The beds were very comfortable. The space was very large and accommodated 5 easy. Very clean and breakfast was great (although I’m certain I prepaid and they said I did not). My only issue was they didn’t seem too happy we were staying there. Maybe they don’t like Americans. Idk but we were quiet and polite, yet I felt like we were criminals.

The airconditioning system can only be set at 25degrees. The water washing / dryer can only used when we were out due to the noise from the machine that radiated within the whole room. So we cannot wah and dry during the night. ViP access comes with free parking.

The rooftop Vienna suite was bright, clean and spacious with a gorgeous terrace overlooking the city.
Breakfast was amazing. The restaurant was closed the rest of the time.
The living room furniture was stylish, but uncomfortable. The bed was amazing.
We would gladly stay here again.

Easy access to the city

The room was clean and comfortable, The kitchen was fairly well equipped for self catering and there was transport close for easy access to the city
The only problem was the aircon didn't work when we first arrived, it was very warm in the room. The reception staff gave us a fan which was great but it was very noisy and couldn't keep it on at night so it was uncomfortable to sleep. We asked a few times but were told there was no one available to fix it . On the 3rd day my partner googled and worked out what was wrong and fixed it
Unfortunately the hotel failed to send someone to even look at it.
The curtains in the room were very sheer so the room was very light at 5am. Block out curtains would have made for a better sleep

Our room was very noisy as it was facing a main road. We had to close all windows and turned on the air-con. The room was very spacious and clean but the bar-chairs were not comfortable at all.

Confortable clean kitchen all I need for it
Please note that there is no housekeeping this is not a hotel is more an apartment but they make sure you get all the things you need
Be aware if you get there later than 7:00 pm make sure you contact the hotel so they can leave the key in a mail box
I would stay here again for sure

Everything was great and the staff Mark has been extremely helpful. According to Mark, the residence has been in business for only 1 and a half year. If I have told about this information, I would definitely stay longer. So they should provide this important information on Hotel.com

As a regular visitor to Prague, my first booking in apartment and not a hotel, excellent public transport location not a problem, the room was very spacious, bathroom excellent, cooking facilities made it simple to prepare meals,
on warmer days balcony was a bonus, did not use onsite restaurant, beset on price paid excellent place to stay and highly recommend

Very accommodating!

The staff were friendly and very accommodating. The restaurant on premises was very good, as well. The staff did a good job at speaking English and being accommodating to our language. The rooms were very nice and would be fantastic for a long stay or a family, with the kitchenette etc.

Amazing Stay!

Our stay at Residence Trafick was great! The front desk staff spoke English extremely well and were very friendly and helpful. The free parking was under the building, completely covered, and had video surveillance. The building itself, including the rooms, are brand new and very clean/modern. The rooms are equipped with everything needed for a short or longer stay. Ours even included a scale in the bathroom, a sandwich maker, immersion blender, etc. The air conditioning is also a perk. We reserved a patio room and our patio was impeccably clean and quiet. The free breakfast in the morning is cooked when you order it (eggs, ham, sausages, and cooked veggies). There are also other cold breakfast items. Great value and the bus stop is just across the street. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Beautiful apartment, immaculate, new and nicely decorated. Really spacious and well equipped. Has everything you may need! Amazing staff, who really work hard to ensure you are happy. Breakfast was amazing, and so much food! Wi-Fi is good and reliable. The property is a little bit further out from the city but Uber is cheap (about £5 a trip!). Really cannot recommend highly enough! Would love to come back :) Thanks again to all of the team.

Wir waren mit unserem Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Das ganze System ist sehr automatisiert und alle Vorgänge sind online. Die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir an der Rezeption anriefen, um Fragen zu stellen, wurden wir auf Englisch empfangen und alle Fragen wurden beantwortet. Gut gefallen hat uns, dass man selbst einchecken kann, wenn man eine Kaution hinterlegt hat, so dass man einchecken kann, wann es einem passt. Das Hotel hat auch einen Aufzug. Das Zimmer hatte alles, was wir brauchten, Waschmaschine, Haartrockner, Mikrowelle usw. Das Hotel verfügt auch über einen Parkplatz. Das Parken ist sehr gut organisiert, alles ist automatisiert und es gibt Platz sowohl in der Tiefgarage als auch neben dem Hotel, wenn es unten keine Plätze gibt.

Den lilla lägenheten vi hyrde hos Residence Trafick var väldigt fin och modern med all utrustning som kan tänkas behövas med full utrustat kök och med en stor balkong i tyst läge. Badrummet var stort och modernt och köket var modernt, fullt utrustat och praktiskt. Bussar går ofta precis utanför byggnaden, så det är lätt att ta sig in till de centrala delarna.

プラハ空港から車で40分ほどです。観光の中心地旧市街地までは、徒歩5分のトラム乗り場から20分、車で10分ほどかかります。しかし、部屋はとても綺麗で広いですし、朝ごはんも美味しくオーナーらしき紳士はとても親切で、早朝発つと知ったら前日の夜、サンドイッチ、パン、ジュース、ヨーグルトを届けて下さいました。
ここは、ホテルではありません！と書いてあり、タオルは3日ごと交換、お掃除は6日ごとらしいです。
大きなスーパーも近くにあり、色々な料理道具も備わっています。
洗濯乾燥機もあります。
コスパはとても良いと思いました。

Gut (eingerichtet), praktisch (Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür) und bezahlbar :-)
Zudem waren alle sehr freundlich und man sieht die Liebe zum Detail (farblich passende Kissen im ganzen Haus, es gibt zum Föhn auch noch einen Lockenstab).

It was a clean and comfortable hotel. Big and airy rooms. We were there for 3 nights and we were sorry to leave. Liked the beds and the bathrooms were clean and functional. I liked the washing machine and the air conditioner. Near public transport and within walking distance to supermarket.

Goeie communicatie met het verblijf en vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was netjes. We misten enkel een werkende airco. Nu was dat niet zo heel belangrijk want het was winter, dus niet erg warm. Ook verbleven wij 4 nachten en zijn onze handdoeken helaas geen enkele keer verschoond. Verder was het vervoer van en naar de stad erg goed te doen.

Moderní apartmany s luxusní snídani

Velmi hezke a moderni apartmany, vse ciste a na pohled prijemne. Parkovani v garazi ( jako Hotels.com gold member jsme meli zadarmo). Prijemnym prekvapenim byla snidane - je naprosto luxusni a predcila svym vyberem snad vsechny hotely, kde jsme kdy byla. Doporucuji!

Wirklich gut ausgestattetes (Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle, Herd, Sandwichmaker, Bügeleisen, Waschmaschine und noch mehr) und großzügiges Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbüffet war umfangreich. Sehr freundliches Personal. Obwohl etwas weiter vom Zentrum entfernt, war die Bus- und Bahnanbindung gut und man kommt schnell zu allen beliebten Sehenswürdigkeiten. Echt empfehlenswert.

Dejlig nyt lejlighedskompleks med en udsøgt morgenmad samt service fra køkkenet. Vi valgte en anden bydel end vi plejer da vi benytter metro/sporvogn samt bus til at transportere os rundt. Samtidig ser vi bydelene fra en anden side. Fra lejligheden er der 5 min gang til transport til Wenzel Pladsen samt midtbyen.Vi bor ikke i centrum mere men udenfor da transporten til centrum er billig og hurtig. Vi kommer igen til dette kompleks der kun er ca. 14 mdr.

Апарт-ты класс, главное, чтобы повезли с соседя

Хорошо оснащенные апартаменты. Стойка регистрации не круглосуточная, а работает с 7 до 19 часов. При позднем заезде с вами связываются заранее и оставляют ключ-карту в сейфе. Парковка подземная 4€ в сутки, но это очень удобно.
Нам не повезло с соседями, их Было катастрофически слышно. Причем только с одной стороны. Со второй стороны были явно адекватнее люди, поэтому тут уж как повезёт.
Спасибо за помощь Франку, молодой человек на ресепшн всегда был готов решить любой вопрос.

Nearly perfect

Despite its somewhat off-center location, you can get to all Prague's landmarks easily and quickly by public transport. All the staff — and the restaurant chef especially — were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Just two rather insignificant issues: I could not find UCL semi-finals on any of the TV channels and the batteries in all bedside lamps were dead.
