This property was a wonderful home away from home experience with the sand & waves crashing feet away from your patio. The apartment was fully appointed with everything needed. It was spotless, bright,inviting. no bugs inside or out. The bed was the BEST I've ever slept in & my husband now wants to purchase it. Oh and have I mentioned the bath products yet? Superior! Lots of water toys available & gated property. clothes washer also. Owner made sure your stay was going smoothly thruout & property well groomed& very quite. Needless to say we hated to leave and already planning another trip from US. Thank you all, we miss you already.

We stayed at Le Nautique for two nights upon our arrival to Seychelles. The manager was very kind and accommodating, allowing us an early check-in since our flight arrived in the morning, which we appreciated.

The development itself is small, nice, and cozy — a comfortable place to stay. However, if direct access to a sandy beach is important to you, please do thorough research before booking. Despite the pictures showing a sandy beachfront, the property does not actually have one. Instead, the shoreline is rocky with strong currents, making it unsafe for swimming, especially with toddlers.

The owners mention that a sandy beach appears during low tide, but from our experience, this seems to be a very limited and seasonal occurrence. So if you’re traveling with young children or want easy beach access, this may not be the ideal choice.

Bathroom has no ventilation or window and entrance is from the bedroom. Area around property is small and it is not really beach front just a small dock access to the water. It is newly built apartment so it is clean. Furnishing and items are from ikea. King bed looks good but it is not comfortable. It is fenced off property with the gate right onto main road. If you have a car and plan just to sleep over location is fine, but we would not stay there again.

Our stay at Le Nautique was wonderful. The team there is very helpful and gentle. Always willing to help and assist when needed. The property is a great very small community with a stunning view on the Indian’Ocean. Every day I enjoyed the sunrise watching the sea ! The flat itself was great, cozy and well furnished. It is really well thought ! Location wise, Anse Royale is quite central and you could easily go on the other side of the Island or up North close to the capital. You have beaches around that are just unbelievable

There is a reason this property is always sold out! The units are modern and comfortable and the staff really go out of their way to maximize enjoyment for guests. Restaurant recommendations were spot on and car rental is easy to organize on site. It’s about a 7 minute walk to town for restaurants and grocery stores.

We had a wonderful stay of 8 days at this property. The property is clean. The apartment is in very good conditions, well equipped and had everything we needed.The staff is courteous and just outstanding in many aspects. We booked a year before our stay and Annalise made sure we had all our questions timely and correctly answered. She helped book taxi for pickup and drop off, car rental and so on. Everyone, including the guests, during our stay was just amazing. We will get back to Seychelles and stay at the same property.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Very clean rooms with new amenities. Our check in was very smooth and the property manager Annalise was so helpful. We were given a map, she also organised us a car for our entire stay, which cost us less than what we had found online. The bed was very comfortable, lots of pillows. The walk in shower was lovely, and had good water pressure. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We would come back for sure, thank you!

The property was just as pictured. Very clean and the staff was great. Upon check-in, Annalise took time to give us recommendations of what beaches to visit and other things to do in the island. Very helpful. I would definitely recommend having a car. The grocery store is about a 7-10 min walk but literally only a 1 min drive. We basically drove around the island in one day, beach-hopping, and had a blast.

We had an amazing stay at Le Nautique, the appartement is super clean with all the facilities needed. The location is just perfect as it is steps away from the best beaches in Mahé. Supermarket, pharmacy, market are just few minutes drive which is very convenient.
We really felt home and we will definitely choose Le Nautique next time in Seychelles.

The apartment was very clean and well designed. The bathroom and bedding were super, as was the kitchen. Onsite parking was close by and easy to move luggage. The property manager helped organized a rent car for us, which worked out very well. The only downside is that that there wasn't any usable beach onsite, but there were good beaches close by, so we didn't see this as a downside. Property management is superior and we really appreciated her help!

A Slice of Paradise

From the minute we planned our stay months ago the communication was amazing! We had many questions being visitors from very far away, every one of them were answered immediately and Annalise set us up with a pickup at the airport upon arrival that was awesome!
The apartments aren’t too far from the airport and we were so pleased as soon as we pulled into the drive inside the security gates.
It was all we hoped for and more. We had a warm welcome from Michelle who went over a few items, provided us with some water bottles and extra cream for our morning coffee. She then took us to our beautiful apartment, #5 which we loved!
A great layout, nice tiled floors, great couch with mounted tv, perfect kitchen area, comfortable bed and good size bathroom. We felt SO at home!
The sliding door opens to a little covered patio with comfortable chairs (cushions are provided) for relaxing and a small table and chairs.
They have plenty of picnic tables, bbq’s, chais and lounges to keep everyone happy. The sparkling turquoise water is practically on your doorstep and SO beautiful. Also kayaks, paddle boards and more to use.
Easy walk to the village for little markets and restaurants-lots of good info provided by Michelle. She also set us up with a day tour of the island which was awesome! She can set up tours and activities, she set a catamaran day - unfortunately we had to cancel because of a windy stormy day.

Lovely sea view apartments. All very new and modern. Very good outdoor shared area with sun loungers and canoes, paddle boards etc for free use. Only slight disappointment was that weather conditions meant that beach area immediately in front of the apartments was not accessible, though beach was only a 3 minute walk away.

After two weeks in the Seychelles and staying in multiple guest houses, La Nautique was by far the best we experienced. Although this was perhaps the smallest room we stayed in it did provide the cleanest, airiest and best decorated accommodation of our holiday. The service from our host was also top standard and provided us with many local tips and history of the island. Highly recommended.

Nice steps into the sea for a swim to the floating swim pontoon. We watched sunrise from our room and the full moon rising over the sea. Beautiful views across the bay to Church, lush hills and small island. Bay protected by a reef so good for swiming and paddle boarding (free to use) Outside gas BQ for cooking fish in evening. Wonderful Family Holiday

We stayed for 4 nights at this beautiful location. On arrival we were greeted warmly by the host, Michelle, who efficiently checked us in and explained all the necessary details regarding the island. Our flight had arrived late and we requested a few days in advance for basic food items in preparation for breakfast, this was very kindly brought for us, which was extremely appreciated. The apartment itself was equipped with everything required for cooking dinner, with even a barbecue! The interior is immaculate with a beautiful walk-in shower. However, it should be noted there can be short power cuts of a couple of hrs during the afternoon (this happened twice, which we were told is unusual). There is no swimming pool, however this is a stunning waterfront property (limited beach even when the water recedes) with access to Kayaks for free. Again, our host was helpful in organising car hire and brilliant suggestions for our stay. We even discovered a great beach we would have otherwise overlooked. The property is child friendly too and there are lots of shops/restaurants/banks minutes away from the apartment, very handy on such a idyllic island. I have recommended this property to friends and family already and we would definitely stay here again in the future. Excellent service, clean and modern accommodation and wonderful surroundings... we couldn’t have asked for more!

I had an additional day in Mahe and wanted to experience more of the island after my work assignment ended. Anneliese was very efficient in terms of communication and being helpful when I arrived. The property has access to the water and I took fool advantage of kayaking. The town is a few minutes walk for foodstuffs, restaurants, and ATMs. Le Jardin du Roi is also in the area, offering a great view.

Perfect holiday home

This place is exactly like the pictures, the access to the sea is one of a kind with the stairs leading directly into the beautiful sea - no need for a pool! This area is well sheltered by a reef so great to swim. There is a little island 20 min kayaking and we definitely recommend snorkelling around. Kayaks, long boards and snorkelling gear ready to use + laundry & barbecue area. The flats are brand new and well decorated, and that just enhances the holidays experience. We stayed at others places in Mahé and Praslin and our only regret is that we didn't just stay there from the beginning. Annelise is a great host, always here to help. It is close to everything although would recommend renting a car as the island is worth to get lost and discover. Also there is a great breakfast place close-by called Kafé Kreole on the beach.. We highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Mahé.

Anbefales på det varmeste. Overnattet der ved ankomst til Seychellene for 1 natt og før vi reiste fra Seychellene 2 netter. Ligger så fint til og både eier og de som jobber der er så hyggelig. Kort vei til mange fine steder.
Stranden Anse Royal er bare noen få minutt unna. Rent og pent og gjør alt for at man skal trives.

Toppklass och nära till allt

Le Nautique är ett fantastiskt ställe på många sätt. Vi tillbringade vår smekmånad här och kunde inte ha haft det bättre. Personalen är vänlig, hjälpsam och tillgänglig. Boendena är rena, rymliga och mysiga.

Det är dessutom nära till en mindre by med flera bra restaurangalternativ och mindre supermarkets.

Det finns ingen riktig strand till boendet, men det är inte långt till vackra stränder om man vill gå till fots. Hyra bil är dock ett måste, för att upptäcka ön och alla dess vackra platser. Men allt du behöver finns även ifall du bara vill hänga på boendet och dess närhet.

Det enda ”negativa” är väl just att det inte finns en riktig strand i direkt anslutning, men det är en petitess i sammanhanget. Vore även trevligt med en mindre bar (vilket hotellet, som även finns på La Digue, har).

Inget av detta sänker dock betyget från en klar femma. Rekommenderas mycket starkt!

Préparation et accueil de qualité, effectué avec prévenance. Appartement avec équipement moderne, fonctionnel, déco refaite, et propreté irréprochable autant à l'intérieur que sur le jardinet extérieur.
Quelques autres points à noter: marcher quelque peu pour faire ses courses ou diner à Anse Royale (10 min), mais ça permet de découvrir. Baignade dans la mer non conseillée en période de mousson du sud-est, mais c'est vrai sur toute la côte sous le vent.

Min kæreste og jeg havde det bedste ophold her på stedet! Vi blev modtaget med en varm velkomst og grundig forklaring om både stedet, nærområdet og øen. Vores værelse var fantastisk med god seng, alt hvad man har brug for i et køkken, aircon og fane som virkede upåklageligt samt et rigtig dejligt miljø på stedet med pool, liggestole og cabana lige ud til vandet. Hvis vi kommer til Seychellerne igen, skal vi kun bo her.
