Overall pleased with the stay itself, Oceanside is a gem and this place is right in the center of it. First take when approaching its right off the beach and the rooms all have good views. Inside the check in process is easy - you get your code and the door is easy to get into. The overall condition of the units though were a little run down. The view was great, the AC did not work and the windows do not have screens.

Oceanside is a true throwback coastal town, where one room post office has waterfront view, and houses on stilts climb up the hillsides. Loved this accommodation - waterfront view (across the street) from bed and living quarters and outdoor balcony. Some overhead noise, but overall quiet building and town. Things you can’t see in pics but might appreciate- great shower pressure, good ventilation/windows that open for air and wave sound, crisp sheets, comfort lounging chairs/sofa. Clean and more than adequate open kitchen. (We had double corner queen I think). Dog friendly is a plus for future. As a note- This is remotely staffed, with code lock like Airbnb. Our unit was right off open doorway and you check in on iPad. Initially didn’t feel super secure and seemed like had possibility for noisy night, but was quiet and seems like a very small. WiFi was good, no cell service in town. Like zero. Be forewarned/blessed. Parking is also a little tight, if you drive anything large.

The rooms were not cleaned well. Our room had dirt on top of the coffe table, chips remnants around the coffee table and stains on the fabric couch. The other couple that was traveling with us also commented their room wasn't cleaned very well either. It's a shame, because the location is very good, things just need to be cleaned better.

View was fantastic and it was so close to the beach you could just walk to it! However the room was not clean. There were also notes posted all over the room warning you of fines if f you did certain things, and although it’s good to communicate, it also didn’t make me feel relaxed and able to enjoy the stay. I would love to stay in Oceanside again but will look for different accommodations.

You’re paying for the view. Three Arch Inn is situated in an amazing location in the cute little town of Oceanside. The views from the windows are top tier, it was beautiful and within steps from the ocean and beach. The property itself could use a little pick me up. We had the king room and it was bit dusty and felt dirty, there were stains on the couch and it had a hint of a musty odor in the room. The hot water wasn’t hot enough to take a bath and the jets in the tub do not work. The outlet in the bathroom didn’t work either, which made doing my hair a bit annoying. The bed was very uncomfortable as well. With that said, I would hope with how much they charge they could fix it up a bit. Maybe the more expensive rooms are better but still paying over 200 a night for our room made us question if we would ever be back to this property. I would give a 2 stars but the 3 stars is for the location which you cannot beat.

Very small, very dated room. Linens and pillows were very old. They were dog hair cat hair in both linens. The rug was very soiled. The proximity to the beach is what kept us toughing it out. Would not stay again.

My only issue was the WiFi. It kept going in and out. Kicking me off their network every 10-15 minutes. And with absolutely no cell service it made communication difficult. But other then that place was spectacular.

Even though it was raining and windy, our stay at the Inn was fantastic. It is quick and easy access to the beach so we were able to take full advantage during the breaks in the weather. The fire alarm went off and the staff was very responsive and quick to respond and make sure everything was ok. Parking was a little tight, but we could still park in front of the hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

This inn is small and located right across the street from the beachfront. There’s coffee shops and restaurants right there and lots of places to walk and of course, beautiful beach views. The sunsets were amazing when we visited. Staff was responsive and room was spacious and clean. It’s a bit older but a wonderful place to relax and enjoy. Highly recommend.

The jetted tub was not working. No freezer compartment in the refrigerater (we had just purchased ice cream on our Tillamook factory tour so that was frustrating). The foldout bed was okay for my kid but NOT acceptible for a grown adult.
My 2 interactions with staff were with people who were curt and trying hard to not be unpleasant.
Basically, we loved staying here for the views and convenience, but the facilities had a few drawbacks.

I recommend the short drive to the lighthouse nearby, especially near sunset hours!

Cozy room with an awesome view!

Lovely room with a gorgeous view as soon as we opened the door. Well appointed room (with lots of coffee sppkies!!!).

Since both of us have problems with steps we were disappointed we had to go up a flight so once in the room we stayed. Thought I had requested a ground level room but then again, I'm old and maybe I forgot. The evening sunset was spectacular!

We get there to check in and they seem overwhelmed and said it wasn’t the right time ( which i get i was just making sure to get my door code ahead of time because it didn’t work for my parents the night before and they had to wait over 2 hours to check in and got told they’d get to check out later which they didn’t which sucks money wise cause they paid for a certain time) then i get told i can check in earlier because my room was clean early. Only thing that seemed clean was our bedding hopefully… our shower had hair from previous people and dust and marks from shampoo they used. Tap water was cloudy and could clearly see stuff in it- after letting it settle it went clear ish- owner said it’s just air bubbles but not too sure. I reccommend bringing ur own water to be safe . The WiFi was great view was amazing and i love the area and food near us. But was pretty bummed with the cleaning and water issue .. but besides that it was a perfect spot if you want just a few nights and right by the beach and some good food .

A great inn on the Main Street of a quiet little town . A beautiful beach immediately across the road. Two cute little restaurants on the block. More options a few miles away. Check in and out all done electronically. I was in apt 6 which was way more room then I needed as a solo traveler but only one available when I booked. Spacious bedroom ( king bed and sofa; other half was nicely furnished, very comfortable, with a bid well equipped kitchen. Views from both rooms were spectacular. I loved this place. Even tho it seemed remote, it was not far from Tillamook. A great place to stay for exploring the three capes area.

No service and misinformation

Check-in process is terrible. There is nobody on site. There was a message two days before that I should have received instructions to get in. I hadn't, and it was a hassle getting in touch with them to get the code. I finally got it, and the morning of arrival they texted the code again, but the number was transposed. When I arrived neither number worked. I'm not even going on with rest of story. Huge hassle and mix-ups, including wi-fi code printed in the room not working, and nobody on site to help with any of this. I would not stay again even though it was convenient to the beach, and a nice view of the ocean.

Only real complaint was it got way too hot even though we did not use the air conditioner/heater.?? Decorations were very nice and complimentary to the space.

Arriving at our destination the building was underwhelming. We parked (in back) and spoke to the intake person by phone (there is no one at the facility to greet you). When we entered the room (by code), it was very nice! Living area over looking the ocean, full kitchen with new appliances, comfy bed and bath. Beachy decor throughout. There were no restaurants currently open for dinner so we had to drive to another town. There was a coffee shop with good breakfast and beverages on the street level of the building. I would definitely book this one again.

Just love this gorgeous gem of a property. We were so delighted when we checked in and saw how cute and gorgeous it was. The view is stunning. We loved it so much we booked another night. Loved dining at the restaurant across the road with amazing sea views. it was was so authentic with the yummiest home made meals. The apartment has so many thoughtful extras. So much thought has been put in to making sure the guests have everything they need. So glad we found this place!

Loved this place, hoping to go back soon for a longer stay, it's my new Oregon coast beachside go-to inn. Stunning views of Three Arches, clean and well-appointed room (plenty of pods for the Keurig!), steps from the beach. Caveat that there is no cell service in Oceanside; staff did a great job communicating this via email with heads-up on contactless checkin a few days prior to our arrival. WiFi worked great.

The 2nd floor rooms are up a flight of stairs with no elevator, which was no problem for us but might be for others (solution is booking a 1st floor room). The AC/heating unit in our room was wonky, constantly cycling on/off with both heat and AC (oddly) overnight, which was annoying to the person using the sleeper-sofa. Otherwise a wonderful stay, and I'm looking forward to coming back soon for a longer stay at this gem.

Gorgeous ocean view, this place is a gem but very difficult to find and enter as there is no cell service in the area and the staff are not onsite. Luckily, they were very good about emailing and communicating this so we figured out how to enter. Want to come back and spend several more days here!

Found the Three Arch Inn sign, but had to search for the room.(there's no front desk) Found some steep outside stairs. Drove around behind main building and searched some more. Finally discovered the room access, only to find a set of stairs. Don't recall seeing stairs in the pics on Expedia. Once we schlepped our bags up the stairs, I entered the code and settled in. Room was old, but very clean and comfortable. The picture window faced the beach, but ugly wires and poles precluded any pics from the window. Just look at pics closely before booking to decide if you can live with the view. I didn't.

The view from the room was amazing, especially at sunset. Bed was comfortable. Wifi worked great (important since the area doesn’t have much cell service). Contactless check-in was fine. Google Maps will direct you to the front of the building, which will involve taking stairs to the rooms. However, if you go around the block, you’ll see the parking for the inn.

This was meant to be a quick getaway for my fiance and i and it was wonderful. The room was well appointed with extra little things like a Kuerig. The view was lovely. The parking was frustrating becuase i have a cast on my ankle and was not prepared to park at the beach and walk up. A warning you may not
get parking near the hotel.

Unmanned front desk with a sign saying door code emailed previously emailed. I had no internet so had to drive to Netarts to check my emails and eventually call Inn directly. Code was provided. Code didn’t work and had to call inn a 2nd time. Staff was pleasant and wish I knew a code was needed day of check-in to avoid stress.

Inn has maybe 7-8 rooms and mine beautifully decorated and what I needed. Double pane viewing window with sweat in middle so gorgeous view was distorted. Room was clean and well kept.

The only glitch I had was I did not get the room code text message so at checkin I had to call the number listed in the lobby.
