Room was clean, heater worked well, breakfast was great. The hotel is clearly either about to remodel or in the middle of it as the hallways had several boxes of materials lined up for remodeling rooms or hallways. Our room had the door stop (used to be a door chain, but now just the hinge) mounted the wrong way so it was useless, and the bathroom light would not turn off, but the door closed and so we slept ok.

The first room we were put in was dirty and the roof was leaking in the bathroom from the rainstorm. However, the staff member on duty that night switched us immediately when I went and told her. We didn’t use the AC unit because it was cold already so we just had the window open.
The room we were switched to had a quarter size hole near the door knob and you could see straight into the room. The hot plate was also missing the knobs.

These people had a different name on their Motel then what was online? We had a hard time finding a Motel because the Motel had a different name other than what was online. They need to change the name of their Motel as soon as possible so we were not the only people that were frustrated.

Seems like they are starting to update with paint and carpet, but the towels weren't very fluffy and the bathroom mirror was dirty. The sitting chair was very stained. The air was constant run and seemed extra loud to me. The desk staff was hard to find. Not the best stay for me.

Shower curtain!!

Everything was great until I was in the shower and noticed how nasty the shower curtain was! This shower curtain has not been changed in who knows how long! Made me question the rest of the room. I took the shower curtain down so it didn’t get forgotten for the next guest. I also put powder make up on all pillows and sheets to make sure they were changed as well.

My wife and I stayed for a single night. We arrived around 7pm and found the front desk empty with a sign saying they would be back. We waited for a few moments and then noticed the phone that said we could dial 0 to get assistance. Placed the call and got help almost immediately.

The front desk person was friendly and engaging. He got us checked in quickly, reminded us of the checkout time and the breakfast times.

We rode the elevator up to our floor. Had to squeeze around one of those room cleaning carts to get to our room. We stayed in the king suite. We liked the room. It had a kitchenette in it, which was nice. The room had an armchair on one side and a desk with a task chair next to it. The poor task chair looked like it had seen better days.

The shower was nice and had plenty of pressure. The cooler/heater worked well. The bed is very firm. We didn't use the small stovetop that was in the room, but it does warn to make sure the fan is on and even open up the window when cooking on it.

We had breakfast plans for the morning, so we did not get a chance to try out the breakfast that is provided by the hotel. We did pass by the dining area on our way to and from the room, and it looks really nice.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

This is one of the worst Hotels I have ever stayed at...don't stay there. The outside doors did not lock (safety), pool was out of order. Room sink would not drain, stove top had no knobs, Chair had spots all over with food remnants under the cushion. Went to take a shower and it was not clean with a black ring around the tub. The overall condition of the room was old, paint peeling and chipped with carpet being dirty and not cleaned. The breakfast was a joke, 3 bagels, some bread, bananas and a few small yogurts in a fridge. The pictures do not represent the hotel. stay at your own risk

If you wanted anything hot, you could put it in the toaster or microwave.

So they put us in a room, a Queen size room. Then the microwave didn't work and not. So they made us carry all our stuff all the way downstairs to put us in the room right next door which was completely filthy and dirty, it was gross and nothing worked. The knobs on the stove were missing and the TV was broken. And when we asked for help, it was almost like we were inconvenienced. We actually even had to yeah, contact them with our own phone because the phone was plugged in, but it didn't work also like nothing works

Daily activities in Vernal kept me gone all day, I just needed a place to sleep. I knew this place wasn't going to be posh, but I was hoping clean. The condition of my room was pretty bad with debris and dry wall bits all over the carpet. Greasy handprints on the cabinets, microwave and lamps. Construction dust on everything. Hallways and elevator had a quite a bit of debris on the carpets as well.
Breakfast was also pretty disappointing. Cereal, apples, biscuts and muffins were all the choices Milk, orange juice and apple juice were available, but the milk was a communal jug, and the juices were watered down. I was so sad. I really wanted to enjoy my stay here.

Name on building was sure stay, no breakfast, no pool or hot tub, no bar, building smelled like curry, when asked about breakfast owner pointed to a sign saying no breakfast, tried asking for directions was just told 2 miles away, asked for a cot since double beds were sold out was told no, cot doesn’t fit but there was clearly plenty of room for a cot. If I could give a negative star, I would. DO NOT STAY. I realized when I booked it was a low rate but you can still find decent rooms at reasonable rates. Not here. They advertised free breakfast, they have pictures showing waffle machine. The front desk at check confirmed oatmeal, cereal and breakfast sandwiches because the health department shut down their kitchen due to only having 1 sink. I should've asked for a refund right then and there and tried to book elsewhere but availability was limited due to a local event.

Owner is rude, doesn't care to give a proper service or acknowledge they advertised wrong. His motor you get what you paid for and doesn't care to give a better service or strive to make a person stay better. Bugs in the room, bed was extremely hard. Didn't use pool or fitness area as we were there for a limited time.

Save your money and go elsewhere. It is hotels like this, who give owners of smaller hotels, a harder time to succeed because service like this, really makes a person only go to big corporate hotels and not give mom and pop hotels a chance to succeed.

They had changed the name and all their signage was changed so it was a little hard to find. I finally walked in and asked if they knew where my correct hotel was. That’s how I found it. Front desk guy seemed like I was annoying him by being there. His friend on the phone continued to talk through my check in. Hotel was pretty dirty with a lot of mattresses and other garbage in the hallways. Pool and hot tub were “temporarily closed” but it looked like it had been that way for a long time now and want going to change. Not much seating for breakfast but not many options so it helped motivate you to leave. No bacon or sausage and the eggs were swimming in water

Everything I want and need in accommodations. Property is well kept and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. I did not use but room equipped with a small kitchenette, apartment size refrigerator and modern glass cooktop. Some furnishings a bit dated style but not objectively so. Only minor complaint is mildly vertigo inducing carpet pattern on the stairs. Hot breakfast was good and breakfast area was impeccably clean and well kept. Food was fresh, not typical week old baked goods.

Wrong hotel name. Not really sure how to rate this Strange experience. I’m so confused. I booked a room at Executive Inn and Suites on Expedia but when we got to the address it was Sure Stay by Best Western?? I was worried I wouldn’t have a reservation, thankfully we did. The outside has been updated and looks good. Makes you think it’s a newer hotel, it’s not. The inside is dated and old. But it was clean. The pool and hot tub were out of order just like everyone else mentioned in their reviews. However, when I read that, I booked the king Jacuzzi suite. I was surprised at how nice it was!! It had a small kitchenette. Very nice fridge. The cupboards were dated but clean, but they were empty? I didn’t really need the kitchen so it didn’t affect me but for someone who is expecting a kitchenette they would have been disappointed that they had nothing and I mean nothing to cook or clean with. The Jacuzzi tub was new, very nice and clean. The room was clean. The bathroom had been updated and was clean, very nice other than the tub would not drain when showering because the drain plug was broken and you couldn’t make it stay up.
Once we figured out that we were at the correct hotel our stay was actually pretty nice, especially for the price, just very odd.

Awful, awful dirty. There was so many disgusting things in the room. Like toothpaste on the sink and hair on the floor a quarter of a roll of toilet paper. Food stains on the walls and light switches. Outlets sparking when trying to use. I had to be let in a vacant room to use the bathroom. The keys stopped working due to the card reader batteries died. We were locked out of the room for an hour. The young lady went down to get another set of keys us and/or help but didn’t return. I went down to see what the problem was and she was taking a reservation on the phone. We were present and made to wait. Tv didn’t work until after we finally got back into our room on the second day. Pool and spa broken. No concessions offered only excuses. Upon checkout I was asked to give them a 7/10 or 3/5. They are working on a GW plus banner. Asked me to do it for her unborn child. It was horrible. Kids running up and down the hallways. Playing in the elevator, pushing every button with no supervision.

The service at the front desk was good. The room was outdated and the bed was terrible. We both woke up the next morning with back aches. The pool and spa were out of condition. The “gym” is an old hotel room with one set of weights and a treadmill that doesn’t work. The breakfast food wasn’t at temperature and was probably something the health department should be aware of. Won’t stay there again, and we are in the area monthly.

DO NOT STAY HERE!! This was the absolute worst place to stay! It’s is the most DISGUSTING hotel we’ve ever stayed at and I would be ASHAMED to work here! It was like they came in the room and just reused everything, just folded it to make it look like things were clean and fresh. The walls weren’t clean, there were food splatters in the kitchen and around the trash can. There was pee stains on the back of the toilet seat, the bathtub had dirt all over it and the towels had boogers, dirt and yellow stains on them. The bed sheets had hair (human and pets) all over them. The floors weren’t vacuumed and mirrors had smudge marks all over. We booked two nights here and only stayed one (wish it was zero) we canceled the second night and booked a room at the Microtel down the street (HIGHLY RECOMMEND staying there!) When we went down to cancel our second night stay the manager was nice but he didn’t ask us for a reason or if anything was wrong he just kept telling us that he wouldn’t be able to refund us the money for the second night, which we didn’t care about, we didn’t even ask for a refund because we knew he wouldn’t give us one, we just wanted to get out of there. His main concern wasn’t for us or how our stay was it was money. Also, the pool and spa hasn’t been open or working for a while based on our stay and other reviews read and that was a big seller for us so we wish they would’ve not advertised for it because we wouldn’t have booked there.

Saturday morning like around 6am the fire alarm went off several times for no reason at all first responders showed up couldn’t find the problem had everyone rushed to check out because of it and the front desk lady was being rude.

The room was fairly clean and updated except there was a white stain on the red carpet. That made me worry. The smell of the entire hotel upon entrance was not good. The room smell was only slightly better. The worst part was the bed was rock-hard. This doesn't make for a good night's sleep. I would recommend that you replace all the beds and the carpets. There were also large gaps around the door that let in a lot of light. Weatherstripping would help. The blinds let in a lot of light, black-out curtains are a must in hotels. The TV didn't work. Also, please make sure that all stray hairs are removed. Don't you know that people pull the bedding back to check for bed bugs? Seeing long black hairs under your clean sheets is very disconcerting. There was also a black hair in the tub. It is sad to clean a tub so well and then leave hair behind.
