I have several issues with the hotel. First, there was zero customer service. Nobody was ever at the front desk. Every time I walked by the staff was absent from the lobby and front desk. Second, the room was ugly and not been cleaned properly. I found a bottle cap on the floor and someone's makeup in the bathroom. Third, the room was ugly and clearly filled with a mismatch of cheap furniture. Both the dresser and desk had drawers that wouldn't stay closed. There were so many colors and styles of furniture, it was very unpleasing to the eye.

We will no longer choose this hotel. Making changes and our normal suite is no longer available and we were told that the pool will be removed in a month or so. There are better options with a pool for us to stay in the future when in town. So sad this place used to be better.

There were signs all over the hotel please excuse our mess we are remodeling. Which was fine but I didn’t expect that in my room. Looked like the bed was new so that’s a plus but there was dried paint on the bathroom and the room just looked old and dated. The worst part was I pulled out the desk chair to put on shoes and it was dirty. Hopefully once all the renovation is complete it will be a better hotel.

I booked this trip through Expedia after looking at the photos. When I arrived they were in the middle of renovations and there was building materials strewn throughout the hallways and in the carpet. In one long suite, the king bed flipped up when two people sat on it and it smelled like mamajuana. One of the closets were removed and the plumbing to the sink wasn’t working. They also had no soap, shampoo, or conditioner in the shower. In the queen room there were holes in the duvet cover. When I brought my displeasure to the front desk clerk she pointed out the signs that said the hotel was under renovation and that she was “just the front desk clerk”. We were one of only two families in the building and had we known it was going to smell like fresh paint and be littered with building materials we would have never stayed there. Continental breakfast eggs annd sausage were cold. Absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at any hotel…period.

I rented two rooms after my son’s birthday party so our guests from out of town would be comfortable. I checked in pretty late and after a long exhausting day, was greeted by a not so friendly or inviting front desk receptionist. As soon as I mentioned that I lived in the area her attitude turned sour. Anyways, I got into the first room the beds were poorly made, there were cheerios on the floor, and the bathroom was filthy. The second room had the sink stopper pulled out and the entire sink looked like it had mold. I didn’t even want to use the restroom. Like I said it was very late night and we were all exhausted so we went to sleep, I told the front desk about the complaints and she literally just only offered me my deposit back….. very disappointed.

Room felt dirty. Bathroom was really old with peeling paint on the walls. Room had been repainted and there were paint splatters on fixtures, even ones that weren’t attached to a surface. Disappointed in this one. Mattresses were thin and uncomfortable. We have stayed with this chain before and been satisfied, but this one needs a refresh.

The staff was great. Very accommodating. The facilities left a lot to desire. There was paint missing on doors trim and walls. They replaced the fridge in the room recently and it is too big for the cabinet it was installed in. The drawers in of the dresser would not stay shut. Lastly, the plug abive the kitchenette sink was not installed properly and was not usable.

Room was very dusty everywhere. Floors need to be vacuumed and mopped. Sheets were fresh but the comforters definitely were not. Bathroom exhaust fan sounded like a hamster got stuck in the fan. Hallway smelled like someone cooked spoiled curry. There was hair left in the shower so I had to rinse that down before using it. I’ll definitely choose a different place next time I’m in town.

Upon checking into our room, the first thing we do at any hotel is check for bed bugs. While we didn't find any bugs, we did however find a METH PIPE WITH A BAG OF METH!!! Right under the mattress! Meaninf the room could NOT have been properly cleaned after the last stay. They did offer to switch us room but the next room was very broken and the walls and furniture had stains everywhere. We didnt not ask for yet another room because this was the only hot tub room left. The front desk person did not seek shocked in the least at our discovery. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.

The staff was the best part of the stay. The inside of the hotel needs updated. There was a cockroach in my bathroom which made me worried there were more. I woke up to another cockroach in the bathroom and left hours before checkout time. The breakfast buffet was “ok”. I admit I was not about to eat anything. I got coffee and left.

The room we were in was amazing. Junior king suite. We’ve never stayed in a hotel room with a full sized refrigerator and a 2 burner stove. The separate living and sleeping space made us feel like we were at home. The staff was very accommodating to our needs. I truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this business to my friends and family. We didn’t have any issues, problems, or negative experiences.

Could’ve been better!

I really like staying at this chain of hotels. They’re always clean and feel safe and inviting. This hotel was not any of this. We had a 1 bedroom suite that I’m pretty sure was not properly cleaned before our stay. The dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. The microwave had greasy fingerprints all over it. The mirrors looked like they had been dried off with a towel right after someone had showered. It just wasn’t at the level of other hotels in this chain. Disappointed.

My stay was not that great. The first room I was given one of the beds appeared not to be made up and the bathtub was not cleaned. The second room they provided was a bit better however there was a lot of noise outside the door with kids running, yelling, and slamming doors. We were supposed to stay two night but left after one. The bed was so uncomfortable neither of us slept. There was mold in the bathroom and dirt and rust around the stool which had a leak so I had to wipe water up off of the floor. The elevator was scary & dirty. We went down to breakfast in the last hour of serving. The breakfast room was a mess and food was unappetizing. The counters had food all over them. Many items weren’t available. The coffee was hot & ok…that’s about all I can say. Even though this is a reasonably priced hotel, it was pretty awful.

The elevator sounded like it was going to break at any second, the toilet did not work, there were stains on the bedsheets and we found pants under our mattress, the tv would flash on and off it didnt work, there was mold in the bathroom, the fridge wouldnt close, the bathroom wouldnt lock and the door wouldnt stay shut. I wouldnt reccomend this hotel to my worst enemy, and its DEFINITELY not worth the money

The first room we were in was filthy. The floor was sticky, there were dirty hand prints on the bathroom walls, it smelled like old socks, I was truly disappointed. The accommodated us and moved us to another room. There was dirt on the sheets, a smushed bug on the bathroom sink, sticky bathroom floor, and dirty bathroom walls. My husband got stuck on the elevator and an elderly woman got stuck after him. It was a horrible experience overall, so so disappointed.

I stay at Country Inn quite often because the staff, location and cleanliness. What bothers me, checkout is at noon but the room keys no longer works at 9am. This is the only hotel I've stayed where the keys no longer works before checkout. This needs to be addressed because check-in is 3pm and checkout is noon.

The lobby was very nice ,front staff check in person was friendly, but I was actually not very impressed with the room. There were some stains in the bedding, which I guess is to be expected. Pillows were actually too soft and I just sink in them. This has been the case in other hotels as well. The air conditioner was leaking some in on the floor. Over all it was average stay. The staff were very nice. The room was not as expected. One of the bulbs in the lamp was blown. The refrigerator had left over condiments and was not cooling enough. My son found about .12 cents in change under the sheets when he pulled them back to get in the bed. This to me spells housekeeping not putting clean linen on some of the beds. I found the towels dingy and one had a small red spot on it that looked like a blood stain. I just threw it on the floor. I should have brought my towels from home to use. The breakfast did not look good, so I didn't eat. The link sausage was undercooked, hashbrowns were overcooked. Breakfast definitely needs improvement. Also, the commode needed some cleaning using a brush.

The linens had dirt and hair on them (not ours), the microwave was very outdated and rickety in functioning, and everything was clean-ish, but nothing gave me a sense of overall cleanliness. I read some reviews before booking and decided to chance it. But I have to say, this hotel stay was the poorest quality hotel I have ever experienced. The bathroom tiles shifted underfoot, grout crumbling. MANY mars on the wall, broken furniture. The bed were clean and the sheets smelled good. The temperature was good. The place was quiet. However, this facility is supposed to be non-smoking. Every time we visited the bathroom, even at 3am, we smelled smoke, fresh smoke, from a cigarette. I won't be coming back here.

No hair dryer, no iron. I called the front desk.
None were available. They would leave a message for the manager. The dresser drawer was missing a handle, burned out light in bathroom, NO hot water for showering. I let it run for 15 minutes. Barely warmed up. Mold in upper portion of shower.

Only a dask chair and 2 beds. No other chair to sit on for 2 people in a room.

Room only has a light at the door and 1 between the 2 beds.
Air conditioning worked but extremely loud as it ran all night long.
Drapes would not close completely to block out sun.

I felt like the room was bare minimum.

Property is run down. Carpet had stains in serval parts of the room. Poor lighting in the room. Bathroom walls were dirty. Shower fixtures were rusty. Several of the towels were no longer white anymore.

Overall the rooms need to be renovated.

Good: the location was convenient. The staff was friendly and for the most part, the facility was clean. Breakfast was okay. For the price of the room, this is about all we expected and it's about all we got.

Bad: The beds were very uncomfortable. The property itself is in a condition that makes me believe a teardown is in the near future and management is intent on milking what they can out of the current building without any major repais before that day comes. The elevator is tiny and noisy. We chose this property specifically for the pool, which is literally the smallest hotel pool I've ever seen. I've been in larger hot tubs. It did the job for my 6 and 4 year old, but was certainly underwhelming. With four adults and probably 8 kids in the pool, it was very crowded.

The room itself was a bit beat up but adequate. The check in was really a disappointment. There was no-one at the desk for five minutes and when the young lady showed up she was clearly not very interested in her job. I finally understood her approach to life when I read her shirt. It read \"Forever Bored\". That summed up the whole experience. I will probably avoid Country Inns in the future.

Second most expensive hotel we stayed at in our 3 week journey and second worst. Where to start! Our check in person was beyond annoyed that she had to work. Nothing friendly about her. Our room was dirty. Greasy handprints on the walls, garbage in corners, bathroom floor was a mess, bedsheets were dirty, there was something sticky on the office chair, furniture was broken, breakfast was gone by the time we got there at 8:00. Steps had dried mud on them. We rented a room for $50 and it was the best stay compared to this overpriced hotel.

The person who checked us in was not polite at all. She basically made us feel like we interrupted her television show (which I could hear in the background). She programmed our keys and just handed them to us. She didn't tell us where the elevator was (we found it around a corner), she didn't tell us anything about breakfast (if there was one and what time it was available). She just made us feel like we totally inconvenienced her. I don't think we will ever stay at a Country Inn and Suites again.
