Centrally located next to Chisinau's famous Nativity Cathedral, the hotel is surrounded by shops, museums and sights. The Alley of Classics and Opera and Ballet Theater are only a 5-minutes walk away.

Chisinau's main train station is 6 km from the hotel and Chisinau Airport is a 15-minute drive away. The elegant city hotel has 143 air-conditioned rooms and suites.

While the hotel staff were very nice, the security team was rude and aggressive. When the hotel hosts politicians and delegations which seems to happen frequently, regular guests are treated like an inconvenience. I was repeatedly required to show my room key and ID just to enter. While I understand that security measures may sometimes be necessary, the way it was handled felt excessive and disrespectful. If you happen to be staying during one of these events, expect to feel like second-class accommodation rather than a welcomed guest.

I've checked in on Saturday and my suite did not have hot water, neither the room next to me that I paid for also. The next morning I've let the front desk know about the situation and when I came back that afternoon I was informed that nothing was done because the maintenance did not have access to my suite. They tried to do something that night, but still no hot water. They finally moved me to another room on Tuesday. I love to stay at Radisson, but this is unacceptable!

We stayed at Radisson Leogrand for 4 nights while exploring Chisinau and some of the surrounding areas. The staff at the hotel were very thoughtful and accommodating to every need. Prior to arrival the concierge service was able to arrange a pick up at the airport. Upon arrival we met Anna and Nicoleta at the reception who were quick to arrange our room and answer the many questions we had about the hotel and the area. Shortly after settling in our very spacious and comfortable room, Anna called to ensure we were happy with everything in the room. Anna and Nicoleta even checked in daily as we passed through the lobby. The onsite restaurant called New York also had great food and drinks and staff were very friendly and attentive especially Sudman who worked the bar. Zaxi is a restaurant and lounge on the roof top which is high end. My only criticism there is that there is a lot of cigarette smoke. The quality of food in restaurants and room service was healthy and delicious. The location is perfect for walking to all of the sights around the city. There are also several dining options and even a supermarket near by. Overall a nice high end hotel with friendly and attentive staff. When in Chisinau, I'd highly consider this hotel.

At the check in for 1.5 hours at 01.30am because the hotel did not have my reservation in the system despite booking over 6 hours earlier. Couldn’t find me under name confirmation number….. nothing!
Chatting for ages with an agent over the app also got no where as hotel couldn’t call the hot line number and the agent couldn’t reach the hotel. I am now waiting for this to be resolved by the special team.
Very unpleasant experience after a long day.

Great hotel but with problems

Nice hotel with premium rooms, wh8xh are spacious and quite. Nice breakfast but bircher muesli and you have to ask for freshy squeezed orange juice. The only let the hotel is the New York restaurant. Really poor service with young people standing around chatting when waiting on customers. The food was also poor, the chef needs to learn how to serve fajitas. Served with one wrap cut in half, absolutely useless to make a fajitas. When asked for another wrap got served one more wrap this time cut in quarters!!
Bread rolls served with butter, when asked got bought frozen butter.
Further kitchen and server training would help as this places let the rest of the hotel down

Water smelled awful in the shower and bathtub, it was yellow color. Our bathroom had ants everywhere and when I call reception to come get them, they said there is nothing they can do. Black mold was in the shower. Very disappointing

As a senior citizen with reduced mobility, I greatly appreciated all help received by staff and managers (e.g., Stefan) during my stay. Most hotels do the minimum they can get away with, but I was touched by how much everyone there went out of their ways to help. I left a tip at the front desk to be divided among staff, so hope everyone got part of my THANK YOU.

It was great, a great hotel lots of amenities in the center. You dont need to go out from the hotel
The only thing was the daily cleaning, the room is very clean but the daily routine was a bit off. Not puting new towels or cleaning the cup of coffee.

Perfect City Hotel for a couple

Very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Rooms are modern but quite small for a longer stay, especially with kids. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the restaurant in the hotel. Gym ist well equipped. Spa is small but nice and costs 12 euros extra.

The property didn’t live up to its 4 stars. The breakfast buffet was great! Otherwise, disappointed with our choice. We’d had high hopes for the spa area but the hot tub, steamroom and sauna didn’t heat up properly and half the tub jets didn’t work. Too much noise in room from weddings, parties and concerts outside even with windows and curtains closed.

We were fleeing Ukraine and we booked this hotel as it was the closest to the border we were going to cross. Unfortunately we were delayed by a day due to a border post closing and delays at other border crossings. We tried to change reservation but didn’t have WiFi available. We emailed the hotel instead. On arrival we requested that the 2 day booking we had (of which we lost one day) be used for the following two days. The hotel refused! Even after explaining the situation and communications we made, they still refused to go our the previous night we lost die to the war circumstances. So Radisson, don’t say you support the people fleeing, because you didn’t and were more interested in making money off the situation. I didn’t even get a VIP booking reward I was entitled to. We’re sad. We moved to another hotel for another night as we needed to rest more after a 49hrs drive.

It should be a 5 star hotel, but very bad and nonhonest staff, i had several incidents, ill write one, i ordered a taxi through the hotel, was waiting 40 minutes, my taxi arrived, but the hoyel decided to give give to another costumer who where more people so they will earn more money

Amazing service with attention to detail. Would love to have another chance to be there as the Casino was very luxurious, Parkin was absolutely convenient, breakfast was amazing at New York Cafe, zaxi love music and roof tops was the icing on this cake in this stay.

Only one bottle of water for a couple in the room. The minibar was out of service, that's why I've called the reception and asked to send us some more bottles of water. They said that thay don't have extra water so I should call a food delivery and try to get some water.

It was worth staying in the most beautiful Radisson hotel . I’ve stayed in lots of Radisson but they were zero compared to this property which has an excellent management. Staying five nights in this hotel made me say this. The breakfast buffet was really rich with all what you can have on a breakfast. The staff were really nice. I enjoyed having my dinner in New York .

Close to all the local sites and a good base.
I used the spa facilities which were smart, ate in the New York restaurant a couple of times and went in the rooftop bar. Yohh uh could have a decent weekend and not even leave the place !

Hotel was amazing and in great location, food on the roof terrace delicious, great cocktails with amazing staff there, unfortunately can't say the same about manager Vadim, as we were leaving after our 10 day's stay, his only words was \"eventually you are leaving\" I've been working with customers for 15 year's and i know the business, but that was unacceptable...specially that all we wanted nice place without issues, but unfortunately picked wrong hotel.

Firstly, the central location, fabulous! Secondly, but most importantly, the amazing staff.
