The staff, the room, the lobby all were excellent. It is good but it'd be excellent if it offered a complimentary breakfast, as they do have the nice big space in the lobby. A breakfast in house will make it a lot easier for families traveling with kids... Oh and one thing that's it was also missing for us is an indoor pool :(

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
The amenities were well maintained, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. We truly appreciated the excellent hospitality and attention to detail throughout our stay.

The online description said it was \"within walking distance\" to the Tillamook Creamery. It would be a long walk.

I was surprised that there was no elevator and staying on the second floor was a challenge for us (age 70 and 71).

We stayed in room #213. The door across from us had a crack in the top to the point you could see inside the room. Our room smelled very bad like someone had been smoking in it. The pillows were more like balls and could not be flattened to a comfortable neck position. The A/C worked. The shower was great. We didn't die during our stay but it didn't seem worth the price.

Room was recently remodeled and very clean with higher end finishes. Air conditioner worked good and the parking was nice.

This is a pet friendly hotel and the pet fee is very reasonable. Loved this location for a budget friendly stay with high end quality in a tourist destination.

Came to the hotel late evening was told that expedia overbooked this hotel more than 20 rooms and we are one of them. Was told to contact manager on Monday , to get refund, has to contact expedia as well. Basically we would have to stay in the car for a night because all hotels in the area were already booked out. We went home with 2 hours driving back. Now we are hoping for refund and recommend always to call directly to hotel make sure you are not spending night on the street.

We were pleasantly surprised with the new look. There is a spacious area for dogs and a picnic table to sit and watch then run around. The staff fabulous. I plan on staying here when we're in town from here on.

Stayed here during a road trip along the Oregon Coast and found it to be an excellent overnight stop. The property has clearly been renovated, with a modern lobby, comfortable common areas, and complimentary coffee available throughout the day. The reading nook was a nice touch.

My room was surprisingly large, clean, and well-maintained, with a kitchenette, comfortable bed, and effective air-conditioning. Parking was plentiful and convenient.

There is no on-site restaurant, but plenty of dining options are available nearby. The only downside is that there are no elevators, so guests staying on upper floors should be prepared to carry their luggage up the stairs.

Overall, a comfortable and practical base for exploring Tillamook and the Oregon Coast. I would happily stay here again.

The location is near Fred Meyer (fuel, shopping). The remodel turned out nicely. We did not have our dog this trip, but it is a good place when she travels with us. There was a daily bother with needing the card key re-programmed. I saw others having this problem. Luckily it was not raining when this occurred.

Not great value for the price. The hotel had clearly been recently redone in some areas, so parts of it looked very nice aesthetically, but a lot of things didn’t feel very functional. The marble shower, updated sinks, and small kitchenette in the room were beautiful, and the bed was comfortable with a nice TV setup.

The biggest issue was the toilet constantly clogging and barely flushing, which was honestly pretty gross. Thankfully we only stayed one night. The staff was super kind, and the lobby looked nicely renovated, but beyond that the property still felt quite dated. The hallways were dingy, there was no pool, and the surrounding area felt a bit sketchy with not much around.

There was also some kind of orange liquid/stain on the lampshade, which made the room not feel as clean as it should have been. Overall it was a fine stay for one night, but definitely not worth the price we paid, and there are some maintenance and cleanliness issues that I think need to be addressed!

The guy at the front desk was very friendly when we checked in which just starts a good experience.
The hotel is not fancy. And they don't pretend to be. It is a clean room with decent hotel pillows, and is fairly quiet. That's all I was looking for.
There is a Fred Meyer across the street, and the hotel is behind a gas station with a mini-mart that is accessible most of the day. Each room has a small fridge/freezer combo and a microwave.
It's near the Tillamook Creamery, but you do need to drive to the beach or downtown area.

Staff was fine, most friendly, helpful. there were very few towels, especially wash cloth (only one) no hand soap, no shampoos, only what was in shower. and no breakfast of any kind, did have coffee & tea, that was it. I think the mattress needed replacing, not comfortable. Also, walls very thin, first night was very noisy most of night, people tromping around.

The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. Our shower had black mold. We stayed 4 days, no room services, towels, toilet seal at base leaked. The hotel has been upgraded but no room cleaning. You can hear guests next door, even when they talked low.

However, we had an issue down the road at a different hotel that ended with us leaving and the staff here told us they would have lied about having a homeless or drug problem because its not an upsale. Needless to say, we checked in and walked to the parking lot to be met by some other guests looking for a score and cash. Didn't feel safe traveling with a child.

The room was massive, and everything was clean. Quiet spot, good coffee and comfortable place to relax while I drank it. Being connected to a gas station was odd, and the hallway had a bit of an odor, but it really wasn't a bad stop, especially for the price. I would recommend it.

Place was fine and have stayed here a lot in last 4 years. This stay had more unsavory characters roaming around collecting cans and that sort of thing. No problems but had camper shell lock cover opened twice in the night. Someone was checking stuff. Hotel has been remodeling for at least 2.5 years but new rooms are very nice.

The rooms have been updated, new bath and vanity/kitchen areas. New floors. Though for some reason they are using the 40 year old table/dresser furniture from before the re-model and the tv remotes hardly work in addition to the rubber buttons having a sticky feel to them.
