Pleasant stay. I think they are doing renovations right now. The bed frame was squeaky so every time you moved it made noise. Also wasn’t expecting to have to order breakfast the night before. Very limited options. Might be better after they finish renovation.

The things that need to be good are very good. Helpful and efficient staff, delicious breakfast, super comfortable bed, surprisingly quiet (even with lots of families in the rooms near ours). They're in the process of renovating/remodeling, and the fitness center was out of order, but I will be staying here again for sure.

This is a solid hotel. Quiet, clean though the new flooring had some off-gassing smell. Staff was excellent. Breakfast was made to order breakfast sandwiches and burritos. They were basic, but fresh. They were willing to make basic omissions or substitutions to the sandwiches, but no other options. The Fred Meyer and Starbucks was across the street, so that was nice.

Hotel was a bit pricey considering it's apparently in the middle of a remodel. We did NOT get much sleep. A streetlamp in front of hotel shined into our room all night! Room blinds did nothing to block it, so was like daylight at 2 AM!
No breakfast area...the front desk informed us they had \"sack lunch\" type breakfasts. Ugh. Dry toast w/peanut butter. No juice or milk offered. No fruit. No yogurt.
Next time, a coupon for $2 off at McDonalds would be more appreciated! Or even $5 off room cost?
TV remote was lousy.
One good comment...loved your shampoo/body wash! It was good quality and the pumps actually pumped out contents, unlike most hotels these days.

The only thing out of the ordinary was we had to pre-order our breakfast and options were limited. We are used to a buffet style continental breakfast. Sandwiches were good though. If you are still hungry, Fred Meyer's is across the street.

Room smelled like ... industrial glue? Stong headache smell.
Make sure to fill out breakfast requests or they will be rude about it in the AM like \" Are you really a guest\"?.....tv wasn't hooked up to internet. Check in girl was friendly but a bit airheaded; maybe from driving from Portland before coming to work and tired?
Was disappointed but not mad. They have rules posted everywhere to protect the property but property isn't up to par... Maybe it's a rough neighborhood?

We showed up 20 mins early and we're told we had to wait. No huge deal went and grabbed a coffee at Fred Meyer next door. But 10 mins before checkout we are doing our last check and one of the old cranky housekeepers bangs on our door asking when we were leaving. I said just about to leave...she say HOW LONG...I said 30 seconds? Was really weird and off putting. We didnt eat breakfast so no review for that. Front office staff were nice. Hotel is older but okay for the price and within walking distance of Fred Meyer and the Tillamook cheese factory .

These great people are one of the main reasons we return here year after year. It can really enhance a trip when the places you stay make your time with them feel like you're with family. Great stay, comfortable rooms and bed. Staff cold take a little time to tighten the nuts holding the toilet seat down, felt liken a gas station toilet. Also I was told to choose a breakfast and pick a time, we assumed they’d deliver the breakfast at that time, nobody told me to go to the office to get it. After waiting 20 minutes I went to the lobby and got our sandwiches.

The hotel had options for breakfast burritos and sandwiches that you have to preorder. They were small but tasty. The rooms don’t have coffee machines but there was plenty available in the lobby. There’s a Fred Meyer‘s across the street and dining options down the road. I would stay here again.

I dont recall seeing the pet policy attached to this holiday. Our dog was over the weight limit and there were multiple fees charged at the counter to gave a dog. $50 fee. 20lbs limit. First floor only. The pool was also out of order and it appeared it had been out of order for a while. We only picked this hotel because of the pool and they allowed dogs. Such a waste.

Clean room, comfy bed and the staff are always great. It’s a little worse for wear in places, but is still the best place to stay in Tillamook.

Very nice. Would have liked more comfortable chairs next to the table. Would like to be able to 'check out' a 27\" HDMI display (since your TV's are bolted to the wall). Would be nice to have bottled water in the fridge or bedside. Very friendly staff.

Don’t stay here.

Very sub-par property. Hotel was clean, but everything was very low quality. Mattresses were horrible, beds squeezed, pool area was closed, breakfasts were horrible. Not worth the money!

Warm and friendly place to stay!

Great service, warm pool and breakfast. The inn was quiet but close to everything. Staff was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I would have liked to see a better outdoor space, and the outside lighting was a little extreme, but I was on the go most of the time so it didn't matter. I would definitely stay again.

Very large room with comfortable bed. Clean room & pleasant odor. Very friendly staff. Nice lobby with seating. Laundry room was nice. Only issue was the breakfast, serviced English Muffins or burritos.

For some reason we had to ask for something each day from housekeeping. Day 1, no washcloths, and our floors make socks black. I asked for a cleaning, especially the floor. The bedding was not turned, which we were told that we didn't ask. So after asking for full service, we still had no toilet paper or shower caps. We were there 3 nights. Breakfast was missing products. Overall we were quite unsatisfied, but the desk staff were quite pleasant in remediation of our issues. Lastly, we were out of water for 2 hours with no verbal notice. They told us the sign was posted the night prior. Luckily we showered the night prior

The staff was great throughout our stay! I was there for a work trip and the staff was very accommodating and kind. Room was great for what I was expecting. It was a little noisy at the front of the hotel... seemed to be people racing motorcycles or hot rods but it was loud around midnight to 2am off and on. Also the view from our room was Goodwill which wasn't my favorite of all time but also not their fault. Overall I was pleased.

The staff was very kind and helpful. Really loved everyone who was working during our stay. The property itself is really run down and has a funky odor. The area around it is inconvenient and removed from pretty much everything but Fred Meyer and Goodwill. They are renovating so hopefully it gets better but it's not somewhere I would want to return.

This place is a nice place to stay when stopping in Tillamook. Even though it's an older hotel, they seem to be in the middle of a remodel. The beds were memory foam but comfortable. The staff was really nice also. We would stay here again.
