My first time to Moldova was not such a great experience! From day one, the room was loud overnight and breakfast was too simple for a boutique four star hotel. The bathroom was dirty, uncleaned female long hairs were present! I thought I entered a two star hotel. I could literally hear a women and a man fighting (shouting out loud at each other!) Then I raised a complaint to change room and I was told that the room at a higher floor wasn't available until two days later! Two days later I moved up and room was spacious. BUT, after a shower in the evening, the water after a shower was leaking out onto the flooring and it became too slippery for me to get out (as a disabled). In the end I had to use all the towels to soak the poor quality flooring and had to dry myself with the heating on! I then went downstairs and asked for a full refund to the male receptionist and he said he understands me but cannot call his manager! Ive asked Expedia for a full refund for the poor services I received from this hotel and I didn't get it. So I shall upload all my evidence of poor services to get my full refund back. 2nd morning breakfast was really too simple. no vegetables but cheese and ham with two croissants available to eat. The cappuccino machine had broken even after refilling the milk section. the staff had made 4 cappuccinos instead it turned out to be pure espresso! The location wasn't that bad, quite close to Valea Marilor Park and 30 mins walk from city centre.

A clean, modern hotel in central Chisinau. Nothing too fancy but my stay was fine. Very small basic gym, simple but decent breakfast. The staff were helpful, the bed was big and comfy, the water was hot. The internet went out and I was provided a portable wifi modem.

The hotel is overall lovely and in a great location. The shower is one of the best - great hot water and pressure. There was a little confusion about breakfast, but the hotel resolved it easily. I would definitely stay there again!

I appreciated the guest laundry however the dryer took over 4 hours to dry my clothes.

For those experiencing Moldova ,and the city of Chisinau in particular,this is the ideal hotel to explore the Centre of the Capital and its surrounding areas and to recharge the batteries overnight.
Both my wife and I stayed for 5 nights and it is one of the best hotel experiences we have ever experienced. The service from the staff was first class, the accommodation clean and fresh with every amenity, and the food selection in the morning was excellent. But what makes this hotel stand out are the little extras that are thrown in: the free use of hire bikes, availability of laptop and printer in the lounge, the complimentary snack bags for your journey home to name a few.
This is not a huge hotel, in an area that is a little run down,only 15-20mins walk from the Main Street that runs through the capital, but it provided the perfect oasis after our numerous excursions around the city and its neighbouring towns.

Modern hotel, fairly new
Wonderful hotel that is fairly new. Staff is friendly and I enjoyed my stay. A taxi ride to the city center is cheap for a Westerner. The front desk will arrange a private driver. Use their private driver because the regular and cheaper service will try to rip off foreigners and It'll just be a headache you don't need to deal with. Always get the taxi price in advance, especially if you're going to the airport.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is good. You'll find a lot of little amenities in the room that'll add a nice touch to your stay.

I cannot say enough great thins about the staff. They were incredibilly knowledgeable and willing to assist you with any travel/language issue you may have. The breakfact was amazing with fresh fruits and vegetables, and meats. It was very clean, and walking distance to several shops and a mall. I would stay there again.

This is hands-down one of the nicest boutique hotels we have stayed at (and we spend about 170 nights a year in nice hotels - for business and leisure). The staff was absolutely delightful in helping us with excursion suggestions, taxi and tour bookings etc. arranging for early snacks when we left before the breakfast time.
The hotel itself is new, super clean- well appointed - bed are SO comfortable - cleaning and amenities are impeccable. Every little detail has been thought of. Breakfast has everything you can want, healthy well-rounded (no omelet station, though,but there are boiled or scrambled eggs.
Value for money. The location may seem a bit out of the way, but taxis come right away and are inexpensive, plus one can walk to most sites

Die Mitarbeiterin beim Frühstück ist sehr nett und freundlich, eine Mitarbeiterin an der Rezeption war leider nicht besonders freundlich und kommt sehr unmotiviert rüber und kann kaum Englisch - sie ist die ganze Zeit am Handy gewesen und konnte uns kaum weiterhelfen. Wobei die anderen Rezeptionisten sehr positiv aufgefallen ist und auch gutes Englisch gesprochen hat.

Very comfortable hotel with the good atmosphere, very friendly and helpful staff. The hotel has many amenities like coffee express in the room, earplugs, bottle of water every day, coffee available 24/7 near the lobby, washing machine available and what was the best for me small but well equipped gym with sauna. Hotels has great location because there're around shops, restaurants and supermarket number 1, bus stop 5 minutes of walk from the hotel and main street of Chisinau, Stefan cel Mare, within walking distance. Although hotel is situated at the corner of busy streets in rush hours I couldn't complain of noises. It was quiet in the room. I can write more and more but the most valuable are people who work there. Very friendly and helpful, English speaking and ready to help even in the emergency situation. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and wonderful friendly services. Room is of good size and very clean. Different pillows to sleep on. Internet speed is good and stable. Breakfast is not too extensive but good enough. One small negative is that the walls between the rooms are relatively thin and from time to time you hear your neighbors. Will certainly go again next time in Chisinau.
