This is like family-run inn. Very clean. Has laundry. One of the best hotels that we stayed in in our 11-day road trip. All hotels should be like this hotel. Next to the main road, but not a busy one, so easy to get in and out.

Breakfast was OUTSTANDING. We loved the wonderful service and the smiles and friendly exchanges our server provided. Having less contact of our food with others was a definite plus! Home made cinnamon rolls were very good as well. Plentiful food options.

Great feedback when told desk clerks about a couple room repairs we noticed.
Definite plus was a provided shower mat - this is unusual and appreciated as traveling as an older couple and slipping is a concern.

The room was extremely cold when we came, and the noisy heater took more than five hours to warm up the room.
When we turned the heater to a lower fan it kept on blasting out air at the same speed and noisiness.
We had to choose between sleeping next to an airplane taking off or freeze. Needless to say that we did not have a good night.
We were moved from a suite to a standard room because we had dogs with us. Yes. The property takes dogs, but you have to call and ask them politely.
Morning staff was not professional.
Would not stay there again.

Dinosaur Inn is the best-run hotel I have visited this year. The suite was perfect. The furniture in the suite looked like it was new. The entire facility was clean and organized. I am a budget traveler but I sprung for this place because of reviews. I was expected a lot more given the reputation. The rooms have been remodeled in a haphazard fashion. The light bulbs were mismatched and the lighting very ugly. Bed was comfortable which is very important to me. Breakfast was very forgettable. Would have been a good value for 70% of the price. The front desk person also was going to charge me for the room twice. Fortunately she double checked and saw that we have prepaid.

This is an older hotel that has been completely remodeled and is a nice place to stay. The staff was helpful and friendly. The location is good, the breakfast was good, the place seemed well kept, except the floor in our room was just dirty. The floors are hard surface which I like, but it was like they just vacuum and never really clean the floor. I suggest they start cleaning the floors between guests. The dirty floor marred an otherwise good experience.

Check in was easy and straightforward, friendly staff. We had a jacuzzi room, really large room with plenty of space. Jacuzzi was a two person, nice and relaxing after a day of hiking. Room was very clean, somewhat dated but nothing broken. Great bed, very comfortable. Shower had good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was continental with a waffle maker. Location is great for food, lots of options within a 5 minute walk. Very close to the highway so easy to get around. We highly recommend staying at the Super 8.
