This place is falling apart, the bayhroom door had a hinge rotted off so it wouldn’t close, the door was being held together with screwz up both sides. The mirror was dirty, could see wires from vanity, wall papwr stained etc. And the pool was closed “due to a leak”. Gross, never again!

This was an “ok” place to lay your head. Friendly staff and comfortable bed. Pillows were disappointing though. We had to ask for our room to be vacuumed. Breakfast was not visually appealing so we did not eat there. The biscuits and gravy had a brown film on top from not being stirred/attended to. That was the only protein offered. Coffee was good. Over all, not horrible but ok for a cheap stay

We found 1 dead and 2 live roaches. I was brave enough to shower after this and the water was lukewarm at 7am. When we told the front desk about the roaches they said \"they sprayed last week, sorry about that\". They acted like it was no big deal. If it wouldn't have been so late at kight when we checked in with two small kids we would have left and found a different hotel. 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

The experience was terrible, because when I arrived at the Quality Inn I was told they didn't have any reservation listed for me in their database. To make things worse they had no vacancies left, and I had to go find another hotel to stay at. I want to full refund for the price of the room. I have already submitted a dispute with my US Bank VISA credit card service about this expense.

The room was clean. The bathroom definitely needs renovations. The mirror is in a wooden frame that is coming apart. The tub has a permanent gray scum looking area in the middle of it. Wall paper needs to be replaced. Parts of the actual walls in the room and bathroom need to be redone due to leaks.

We opened the refridgerator and a huge roach crawled out, we eventually killed it. A smaller one was seen in the bathroom. The advertised breafast was less than adequate. It appeared to be less thsn 5 guest so it seems that a decision was made to not prepare very much. A small amount of sausage gravy was seen drying out in the bottom of the pan both days of our stay. There was no orange juice in the machine but a member of thestaff brought out a bottle for guest to serve ourselves which was unsanitary.

After reading the reviews, I decided to give it a try and thought maybe I would get lucky. NOT! Roaches in the room and bathroom. I mentioned it to front desk and he was careless. They just don’t care. The coffee maker had a thick crust of dust like it hasn’t been cleaned or used in months or a year. I didn’t dare to eat there, but I did walk by the kitchen area and the only thing working was the waffle maker. Overall gross!

After a very slow check in, my room card worked once. When I went back to the front desk, they gave me a card. That one also did not work. Next the front desk attendant followed me to the room and manually unlocked the door because they also could not get the door card to work. Instead of moving me to room with a working door, they told me I needed to come to front desk and have someone let me into the room whenever I needed in. A huge waste of time for each of us. Once I was in the room it was dirty; stains on the bedspread, mysterious white powder between the side of the fridge and the cabinet wall, and all the lamps were unplugged for some strange reason.

On-line advertises an in-door pool, pool was closed upon arrival.
Reserved a room with walk-in shower, upon arrival room had a tub/shower combo. Asked about walk-in and was told none at this hotel!
Bed on a metal frame that squeaked every time you moved.
Alarm clock made noises all night.
Zero extra towels in bathroom, only 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel and 1 wash cloth per person.

Check-in was difficult because the desk clerk's computer system was not telling her which rooms were clean and unoccupied. She was very gracious about it and did not get too rattled, but this system failure really left her in a bad spot. She ended up very kindly walking each guest to his/her room to make sure it was clean and vacant. Where was her manager, whom she tried to contact by phone? The room I had was very nice. It was a handicapped room with a huge walk-n shower in the bathroom. The room seemed newly renovated. I especially appreciated the many electrical outlets and USB ports. The hotel's Indoor pool was closed. No explanation was provided. The breakfast was merely adequate, nothing special. Only regular coffee was available in the breakfast area, no decaf. When I inquired at the front desk, the morning clerk simply said, \"No, we don't have decaf.\" Who doesn't have decaf?? I made some decaf with the little pod and coffee maker in the room, but it was pretty bad!

I would never want anyone to stay at this property. The exits doors were left propped open at night. We checked in and immediately checked out after going to our room. The evidence of bedbugs was most definitely there. The pillows were stained brown. There was a young man passed out in the hallway with a beer next to him and pills spilt out around him. It was so unsafe. This place should not even be an option for people to book, it is that bad.

Do not book this hotel. The key card entry system was broken, the safety latch on our door was missing completely and looked like the door had been kicked in. There was blood on the wall, miscellaneous stains and hairs on the bedding, cigarette burns in the carpet of a room that was advertised as non-smoking, the bathroom grout and tile were filthy and the toilet seal was so yellowed and stained with urine that I can't believe they offered the room to us in that state. Pillow cases were yellowed, trash overflowing onto the ground in the outside cans. The pool was closed and we weren't notified prior to booking. Unable to get a refund for second night of stay even though we checked out immediately upon arrival.

THIS IS NONSENSE

Upon entrying room, there is a musty moldy smell. I sat on my bed and the whole bed came undone, 2 flat sheets had been used to make bed and they did not go over mattress cover, the toilet sticks out so far, the door to bathroom is stuck behind toilet and you have to maneuver to get in shower. I would say you get what you pay for, but in this instsnce NO.

Hotel management and cleaning staff clearly do not care about the condition of the property. We found half a lime in the refrigerator, stains on the bedding and mattress, a dead roach stuck in the bathroom fan, some random trash next to the bed, other dead bugs in the hall, door trim that was peeling away from the doors, carpets that have been snagged and were unravelling, etc, etc. This place is a dump-avoid it at all costs. We only stayed because it was the end of a long travel day and it was 2:00 AM. We didn't feel there were other options at that time. Breakfast was pancakes and nothing else. We did not complain at all to hotel management because the condition of the property made it clear that they didn't have a care in the world about the cleanliness of the hotel or the safety of their guests.

I would not recommend this hotel. When I checked in, there were stains on the chairs and the comforter, there was debris on the carpeting, and the room was hot. The outside doors were never locked, so anyone could get into the hotel at any time. A very rough and unclean looking guy appeared to be staying at the hotel, and he smoked right in front of the door. I didn’t feel entirely safe. I stayed for 3 nights, and my room was never cleaned, nor were towels and toilet paper refreshed. I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper and towels each day. The breakfast was limited and picked over. The hot tub was broken. It looked disgusting, and there was yellow tape around it.

They were doing construction at 7 in the morning on a Saturday right out front of my room. The microwave was dirty and the bathroom was sticky. Breakfast was out of everything at 7am and the front desk clerk couldn't speak English and didn't know what I meant when I was asking for syrup, he said they didn't have any, found some for myself.

This is a decrepit hotel with almost everything broken, disordered, unclean, and otherwise miserable. It's not the worst hotel I've ever been in, but that's damning with faint praise. I paid very little for this stay and it was still too much. We moved rooms because in the first room, the lamp, phone, and HVAC unit were broken. In the second room, the smell of smoke was strong enough to cause breathing problems, but otherwise it was acceptable. The complimentary bathroom supplies had been used. The tub was too dirty to use, so we did not take showers during our stay. I cut myself on a tile at the pool. In short, this was a bad hotel to stay in. That said, the attendees at the front were uniformly kind and professional.

The hotel itself was nice but we were placed in room 119 right next to the pool, which was open until 12am and we could hear a lot of noise from our room. We checked in around 11pm, exhausted and needing to wake up very early the next day. As soon as I noticed that we could hear noise from our room, I asked the front desk if we could switch to another room but they said none was available. So we were stuck hearing noise until 12:30am, at which point the people at the pool started arguing with the staff.

Both times we've stayed there recently, there have been issues - room locks don't work, unmade bed, a chair full of garbage, etc. Both times they insisted we reserved a handicap room, when we didn't, and wanted to charge us a higher rate to be in a regular room. We didn't say anything the first time, but same types of issues the next time.

Our room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable. This was a lst minute trip so the hotel was within distanced to where we were going. We check in for 2 nights.. Room key didn't work at all second day . Had to go down 3 times. Person at front desk came up and use it it worked. When he left we decided to use it again. Did not work. We had to get them up for the tv both days didn't work front desk once agin was great about getting it fixed. @nd day tons of kids using pool there was water all over the tiles. Had to tell front desk that someone could fall. This is a clean hotel would probably stay there agin if need to.
