We had the best stay! My husband, grandbaby and I are traveling to Arkansas. We made a stop here to visit friends. Excellent service from the time we checked in, clean room, breakfast area clean and lots of options. The oatmeal was my favorite with all the topping choices (walnuts, coconut shaving, pepitas, cranberries, chocolate chips much more) friendly staff. We will be back on our trip home.

The service staff we encountered were very nice and helped us with an issue we had after checking in. Our initial room did not have a working secondary security lock on the door. We were promptly moved to another room with all door locks in place or operable. Great! The room was large and comfortable, but it could have been cleaner. The tub needed more attention and I noticed smudges on some doors and wall areas. Also, one of the extra blankets was clearly unwashed and had blue staining upon being removed from the bag.

Residence Inn Forsyth Review

I had a wonderful stay at the Residence Inn Forsyth. From the moment I checked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive, making the whole process quick and easy. The suite was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchenette and cozy living area.

The complimentary breakfast was a great bonus with plenty of fresh and tasty options to choose from. I also appreciated the little touches—like the lobby coffee, the quiet atmosphere, and the well-kept fitness center.

Overall, my experience was excellent, and I would definitely recommend the Residence Inn to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing place to stay. I look forward to staying here again!

Front desk manager VERY RUDE

I stay in this hotel a few weeks ago. I booked via third party and paid with a “third party card” I did not have to pay a deposit just a $20 incidental fee and was given my room key. I tried using this hotel again and booked before getting there after HOURS of traveling and was told I had to pay $250 deposit which was weird being I didn’t have to do that a few weeks ago. I then tried to pay the fee and was told I could not use my “third party card” which is chime. Mind you it’s the same card I booked with last time I stayed there a few weeks ago and the same card I paid with to book. Because the hotel does not take chime I was turned around and denied a refund when it was NOT MY FAULT! Hotels.com wanted to give me a refund because they know it’s not my fault but they needed and approval from the general manager whom DENIED it! That was literally my last! Me and my children had to sleep in my car overnight until I got paid again! The fact that they kept my $162 simply because they don’t take my card is crazy, disgusting and inconsiderate. The girl that was at the desk was extremely rude and defensive for no reason. The manager was nonchalant and came downstairs in house shoes VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! I will be reaching higher up until this is resolved! Hotels.com even stated how rude these people were. They didn’t know I was in contact with them while they were talking to hotels.com she swore she was doing the best she could to help us and at that same time hotels.com stated ho

Staff were very friendly and service was excellent, catering to our every need. Lobby had inviting seating and lounge area. Our Room was very nice, very clean with a large bathroom and the kitchen area was a plus! Complementary Breakfast was great both mornings! Pool was a hit with the kids! Very nice outdoor area with a grill! Also has a half basketball court to shoot around.

Very friendly service, clean, good breakfast. The air in the room was extraordinarily dry, I had a hard time sleeping and had to run the shower multiple times to get moisture in the air. Also, the bed was a bit soft and sags in the middle which isn't very comfortable. Other than those, everything else was good.

This property was excellent! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff (Sarah the manager as well as Melanie at the front desk, and the corporate manager that I didn’t catch the name of) was unbeatable. The cleanliness of the hotel was a 10. The room was amazing with a full kitchen, including utensils, a stove top with 2 burners, a full size fridge with freezer and ice maker, a dishwasher, full size microwave, and sink. All the amenities included was a huge plus—shampoo, conditioner, and body wash all hanging on the shower wall, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher pod, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, hot pads, etc.
The pool and facilities were good size! This property includes a half basketball court and patio area with string lights and tabletop fireplace which was really nice at night, and included a lot of patio furniture. The breakfast had a large spread to choose from with healthy options (cage free eggs, turkey sausage, fruits, yogurts, etc), and tasted amazing!
I was very pleased with my stay here.
There are only 2 things I disliked. One is there is no hot tub in the pool area. I missed this. Also, upon check in, I wish Expedia informed locals that on the weekends there is a $250 hold per room. I don’t blame the property for this but rather Expedia. It would have been helpful to know this ahead of time. Otherwise, no complaints! Definitely still highly recommend this property!

The noise is unbearable

Desk staff during the day was great. Breakfast was good. Disappointed that maids never emptied the trash. After three days it was overflowing. Worst part was the unit above us. The first two nights they were loud until after 11. But the group the last night was horrific. It sounded like a herd of elephants moving furniture until 3:30am. We got no sleep. I called the front desk at 11:00pm. They calmed down for a few minutes and got loud again. We went downstairs to the desk to complain again about 12:30am. It didn’t help at all. I was disappointed when I learned the next morning that it was a group of minor high school kids and they weren’t kicked out when the night attendant learned there were no adults in the room. It’s too bad. It was a great room but the stay was ruined because the noise was unbelievable.

Next time I am checking under the bed immediately!

Everything was great except, as we were preparing to leave, I checked under the bed for possible “left behinds”. That was when I realized that only the parts of the room we could see was clean. There were numerous candy wrappers, greasy beef stick wrappers, etc. We were there 4 nights & we made our own beds & took care of our own needs due to our COVID anxiety. I think the hotel is run well & if I had discovered the trash under the bed sooner & reported it I feel confident it would have been corrected.

The hotel is comfortable and clean. However, during our stay there were a group of teen girls 12-16 that seemed to follow grown men around. This had nothing to do with the hotel but the parenting. Made for an uncomfortable stay as both my husband and son didn't want to venture the property as they would actually follow. SMH...
