Room was clean however the ceiling leaks in the room and bathroom. The first room we had, had no heat and we had to switch rooms the next day. Some tvs didnt work, the remote didnt work which we were told is how it is in every room after switching rooms a few times. The wifi only worked outside in certain areas. Found out there are some rooms with working wifi however after a argument from staff the room couldn't be enjoyed after being told to check out for entering a area no one stated was off limits. Its cheap and affordable but once you get there you find out why. However it is by the highway and close to a few fast restaurants.

I stayed at this hotel for a weekend trip. The location was convenient and the check-in process was smooth.

Unfortunately, the room did not meet expectations. The bedding did not feel fresh, and the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. I also noticed some noise from the hallway late at night, which made it difficult to sleep.

I brought this up with the front desk explaining how nasty the room was, while the staff were polite, the issue wasn’t fully resolved during my stay.

Overall, the hotel has potential, but improvements in cleanliness and noise control would make a big difference. Based on this experience, I would consider other options next time.

I wish I never had booked this. It’s run down, exposed wiring everywhere. Our door had been kicked in, the deadbolt was kicked off and not replaced. The elevators don’t work and are a scene out of zombies call of duty. The bed was uncomfortable, everything was dusty. It’s what you’d expect if you’d find an abandoned motel and had to hide from the store and it was vacated for years.

PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!! This is completely false advertisement. Rooms do NOT look like photos.

The reception lady told me all the rooms were in the same condition if I wanted a new or different room so basically I was SOL.

I was on the third floor. The elevator was broken. I hauled all my luggage up 3 floors. I get to my room - it looked like a crime scene.

I called the front desk and spoke to the lady to let her know that my TV is broken just in case I get charged for it.

She said that all of the TVs in any of the rooms are either broken like that or they don’t have a TV so then when I come down with all my things and asked to check out I wanted to leave, she was like OK…. so you don’t want a different room?

And I was like no if it’s all in this condition, like you said…then of course not I don’t want to! I’m leaving. My ride is coming and I’ve booked another hotel. I don’t wanna be here!

Then she goes…. Wait!!! before you call your Uber to get you or anything don’t do anything! she goes: I have a room available actually for you. It’s brand new!! Just for you!! and I was like no because you could’ve given that to me in the freaking first place!!!! I was like this is nothing what I booked on the pictures!!!!

The door did not have a lock. THIS PLACE IS SHADY AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

There were homeless people everywhere. It gave serious criminal mind vibes. It didn’t feel safe and it was not clean. The bed frame was crooked. We had 2 rooms, and 1 of the keys didn’t work. Went to front office and they blamed us for the key not working, said we had it around our phones. She was extremely rude and did not want to be bothered at all. Gave us the same key back and told us to keep it away from the phones. I didn’t even have my phone out around the key card. Went up, and it still didn’t work. Went back down and she ended up giving us another room and key, and it still didn’t work. At that point, we were tired and exhausted and decided not to stay. Went back down to turn in our keys, and no one ever came out to get our keys. We just left the keys on the front office, took a picture of them turned in and left.
I would not recommend this place to anyone. It was creepy, dirty, and not a safe feeling at all.

I've been to some sketchy hotels but this by far takes the cake. Upon arrival and checking in. I was told that the room may not have a working tv but was still given the key and sure as she said the tv did not work. I went back to the front desk and I was like can i just get a refund. This went unheard as i asked several times. I was given another key to a room. I entered this room that was now a none smoking room because i had first reserved a smoking room. My companion was truly uncomfortable and she didn't want to even put her bags down. As i was standing outside smoking I was approached several times by people who were soliciting drugs. We grudgingly tried our best to settle in. There was very heavy activity on this premises. It didn't take long to realize we were in a trap hotel. The room was very dainty with rusting fixtures and mold. By no means was a shower taken nor was a thought of it even. But this place had a great deal of drug activity. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Deplorable conditions.

Booked the room on hotels.com. it was advertised like it would be a standard room. When we arrived, it was more like a crack house. The condition of the entire facility is horrible. All the light fixtures in the room were broken. The bathtub faucet was broken, and constantly running. The bathroom door would not close. I was in the room long enough to see it was deplorable. Immediately checked right back out. Do not waste your money here.

This place is in feet to raise dogs. They have racist working at the front desk, especially the lady she was here to say we do not put Black people in the back by the expressway the manager he’s a non-documented immigrant, running five hotels, including the Sonesta, but doing it all illegally illegal charges against people because he does not want to take the correct Weight and get them removed. If he wants them removed, he lies and has you criminally trespassed after he takes your money. I would not trust these people they steal from you. They know about everything that’s going on. There’s always old murders assaults going on on this property all known to the people there Gwinnett county assist them in illegal removal of people from their legal places to stay with receipts to show improve, but they feel like Gwinnett county does not follow Georgia State rules. They feel like we do not have any rights up here. I was told by the sergeant of the Gwinnett County Police Department I have no rights up here. Why have a good old boy inside the seat of his head is like the Ku Klux Klan a.k.a. Gwinnett county police. Blatantly told me like I said I have no lights. This hotel is ground zero for f fentanyl use purchase and distribution all known by the office. These people need to be exposed because they think they can come here and do what they choose to the citizens of the US when you’re not even properly documented

waited almost a half hour at the desk to be able to check in, people working there were pretty rude about everything too. our key card stopped working multiple times for seemingly no reason. the rooms were as filthy as the rest of the building, when we pulled up the place looked like a crack den and the fact that someone was killed on the premise while we were there solidified that. the room floors were sticky and dirty, there were several broken lamps in the room and the only working light was in the bathroom. sure it may be a cheap stay, but you're better off camping with the local homeless, they're more kind at least.

This place is very misleading. The pictures online show a very nice hotel that is not what you get when you stay here. The rooms are run down my room did not even have lock on the door could not open up the closet door the tub and bathroom were Brown and mildew filled. There was mildew on my curtains and air conditioner as well holes in the carpet on the floor and my door look like someone had tried to beat it in at one time before and was filthy dirty. The man at the reception when I told him that I could not stay in this room because it also did not have a microwave refrigerator like I was promised ends up taking me through a employee's only door upstairs to a nicer room. People did not have access to these rooms. And while this room was nicer than the one that I had received before it too had stains on the curtains and holes in the carpet not to mention the furniture was stained as well. This place had urine smell to the elevator and in the hallway had wires hanging from the ceiling outside the stairs were broken and looked like they were about ready to fall this place really should be condemned.

I don't normally leave reviews, but this hotel deserves one. We are the type of family that likes to save on short, overnight stays; so 2 or 3 star hotels are not new to us, and i don't expect more than i should for $70. However, this was the most disgusting cesspool I've ever stayed in. The residents (and i do me they reside there) are very obnoxious and rude. A whole club stood directly outside of our window and smoked and talked loudly and inappropriately until late into the night. The pool is not open. There is no breakfast. There is mold all over the place; on the curtains, in the bathroom. The bathroom is severely in need of maintenance and cleaning. There was scum and grime all over. The room smelled like old cigarettes. The floor felt like it was mopped with Pepsi. Absolutely gross. Don't stay here.

This was the worst day I’ve ever had in my entire life. After checking into my room, the bathroom ceiling was full of water and about to cave in. There was mold all over the bathroom and it was completely flooded. My concerns were not addressed the way that they should have by the people at the front desk who clearly don’t care about anything. There’s people using drugs and injecting needles in the parking lot, on the stairs, and throughout the very uncleanly facility. For the price, I should’ve known better not to stay in a place like this Unless you’re looking to indulge in illegal, activities.. This place is not for you.
