Bathroom - not clean, black moisture traces in between tiles. Broken soap tray. Cockroach presence.
Hotel needs serious renovation. First stay was some years back. Conditions are still same . No improvement since its renamed as le relais de l'hermitage.
For current price paid, one can find better hotels in the neighbourhood.

A tropical paradise but fluent French is essential

Lovely hotel, near a beautiful beach. The gardens were lovely, the swimming pools were brilliant. There were plenty of sun loungers to relax on, and it was right next to a safe sandy beach.
As an English woman travelling with my teenage daughter, but without a man I felt ignored and overlooked, and on a couple of occasions it was assumed by hotel staff that I was a member of a larger party. Very little English was spoken, even by the \"English speaking\" staff. At check in we were given our key and told to keep walking up the corridor. We weren't told where anything was. There was a direct access to the beach through a coded gate, we only worked this out by watching other people. We asked for the code at reception, but then couldn't work out what to do so continued to go the long way round until another guest showed us. We then directed other confused guests. I had asked for a non-smoking room- it wasn't. I would have liked non-feather pillows, but asking for them was way beyond my basic level French. Food in the hotel was limited and expensive but there were lovely shops and bars close by. On the day before we left I was told by a receptionist that they had no info on my booked shuttle back to the airport- they did, they had just assumed I was with someone else so had put it aside. Beautiful hotel but communication is dire. A simple welcome pack- in any language would make such a difference.

Nice hotel close to beach

Hotel close to beach where you can swin without fear of sharks. \"Family room\" for three adult friends was too small with an annoying air conditioning that couldn't be adjusted any way. Not many in staff spoke English and knowledge of excursions was weak although they are being advertised at hotel wall. Breakfast buffet was full of birds eating whatever they could get.

Lovely area, close to beach and shops

We stayed overnight at this hotel the room was clean and comfortable and had a view over the pool area and out onto the ocean, the location was excellent close to the shops and to the beach. Breakfast offered great choices and all fresh fruits. The staff were helpful and even opened our bottle of wine which we bought at the shops without a problem. The only thing I would say is that the hotel needs a little bit of upgrading on the maintenance but still I would stay here again and would recommend this hotel.

A nice choice

The resort offers standard accommodation close to the beach. The location is in the tourist area with shops, bars, beach facilities etc. Busy during weekends as locals use the beach for family picnics. Good for families. Not every employee can speak English and sometimes it was hard to communicate with them - for example missing daily menu in English. Need to improve the service. For example check-in was very poor because the front desk lady could not speak English. She made so many mistakes and did not inform us about important details. On the other hand their colleagues were very helpful (Sebastian and others).

Rummet var inte städat och sängen inte bäddat. Eftersom det inte var första gången det hände på detta hotellet gick jag på reception och undrade och städningen ingick och i så fall hur ofta. Det visar sig att rummet ska städas varje dag och sängen bäddas varje dag. En städerska kom senare, runt kl 20:00 och rättade till det.
Tyvärr funkade inte TV under hela vistelse (2 dagar). Ett större fel på hela hotellet fick jag veta.
Annars, plus poäng är läget och de 2 stora poolar.

L’hôtel en général mériterait un peu de rénovation cependant : porte vitrée des balcons qui ferment mal, moisissures dans les cabines de douche, moquette dans le couloir abîmée.

Ne pas se fier aux photos concernant les chambres.

Des espaces communs agreables, un petit dejeuner copieux. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas suffisamment de personnel le soir au moment de l'affluence au bar (attente trop longue).
Grande deception pour la chambre, la salle de demande un rafraichissement ( seche cheveux jauni, lavabo rayé, literie inconfortable).

La chambre était trop petite. La chambre était sale les agents étaient mal organisé. J’étais en train de prendre mon petit-déj’, ils ont tous les mettre dans ma chambre alors que je dois quitter à 11h, ils ont même pris mes affaires pour envoyer dans le bureau, sans me consulter Très désagréable

Un excellent séjour juste juste quelques petites choses à signaler:
_Manque de serviette pour la piscine
_Chromecast ne fonctionne pas
_une douche plus moderne avec douche à l'italienne aurait été bien meilleur.

Ils devront nettoyer la piscine un peu plus souvent elle était très sale a notre arrivé. On marchait sur des petit cailloux dans la piscine . Pas agreable pour les pieds .

Bon accueil, bel endroit pour 1ère approche Péi !

Vraiment un endroit de qualité très confortable ; jardin tropical magnifique (transats à l'ombre des filaos), piscines très agréables et plage de l'Ermitage à 2 pas - entrée protégée.
Parking privé gratuit sur place.
Petit déjeuner buffet excellent, frais et varié.
Bagagerie et douches de courtoisie sur demande.
Restaurant \"Papayer\" buffet varié.
Je remercie particulièrement le personnel d'accueil, de service (bar, restaurant...) et d'entretien : leur travail est à la base de ce qui précède.

Bof, dommage qu’un établissement avec un tel emplacement ne soit pas mieux équipé et plus moderne. Tout est passé de mode même s’il semble que la chambre ait été rénovée. Aucune prestation sur la plage en face.
Piscine chauffé mais on aimerait pouvoir commander un cocktail ou un en-cas au bord de la piscine…
J’étais de passage 2 jours, ça va mais je ne viendrai pas en vacances en famille dans cet hôtel.

Var bättre förr.

Dålig med el uttag, i ett rum fick jag krypa ner under skrivbordet för att ladda telefonen, i ett annat rum, fick jag också krypa ner och koppla bort TV, kykskåp eller en lampa för att få en ledig el uttag.
En del personal var otrevlig när jag hade lämnat pool handuk i rummet vid utcheckning och tvingade mig att gå tiölvaka i rummet för att hämta den vilket var extra jobbigt då rummet befsnn sig högst upp och lång löngst bort.
Infa tillgång till utomstående gym längre, det hade man förr.
Har varit på detta hotell många gånger men standard blir klart sämre.
Plus poäng ändå för läge, nära lagunen och ett litet köpcentrum. 2 stora pooler ör också bra.

Hôtel relais de l’hermitage

Hôtel agréable avec deux piscines dont l’une est chauffée. Le personnel est souriant et agréable. L’ambiance est assurée le soir si vous dîner sur place. Juste petit bémol l hôtel est vieillissant et certains chambres devront être rafraîchi pour correspondre avec le tarif.

Le relais de l'Hermitage s'est amélioré

Bon séjour. Cela faisait un moment qu'on n'était pas venu dans cet hôtel car beaucoup de choses étaient à revoir. Il y a eu des améliorations notamment au niveau de l'accueil (le personnel est très agréable et on a eu droit au retour du verre d'accueil et de la serviette rafraichissante) et au niveau du restaurant du soir, on note une meilleure cuisine (peut-être il y a t'il un nouveau cuisinier?). Le seul bémol rencontré lors du séjour, le prêt de serviette s'arrête à midi lors de la journée de sortie et bien sûr on n'était pas prévenu avant, donc se retrouver sans serviette après la piscine ce n'est pas du tout agréable.

Situé idéalement sur la plage de l'Hermitage, notre séjour a été agréable. Le personnel souriant est à notre écoute.Les 2 piscines sont grandes, agréables et beaucoup de relax autour. Le restaurant propose un bon buffet pour le petit déjeuner.

Donc si vous y allez juste pour dormir et l'emplacement ça va très bien, mais ne pas s'attendre à quelque chose de superbe .

Hôtel dans un beau cadre avec une belle piscine adaptée aux enfants !
Néanmoins les chambres et couloirs sont vieillot et pas très propre. Chambre infesté de moustiques... A ne pas laisser la porte de la terrasse ouverte 😉

Hôtel paisible avec un jardin extraordinaire..

Accueil prévenant et agréable, hôtel avec jardin très grand et magnifique, accès direct à la plage en traversant une « pinède » extra… les moins: une piscine chauffée mais qui mériterait une rénovation, les espaces communs de l’hôtel (couloirs notamment) sont très vieillots.. mais l’hôtel dégage une tranquillité bienvenue et apaisante… j’y retournerai !

L’extérieur est le point fort de cette hôtel même si il demande du rafraîchissement
L accueil de l’hôtel donne envie, mais passé dans les circulations donnant aux chambre le contraste est saisissant…du plafond au sol toute est usé par le temps.
Les mauvaises odeur sont camouflées par des diffuseurs de parfums…
Excrément de chat dans notre couloir …
La chambre était spacieuse et la literie très confortable, la salle de bain pfff voir les commentaires des autres.
Dommage, je ne pense pas que nous reviendrons un jour

Dans l'ensemble tout a été super,petit dejeuner copieux et variées pour tout les goûts,piscine spacieuse et entretenue.Juste l'accueil a revoir auprès de certaines personnes de l'équipe et la chambre pas aussi belles et fonctionnel qu'en photo... bien qu'on y es rester que pour y dormir.
