The elevator was a rough and scary ride. Just 3 floors. It had no inspection label that is required by law. The window in the room would not close tight-the wind whistled through the entire stay. The complimentary breakfast was empty with 2 hours left and no one around to fill it. Will not stay there again.

room neglected, i asked for clean bedding covers and every single one he brought me were stained extremely bad. But he stated that they were clean. Also, the shower curtain wasnt the cleanest and the towels in the pool area wasnt swapped out for clean ones. The hot tub was out, but when I filtered for a hot tub when looking to book the room at the hotel it said it had one. But it emptied. The pool area had like molded looking walls inside the pool area.

This room smelled from the moment we walked in. We checked in and went to our room. I layed on bed for an hour while we were waiting on my daughter to get off work. We left and went to supper returned around 10 pm. I immediatly hopped into bed. My husband watched some tv. The next thing i know he is telling me there were roaches. We left immediatly. The next day when i woke up in a different hotel i had bed bug bites all over me. I am furious. Hotel manager is ridiculously rude. No refund we paid for 4 nights didnt even stay one night. On top of that expidia will not honor a refund. Disgusted ¹

I had to change rooms 3 different times before I found one clean enough for me to sleep in and that room didn't even have power but it was clean so I dealt with it. Rooms had bugs, mold, soap scum and hair. I will never stay here again. I don't know how they charge as much as they do per night.

We got the king suite and within 30 seconds of being in the room we saw four roaches crawling out of the couch. We immediately went down and asked for a refund and he said we could not get one had to call in the morning. I called in the morning and got $25 credit on my stay which is not even half of what I paid for the room! I do not recommend this hotel for anyone unless you want to go home with bugs.

First room had black mold on ceiling and on the desk chair, linens were damp, and room smelled of mold and mildew. Were moved to a second room, lights, TV, and hair dryer didn’t work. Linens were damp in this room also. Moved to a third room, smelled of cat pee, and linens were damp in this room also. If I could give zero stars, I would. The only saving grace was the one staff member was very friendly and helpful. Otherwise, terrible.

We went to the front desk and asked for different rooms.He gave us two rooms next to each other this time, and those rooms were also unacceptable. The bedding wasn't damp in those rooms, but the pillows, blankets, mattress and sheets were also stained yellow. We could not stay there, so we left. He didn't give us a receipt & said that I need to call tomorrow when the manager was there to get my refund. .

Your property was the most reasonably priced for the length of stay that I needed, with the best reviews. The room was clean and the staff friendly, especially Sharon, she was great! The other employees kind of ignored everyone and just went about whatever they were doing. When I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was kind and polite but I had to go back the next day to have my points added to my rewards program. My room was supposed to be cleaned after 3 days, but it was 4. I had to ask for my trash to be removed. Breakfast offeriengs were very minimal. It was clean and I wasn't there all day so it was a nice place to stay for my needs. It was not convenient to the location I was visiting but neither were the other hotels.

Upon arrival, the hotel exhibited a pervasive unpleasant odor. Despite this, we checked in, only to discover our room had a strong mildew, smoke, and decaying animal smell. Furthermore, several electrical outlets were non-functional, a light switch was inoperable, and the refrigerator was not cooling. The pool was visibly unclean, the hot tub was out of service, and the bedspread was stained and soiled, necessitating sleeping without blankets. The front desk offered no resolution beyond a more expensive room upgrade. Consequently, my children and I endured these substandard conditions. THEY ALSO WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY

It was very last minute for us, but the room was not clean. We have to call housekeeper to vacuum the couch bed that was supposed to be a queen sized bed. When we took the couch cushion off, there was so much stuff underneath. Q tips, crumbs, etc. there were cigarette ashes on the air conditioner and several spots just not clean. This really was very last minute and the second night I felt a little more comfortable. Housekeeping did come up immediately when we contacted them and we appreciated that.

Checked us into the wrong room, moved the next day to the correct room only to find out there was no hot water, so moved to another room. The breakfast was awful, we ate out the next day. Hot tub not in working order. No rooms had a bathtub like i had booked for, they all were small walk in showers. All 3 rooms had stains on the sheets. Tried to add pics and it won't allow me to upload. Cheaper rate for a reason! The long blonde lady manager was nice and helpful. The Friday night shift man was no help and no care to correct their mistake and would not switch us to the correct room with 2 beds and bath instead of the 1 bed and shower that he gave us. And if you book any 3rd party, they will not refund or credit back just a word of advice. That should've been pur first clue when we walked in and signs are up that say that. Obviously they have a lot of unhappy people! Speaking of which there was 4 complaints and rooms wrong when we were there for the 2 nights.

Spent 2 hours going back and forth to front desk before we actually got in a room that worked for us.problems with literaly everything in the room.

Had to switch to 3 different rooms..door was open when got to room.shower dirty towels on floor..stains on everything walls..floors ..lamp shades..they do not replace or clean anything period..also its dangerous alongside bed were pieces of metal sticking out.luckily we didnt hit our legs could have caused a serious injury..to top it off there was mold in pocket door of bathroom .so we asked for another room..got to other room fridge didnt work and smelled horrible..tv didnt work front desk got it to work after 15 minutes.clock didnt work or phone.stained everything again.beer cans behind desk+trash .we were over it and at least was sleepable barely but we were beat so we went to sleep.woke up and no hot water didnt work at all.so we got moved early in morming just to basically take showers ..front desk was rudest lady ive ever talked to in my life she did not care. Got into 3rd room and it barely passed as a,working room but at least water worked.so i thought.after 10 minutes i was about done when water began to get so hot that when i went to shut off lever it felt like a stove it was so hot.if i left my hand on there 1 more second would have scars. I REPEAT DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Do not book at this hotel. It’s filthy. They gave me a room that was occupied by someone already and when we opened the door the floor was covered with clothes. It looked like the people lived there. Could not even see the floor. When I told management they didn’t even bat an eye said they have a lot of those here. Gave me another room and the hall smelled of weed and room had stains everywhere, drips down the wall, sheets soiled. The pool and hot tub not working. We didn’t stay obviously. They said they would happily speak with expedia to refund and when that time came they hung the phone up on expedia and then refused to answer. Expedia did return my money but the whole experience was awful. The person I dealt with at hotel was Sharon and she lied.

Before we made our reservation, I looked at the reviews and saw how they weren’t very good. But this location was convenient for us so we went ahead and booked. What a mistake. Trash in the parking lot when we arrived, no one at the front desk and rang the bell and waited a good 5 minutes. The person who arrived seemed put out. Got to the room and the AC was turned down to 60, so it was freezing. Found the toilet paper holder ripped from the wall. Realized that the AC was turned up so high because there was mold in the room on the bathroom door and along the floor of the bathroom. Too much moisture in the room. They of course didn’t have another room available, so we stuck it out. Next morning checking out, the manager was supposed to be manning the front desk but she was taking to some folks in the breakfast area. She saw me waiting, said I’ll be right there, and proceeded to talk for another 5 minutes before coming over to help me. Horrible! Will never go back. Do not book this place!

We checked in and went to our room, locks on the door do not work, no soap for handwashing, soiled linens on the bed, have to have the light switch turned on to turn on the room fridge, ceiling cracking, bathroom disgusting. Having a lake right outside the window was amazing. The hotel appears to be getting slowly remodeled, and it desperately needs it. With all of this being said though, this place has hands down, not even close, the best staff I've ever encountered. The 2 ladies that we encountered were friendly, professional, and EXCELLENT at what they do. Hopefully, when we come back to the area, this location has finished the much needed work AND kept these 2 ladies!!

The good, the bad, and there was no ugly!

The good: Front desk staff was extremely helpful! The man working when I checked in late at night went out of his way to get me a laundry cart to help carry my belongings in when another guest had the baggage cart. Breakfast amounts were plentiful and regularly restocked. The pool was clean and warm! The beds were comfy and the room was clean!

The bad: Breakfast attendant was loud and appeared to enjoy complaining. Breakfast had the same options both mornings we stayed. The hot tub had been drained and was not in working condition. There was a probable towel shortage...we had to ask for towels for the pool and when we asked for towels for our room, the staff asked if we had any upstairs that could be washed. We didn't, however, as hotel staff had taken our used towels hanging on the hooks but had not replaced them. One of our keys had to be reprogramed and the person working the front desk didn't confirm my name or any information before programming it to the room number I gave her. The TV wasn't working during our 2 night stay. We were told it was being repaired but didn't see that happen while we were there.

It’s not the worst place to stay, but there were quite a few problems. The water pressure in the sink was basically non existent. The pool was really run down and not kept up at all. The hotel smelled like weed everywhere. The breakfast was terrible there was hardly anything. There were ants in our room and on the bed. I think for $80 it could have been a little nicer.

Not a great stay. Hotel is dated. Thought we would get to use the hot tub, but it was empty. Some stuff that happened was not controllable by the hotel (like really loud, obnoxious kids in the pool area) however, if their parents hadn't been drinking in a place they should not have, that may not have happened. And our next door neighbor was smoking pot, in a non-smoking hotel. Not great, since we had a connecting door to them. Bed was comfortable, staff was okay, though the housekeeper had to knock on our door to figure out if we were a stayover because their computer system wasn't working. Not something you want on a Sunday at 9:15. Also front desk clerk said breakfast on Sunday went til 10. Not correct, considering it was gone when we got downstairs well before 10.

As I was checking out, I learned that I had been given the wrong room. Which would explain the broken door handle that I was assured would get fixed (it didn't). Also, while the room appeared to have been cleaned, there was a wad of hair clinging to the side of the shower (clearly missed). The AC/heater needs some maintenance and the windows need insulation. Bed was nice, shower was hot, and morning staff was friendly.

Room was in disrepair (bath fan didn't work, broken toilet paper roll holder, broken desk chair); yogurt at breakfast was over a month past expired; staff was brusque. Not a good value for the money.
