I celebrated my 80th birthday with my two daughters and four grandchildren. We had a wonderful stay. The front desk personnel, John was very accommodating. He let my daughter into one of our reserved rooms to decorate the living space and bedroom. I will definitely suggest the Embassy Suites Berkeley Heights. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, tasty hot breakfast and great staff.

So much nicer than I expected for the price! Housekeeping every day keeps it clean, it’s clearly updated or relatively new, nice breakfast (included) and the husband loved the warm indoor pool (in January). Well regarded restaurant (which we didn’t use) and a Starbucks (which we did use) adjacent.

You have two people cooking for a long long line of people. It is not economical. It is an extremely long wait for omelets. There has to be a better way. And then there's a little compartment for bacon. One kid literally took it all and it never got restocked. We asked for more and it never happened. Very disappointed with the breakfast. Very expensive hotel. Great reviews on the breakfast and that's why we stayed. The apple juice. Looked like pure water. And it was not replenished enough with the food. It was very, very crowded and not enough staff to keep up with the demand.

This beautiful modern hotel is strategically located within 30 minutes of the airport. The breakfast menu has limited options, but guests can request an omelette. Although the front desk staff can sometimes be a bit rude, Michael and Dinelle were notable exceptions. The hotel's quiet and safe environment caters primarily to business travelers. Having a car is advisable, as local amenities and bars are 20 minutes away, with Manhattan being a straightforward drive.

My husband and i came here to celebrate our anniversary. And our stay was nothing short of superb. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. The food was fantastic and everyone was very attentive to our service. Our room was bigger than what we usually experience and it was very clean and neat. Would highly recommend

Tiny room where the self-serve breakfast was set out, with people going both ways and clustering, with little room to move bc there was a line for omelets that hid or made tiny room hard to find. plates and silverware not in path---so really it's lack of direction causing chaos. Most of the seats were taken, with people in overflow room, but hard to be a single person trying to find a seat and not knowing if your tea or food would be there when you had to jump up to grab silverware.

First night bathroom looked like it was not cleaned, there were long strands of hair on the floor. The bathroom corners was not properly swept. Hiwever, housekeeping was sent in the morning to clean. On the 3rd day, we figured out why there were strands of hair, they used the same cleaner from someone else bathrokm to clean ours, so transfer of dirt from one room to the other. Aside of this, room was fine and breakfast was great.

Our stay was excellent, and the breakfast fine, but the food space was small and nothing was marked/identified. Property was lovely, but huge construction area adjoining it. It did not affect our stay, just not aesthetically pleasing coming in and out. The area in general is very pretty.

It is a very clean and safe property about 20 minutes from the Newark Airport. The breakfast is excellent with the made to order omelets. The onsite restaurant and Starbucks are very convenient. There is not a lot of close dining or shopping options. It is nice and quiet for a good nights sleep!

Amazing hotel. Five stars hands down.

My stay, overall, was amazing. The hotel was awesome. I wish I had a longer stay here.
My only concern was the #2 elevator acted a little glitchy, bit other than that, no other issues. I don't want to knock half a star just for a glitchy elevator so I'll still give the hotel a five star review.

We booked a suite with 2 Queen Beds but there was not one available when we checked in so we had to stay our first night in a suite with 1 King Bed - which was too small for our family of 4. We were told that the front desk would call us the next morning as soon as they had our Suite with 2 Queen Beds available. We asked several times the next day but they never had one available and never called us. There was no apology or accommodations made at all.

The hotel was very booked. Breakfast in the lobby was disorganized and the quarters where the buffet was located were very tight. We waited twenty minutes on a long line that snaked around tables just two reach the entry of the buffet area. There has to be a better system.

People were up running the halls until the early hours of the morning. People were in front of the entrance smoking pot and discarding their blunts on the sidewalk and in the parking lot. The cops stopped by at least twice during our stay.

We expected better - better hospitality, better service, a better experience.

The woman at the desk upon check in was so friendly, kind and helpful. They gave us a ride to the wedding venue. We came back to the Grain and Cane - there’s stag was friendly but their drinks were over priced. We ate at the free breakfast. It was very good and the quality of the foods offered was impressive.

Very nice rooms -lots of space -clean breakfast was amazing. Only issue was the bathroom door is a sliding barn door and it leaves about a 2 inch gap opening when closed so you don’t get privacy - it’s nice looking but not functional - bathrooms just need a regular door. Other than that it is beautiful and quiet.
