I had a fantastic stay at TownePlace Suites by Marriott Vernal! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The room was spacious and well laid out, with a fully equipped kitchenette that made the stay even better. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. The location is convenient, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. I truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone visiting Vernal.

Breakfast was very disappointing. Day one offered only thin bacon. When I asked if eggs were being made, the breakfast attendant told me, “We no longer make eggs on Wednesdays,” and said there was nothing she could do. Other mornings consisted only of unappetizing pre-packaged items. It wasn’t until day three, Friday—after reporting the issue to the front desk—that bacon and eggs were available.
My stay ended early due to a serious family emergency involving a family member being in an auto accident. The front desk advised us to check out early, stating they believed the manager would approve the early checkout and reimbursement. Based on that guidance, we checked out.
Later, I received a message stating early cancellation would result in a charge for one additional night, with no consideration given to the emergency or the direction we were given.
I booked through Hotels.com due to a significantly lower rate. Hotels.com was willing to refund the final night but required hotel approval, which the manager refused. I was later told that if I had booked directly, the final night would have been canceled due to the emergency.
This was my first experience with a Marriott brand after 250+ nights with Hilton, and it will be my last.

I purchased a 2 queen room in January. I was told they moved us to a one queen room because of over booking. I had to stand in the waiting room for an hour while they fixed it and finally gave us a 2 queen room. We had 3 kids with us. How could we have for 5 people in a one queen room? Why did they assume it would be ok to move us to a different room without asking. And why did it take an hour to fix!

Stay has been great! Clean, 2 bedroom rooms, thick walls: never heard anything from the rooms around us or above us. They allow dogs which was beneficial for our family. We got to the breakfast after 9 (closes at 10) and choices were sparse but our own fault for arriving late. Has been a great experience. Staff has been friendly and gave good recommendations for places to eat in town. Would recommend staying here.

Great stay for mountain bikes races. The staff was fantastic. When checking in they said breakfast would start at 7 and we mentioned that many of us staying there had to leave at 645 to get our kids to their races and would sadly not get breakfast so the staff made some calls and let us know they would start the breakfast service early that day so we could all eat before heading out! This was wonderful and shows how great the staff are and what they do to take care of their guests.

Reserved a suite with 2 king beds, I get there and it was not available, instead I was placed in a suite with 2 queen beds. The pool was ice cold and the hot tub was dirty with sand all over the floor and no pool towels were available. The staff was very friendly and gave me normal bath towels for use in the pool
