERFUL. Do it!
Loved the breakfast items - good start for the day. The hotel however is in a part of Delhi that is far from everything. We had to drive 45 -75+ mins to go anywhere. But I saw that with everything we did so the traffic had a lot to do with the transportation challenge.

definitely not a 4 or 5 star hotel, very dated and much need of a refurb. Staff were very friendly but the hotel itself was very poor horrible smell in room and corridors booked for 4 days had to leave after 2 nights

Check-in: Unruly, Unprofessional staff, kept us waiting as the Hotel front desk is not even inclined to overcome their interpersonnel issues. Fingers crossed for the family stay I booked with the property.

Buffett: Not worth a penny. Food quality was below average. Long wait as the hotel could not even handle a small group and simole requests, let alone the tush hour. Mosy of the staff seem not even interested to entertain a few simple requests.

Checkout: System was down for morenthan a day and had to bear the brunt of disreslectful staff.

Don't waste time and money staying at this place, most rude and cocky staff and management. They have ruined the standard of Park Plaza chain.
Also bathroom has mold and rooms stink, tools are old and dirty. Cups and plates are chipped .
Can't bring anything management attention because they have their head's in the cloud.

They understand the concerns and work to resolve them in a timely manner. I have stayed at the Park Plaza and will stay again when I visit Delhi, India.

I have stayed at various hotels all through out the world. This is by far the most unpleasant experience I've ever had. The policy of this hotel is very weird. The staff are not cooperative. Not that it is a big amount but this is the only place that charges for a bucket of ice. They have a weird one key policy even if you have multiple people checking into the room. So only once key? Total inconvenience. The manager was not catering to the requests, just standing there and explaining their policy with a smile. I will never be booking another stay at this place. This is the first time I am writing a negative review about a place ever.

Stay only if you want to be treated like common thieves and criminals. This is perhaps due to the fact that this hotel is situated bang in the middle of the courts and they have a lot of people of dubious distinctions staying with them. Still, the following are unacceptable:

- Untrained, Rude and unprofessional staff
- Filthy and smelly rooms
- Very poor breakfast selection

The check-in time is 2 pm which means the room should be ready by then. My Fiancé was coming from USA and I called at the reception in the day time to tell them that we might check in around midnight. I was assured that there will not be any problem in late check-in. As expected we arrived at the hotel at midnight and to our surprise we were told that our room is not ready as it was given to another guest on day basis. He also said that that’s how it works and if a room is available only then it will be made ready for check-in when you come in and it doesn’t matter if you have any advance booking. When we asked for their manager he said you can cancel the room if you want. Since it was too late and we had no other option, we waited for an hour to get the room ready and finally were able to get in the room around 1:00 am. After 36 hours of long journey this is what my Fiancé had to face. This is the worst experience we ever had in any of the hotel around the world. Will never book here again and will never suggest anyone else too.

Customer service needs improvement

The service in the restaurant by the lobby is terrible. Anything i had to order was always wrong despite multiple clarifications. One evening we ordered drinks, 4 gin and tonics. It came out as 2 normal gins and one double gin so only 3 glasses. There were only a couple of people working there who were in any way good at their job: a manager and one other guy who’s name I never got.

The door men were excellent. Very attentive and welcoming.

The property is in a new area, not fully developed. It is quiet but that also means that it is dark and isolated around there at night. The service is excellent and the staff are superb. The property have few rules.
1. Visitors are not allowed in guest rooms
2. Residents of Delhi can't stay there
3.No do not disturb sign on doors
4.Complimentary Tea and coffee is provided but no creamer. You have to call for fresh milk.
The hotel is good value for money.

This is a 3* hotel by British standards.

Cons:
Terrible smell when air con is on - the filters may need changing.
Room constantly smells dusty and unfresh - each breath in just stinks.
Dust and dirt on every surface - used my own antibacterial wipes from UK to clean the shelves
Floor rug full of dust - not vacuumed or taken out to be aired and beaten in probably years. Husband complained that it made him feel itchy - as though he was bitten when we walked on it.
Toilet had fresh urine sitting at the bottom of the toilet lid.
The cleaners are simply not scrubbing, dusting, vaccuming and bleaching the rooms to a good standard.
Can’t see out the window due to condensation.
WiFi connection is weak in the room.
Hotel is at least 1.5hrs drive from airport to a small, non-touristy little town. There’s a shopping mall approx 10min walk with some restaurant but there’s no other places locally to walk to.
Mosque speakers very loud during daytime.

Pros:
Hotel staff were all very nice and accommodating with regards to early check-in, places to eat and helping with taxis.
Fridge in room which had bottled water and snacks (have to pay a 2000rs deposit for it on arrival)
Shower was good and water was warm.
Gave us complimentary shower gel, body lotion and shampoo of quality
The hotel itself looks nice and presentable
Beds are comfortable
If the standards on room cleaning was up to par, it would have been a quality 4* hotel experience.

4 star hotel, great deal on rates.

This is a nice boutique hotel, clean modern and quiet area. Breakfast buffet was large in variety. Worth the few extra dollars. Service is strict, check in took 20 minutes at 1030pm . Two people were at check in desk but line was not moving. After a long flight I just wanted a bed to pass out in. Air conditioning in hallways is needed temps were high. Other than that it’s a great hotel .

Hotel is all it is advertised, except it is NOT 14.7 mi from airport. It is more like 34+ and in their local traffic, that is over an hour. As a lone traveler, I did not consider eating a meal away from the hotel after dark. Hotel appears to be located in an area \"cleared\" for the hotel.This American does not speak the local languages which made it very difficult to communicate with staff. Hotel would not cash Am $, did not have an ATM, and that made it difficult to get directions to nearby ATM. Front desk staff
seemed very limited in their knowledge of registration process and with the language problems, that slowed down the process.
I always had the pool to myself, it was used little.
Again, facilities were great, staff seemed helpful, but very limited in English. Nearby area did not seem too for dining/partying after dark.

Execellent bed, 5 star, very soft but firm, easily fall into sleep.
Towels are old, hard, coloured. Cups are stained. Good service people in housekeeping, cafe, counter.

Nice Hotel close to location Preet Vihar .

We had booked Room in No smoking Floor.But when visited Hotel on 20.01.18 late
evening they offered Smoking Floor which when we refused than Offered Non smoking
floor.Due to this my family has to wait at reception although we reached Hotel
after travelling 200kms.
This Room was on the floor where already a group was staying they were discussing among them selves till late night.
The night was not comfortable due to group staying on same floor.My daughter
had exam next day morning due to which we had preferred to stay in Hotel.
But was not very useful.

Horrified. Checked in late, got in the room to find used undergarments in the bathroom, non functional soap dispenser. Ordered food for room service, tasteless and overcooked, asked for onions along the side and in a full bowl of vinegar found only one tiny rotten piece of onion.

Staff was friendly and that was the only decent thing in the entire stay, would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Don't choose this hotel!

It was just an average hotel (definitely not. 4 * hotel as claimed). The staff didn't seem well trained and there was confusion all around. Despite paying for breakfast while booking, they wanted to charge me and I had to show the reciept and convince them. Once the manager held on to a lift for sometime due to which the other lift took a long time to come to the ground floor. He has to learn that lifts are meant for guests and not 'managers'. They didn't have enough matchboxes and didn't care about each service breakdowns. Overall, unempathtic staff. The location is also too far away for an out of town tourist. I wouldn't choose this hotel again.

Our stay was fine. Would just like to mention about the minibar. There was no minibar placed in the room and same was informed after we entered the room. But staff from room service argued with us that minibar was there. This is something that should not happen with any of the guest.

We asked for a non smoking room and it smelt of smoke the bell man said yes people smoked in room and he will spray it, it still smelt horrible. There is nothing around this location and the view was of a half built dirty lot. The bed was comfy and the restruant so at the hotel were good. The amenities like pool and gym were only open till 7pm so were not able to see or try them.

I had the pleasure of staying at Park plaza with my family earlier this week. The hotel appears new and tastefully furnished. The staff attention to customer service, from the doorman, to the front office staff, is excellent with prompt and polite and effective response.
The area is new and being developed. There are no walking or running areas in the viscinity of the hotel, and the area itself is not pretty, though this is likely to change in the coming years, seeing the march of development in this region.
The free wifi is good to have but the connectivity is weak, again things that will change.
Overall, a positive impression of the hotel whtever the reason for the visit might me.

not much in the area. there is a metro mall near

the first day I arrived had breakfast. lots of flys in the buffet area. one guy just walking around with a zapper...not a good sign. got sick right away and had no more food for four days...mostly locals at this hotel, just a few tourists from UK and US, but very few.

in short, need a place to crash for business, fine.

Nice hotel & rooms. Rooms offered at good rates. But food & other services are very expensive. About 10 KMs from city center. Difficult to reach nearest metro station which is about 2 KMs away from hotel. Extremely difficult to get auto rickshaw to go to metro station from hotel. I used Ola & Uber for my commutes otherwise hotel taxis would have ripped my wallet. Absolutely nothing in the neighbourhood. No hotels, no residences, no commercial activity, no shops etc. Just across the hotel there is a construction site for building beams for metro railway. So it gets very dusty around the hotel.

Disappointing Hotel

Unfortunately, my experience for this hotel is not good. The location was not good, the staff especially the receptionist at the front desk was not helpful at all and did not treat me in a nice way. Once, I needed a taxi and i wanted front desk to call me a taxi but they said it is forbidden to call a taxi because they want the guests to use their own car for which they charge 3 times more than a regular taxi. I have never seen a hotel not helping the guests for taxi. Every hotel calls taxi and some of them even have a special price.
