Our hotel in Coatzacoalcos is located in one of the main ports in Mexico and very close to the Minatitlan International Airport and the Seaport. We are one of the best options because of our strategical position in the city, so that anyone who visit Coatzacoalcos for business in the industrial , commercial and services sector can find an excellent stay option.
We already offer lodgment for people from oil industry like PEMEX personnel as well as people who come to work in the Pajaritos, Cangrejera, Cosoleacaque and Morelos petrochemical complexes. Habitaciones sucias. Las camas con cabellos, nos trataron de cambiar de habitación y estaba peor. Piso con cabellos también. Pedí los cambiaran las sábanas al menos. No limpian con frecuencia. Lo hacen cada 7 días según esto. Ero nunca limpiaron en nuestra estancia. No explican nada. Primera y última vez que llegó ahí. Hoteles.com debería de eliminar este lugar de las opciones. Al otro día pedí que cambiarán la cortina del baño pero el olor seguía. Pero pues, tampoco nos complicamos porque solo llegamos al cuarto a dormir entonces lo soportamos. Pero si pudieran mejorar la limpieza del baño estaría genial. Pero aún asi, es un local accesible y si me volvería a quedar ahí.

Cada que visitó Coatzacoalcos me quedo en este hotel, casi siempre lo recomiendo pero en esta ocasión sí tuve un inconveniente, pues la habitación que me tocó no tenía buena presión de agua, incluso había momentos que no caía nada de agua en las llaves ni en la regadera.
Todo lo demás del hotel tanto sus alrededores e instalaciones me agradan, solo en esta ocasión tengo esa objeción por la presión del agua.

The room was a great size, air conditioner super cold! Beds were comfy but there were a lot of stains all over the bathroom possibly mold.. otherwise this place was great! Parking was secure and safe, don’t let the naysayers out there dissuade you from visiting Coatzacoalcos, it’s safe if you’re smart about times and locations! We had an absolute blast here!

Over all was a great location and environment, however it was brought to our attention that for extra charge for cleaning and house keeping did not bother to come and clean out of the 3 nights we stayed. Great rental rooms and space though room was not equipted with cups, spoons, dishes, pots, etc when rooms have stove and fridge. We were told hotel was just opened after being closed due to the pandemic.

Very clean, very secure, 24 hour guard on site. Kitchen in suite, basic pans, etc available upon request. Quiet. This hotel very beautiful on the outside, but rooms are cheaply furnished. However, clean and comfortable and I would stay here again. Refinery town so there's a smell outside, but inside the hotel it's all good.

The room was non-smoking but someone in an adjacent room was smoking so my room smelled like smoke. Someone cooked in their room every day and the smell in my room was so strong I thought they were cooking in my room. The shower curtain smelled soured. The cushion on the chair was tilted and it felt like I was sliding out of the chair so I couldn't use it. They only clean on Wednesdays so if you need anything you have to ask for it at the front desk. There is a cook top, fridg, sink and cabinets in the kit area but no pots, dishes, cups, glasses, utensils, coffee pot etc. I did see a cabinet downstairs with some of that in it so I guess you have to ask for it. I was there on business and not looking for a 5 star experience so it met my needs. If I were there on vacation I would not go back.

Muy mala experiencia, tienen plaga de cucarachas en todas las habitaciones, es completamente insalubre esta situación, no se como tienen el permiso para operar, todo el hotel está infestado, llegamos a las 12 de la noche, nos asignaron la habitación 113, vimos 3 cucarachas pequeñas y pedimos cambio de habitación, nos dieron la 216 y vimos una cucaracha enorme muerta, total que fuimos a revisar la 320 y 316 y ambas con cucarachas, ya era muy tarde pedí el reembolso per como había reservado por expedía no me lo quisieron dar y no tuvimos más opción que tomar la 316 que era la que solo tenía 1 cucaracha, esto no corresponde a un hotel de esta categoría, da muy mala experiencia a los huéspedes, es asqueroso, nunca había estado en un hotel tan sucio y que me sintiera tan incómodo, por favor si pueden evitarse esa pésima experiencia háganlo y mejor váyanse al hotel one o el Zar que están a unos pasos de este hotel, les dejo fotos y video que tomé.

La habitación estaba un poco sucia, el baño tenía mal olor y encima todo el piso donde nos tocó quedarnos olía muchísimo a comida en mal estado, los insumos para bañarse súper limitados.
