This hotel is older and not very updated, but I called ahead to ask for adjoining rooms and a baby bed and they were very nice. I realized I had booked the wrong kinds of rooms and they were able to change it and add adjoining rooms for no extra charge.
We did have an issue with the TV - the remote didn't work and the volume was blaring. It wasn't possible to fix while we were there but we were only there one night so we made it work. The staff was kind and understanding.
Some of us enjoyed the pool and the breakfast was decent the next morning. I would recommend this hotel as a decent place to stay for a short amount of time.

A dated hotel that has some old charm but unfortunately for me my biggest issue was the impossibly slow internet. I really needed to get some work done and it was under 1 MB/s upload and download and would constantly drop out. I let them know the issue but there was no resolution or anything done about it and i remember staying here a few years ago and having the same exact issue. This and the fact that the lobby tv was constantly playing fox news were my two biggest complaints.

The most important thing for me is the bed. The beds at the Vernal Quality Inn did not disappoint! Very comfortable and we slept very well. The pillows were too soft for my liking but didn't impact my sleep. The lighting in the hallways is very dim and the hotel seemed dingy as it is an older hotel. The staff was nice as efficient. I was satisfied with me stay.

The motel is basic but the room was larger than most of the other ones we have stayed in. Hot tub was clean and hot. Didn't get up in time to try the breakfast. Desk clerk was very helpful and friendly. Didn't sample the restaurant inside of the motel. We over slept and weren't ready to check out by 11. Desk clerk said no problem and gave us an extra hour. I would recommend this motel. Had all of the basics. If you want all of the extra amenities that an expensive hotel might have, This motel may not be what you're looking for.

K we absolutely loved the breakfast. It was different than most places there was egg, McMuffins waffles and breakfast burritos I would 100% come back and stay here again. It’s kind of older and not fancy but nice and quiet.

We were returning from Yellowstone and wanted to see Dinosaur National Monument on our way back to New Mexico. After 8+ hours of driving, we wanted to get a meal, soak in a hot tub, and get a good night's sleep before visiting Dinosaur National Monument in the morning. The restaurant was still open when we arrived and they kept the pool/hot tub area open until 11 pm, giving us enough time to eat and relax before getting some sleep. We were very comfortable and pleased with our accomodations.

We had two rooms and some things didn't work well like the AC, hair dryers, plumbing aged, etc. The pool and hot tub are either very dirty or need resurfaced as they look terrible. The chlorine levels were way too high, burned our eyes and mouth, and kids had itchy rashes after the pool. There are also dangerous slopes around the pool and hot tub and saw multiple people slip, but luckily not injured this time. The ceiling in the indoor pool is severely damaged and aged, with plaster coming off and water damaged paint. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The OJ was mostly water, no fresh eggs or meat (microwavable breakfast sandwiches), only one waffle maker that was out of batter and nobody there to refill it, milk for the cereal was also out, etc.
