Due to my work, I travel frequently, and this has been, by far, the best hotel experience I've had this year. Hotel Zar Coatzacoalcos truly impressed me! The staff was warm and welcoming, the room was impeccably clean and well-furnished, and the bed was wonderfully comfortable. Both the room and bathroom were spotless, making my stay exceptionally pleasant. Kudos to Hotel Zar Coatzacoalcos! I will undoubtedly book again for future trips and look forward to staying at other El Zar hotel locations across the country.

The best hotel option in Coatzacaulcos
Hotel Zar is a new hotel, that although difficult to find is outstanding in every way. It is in the only nice area of Coatzacoalcos, with multiple dining options, prime theaters and large air-conditioned mall within walking distance of less than 1/2 mile. Coatzacoalcos as a small city has to be one of the ugliest in Mexico (not recommended unless you have to be there on business). But if we ever have to return to visit family, we will stay at Hotel Zar again.

PLEASE... www.hotels.com fix the link, when we called the PHONE NUMBER OF ZAR, it turns out we were talking to ZAR in Merida. THIS was oh. SO CONFUSING. and PLEASE advise the people at Google Maps, and at Garmin so that your hotel shows up in the GPS.

Mal, pues tuve una situación donde comenzó a gotear en techo, lo reporte enseguida a recepción y mandaron un técnico, lo revisó y dijo que era el desagüe del clima, después de unos 20 min dijo que ya había quedado listo.
No había pasado no 15 min cuando había comenzado a gotear nuevamente.
Ya no quise reportar nuevamente, pues ya era tarde y quería descansar, solo opte por abrir la ventana y dormir.

No había pasado no 15 min cuando había comenzado a gotear nuevamente.
Ya no quise reportar nuevamente, pues ya era tarde y quería descansar, solo opte por abrir la ventana y dormir.

El elevador no funcionaba del todo , había que subir un nivel más y luego bajar al nuestro , las llaves se desactivan después de las tres la tarde y hay que nuevamente activarla toooodos los días !!! Muy poco personal en recepción y se encargaba de todo el hotel !!
